The quality of ingredients was fresh and top quality. The dog had perfect texture, flavor and was well cooked. The Fiesta dog was like a party for the tastebuds. Imagine a Dean and DeLuca that specialized in unique sodas, chips and other sundries. There were many items in there that I am confident can not be found anywhere else in NC or SC. I saw some HERR's baby back rib chips that hope to get back to visit. I forgot to get a milkshake but hear they are delicious. I also was dog focused, but the pizza looked good. Parking is available in about 5-6 spaces up front and I think this is more of a carry out place. I spoke to the owner - was very impressed. He is focused on excellence and it shows. He has been awarded a Heinz 'Black Kitchen Initiative' award. The place looked clean and he made me feel welcome!
