Chicken smelled like it wasnt washed . Wasnt fried xcrispy per order.. They offer crispy, xcrispy snd burnt but said they cant make them crispy. Doesn't make sense! read more

Usually an upbeat friendly restaurant however seems to have gone downhill. Teriyaki wings had no flavor at all and staff acted miserably.

I had never heard of Wingbonz before, but I consider myself a wing connoisseur and am so glad someone introduced me to this restaurant. I've been here several times and have tried various flavors of wings and tenders with my favorite being the honey hot. The onion rings are made in house and absolutely delicious with ranch dressing. Speaking of ranch dressing, theirs is also made from scratch in house. One basket is always enough to share or if you're dining alone, to take home for the next day. It's always fun to draw/write on the chalkboard walls at the booths in the side dining room. I don't have many negative things to say about Wingbonz except for their need TVs for football because they only had one when I went in on a Sunday specifically to watch a Panther's game. Also, their floor in the main dining room where the bar is located is EXTREMELY slippery. I saw multiple people sliding across the floor and almost falling including myself. A great plus about Wingbonz is that they are reasonably priced especially considering the price hikes in food in general and wings recently. They have more than one location. Food is always great.. Service has been horrible for the last few weeks. I have walked out three times before today because I could not get service, even though there are 6-8 wait stuff running around a fairly empty restaurant. Today, was told bar was open (it's not always), went and sat down. Waited 15 minutes before anyone greeted me. Ordered a beer, some fries, and placed a to-go order.. No one returned to check on things, ask if i wanted another beer. I went looking for waitress to ask for sauce for fries, as ketchup bottles were empty. No response.. most of the restaurant is empty, so it's not because of how busy they are.. Quite sad considering they have great wings and sauces: Just horrible service read more

Did an order online while visiting my kids in Rock Hill, SC! Went to pick up order and realized when I got home half my order was missing! We were in a rush so we were not able to go back there and when I called the store they were not very helpful! I wrote a complaint to the main office and they emailed me pretty quickly and offered me a full refund and an extra discount! Well it's been over a month and I never got the refund of $57 and they claim they paid it back to DoorDash but I don't have a door dash account and didn't know the online ordering was through door dash and their attitude is too bad! So the refund went to La La land! So their customer service stinks in the end and they don't care for their customers hard earned money! They need to get more competent help so you don't get half an order in the first place! read more

Amazing! We ordered wings for takeout for the Super Bowl, and I have to give a shout out to Piper!!! They were slammed, as you could imagine, but she was so great! She kept us updated on our order abs was super friendly and professional, even to those that didn't deserve it with their attitudes. She is a major asset to this location!!! This is a nice local spot. They have a small parking lot to the right side of the building. The serve wing and other items with a variety of sauces. The staff is friendly and the food is good. My friends and I went here to get some wings. We had just came from a funeral and we were all very sad and wanted a place to meet up and socialize. We decided to go to Wingbonz because this was a local spot the friends would get together to get food and hang out many times. When we arrived the guys went to the bar to get some shots and drinks. They do have a full bar and a small eating area. When we arrived we came in with about 20 people. The place isn't that big but when I tell you they were so hospitable. We arrived about 3pm in the afternoon on a Saturday. And we just showed up no reservation or anything. The lady at the bar was taking all of the drink orders by herself with a smile on face and she just kept pouring drinks. Then one other staff members came into work and said "hey everyone I will help you in one second let me clock in and I will get with you all." When she came out she was ready. She literally took 20 food orders by herself and served us with no problem. She moved us to a small room with some booths in it which was good this way we weren't all in the way of the other part of the restaurant. She took our orders and gave us our food and we were very happy. I was amaze at how we had just come from a funeral the staff didn't know what we were going through and Wingbonz was able to serve us with no questions asks and gave us there upmost hospitality. The bills all came out right. The food was good and the service was great. The place was small and I was a little worried about how all of us were going to fit and eat in this place but it worked. I wanted to thank the staff for doing such a great job of making that day a little better after all we had went through. There is no way I will ever return due to lack of taste of the food. The blue cheese dressing has poppy seats. It tastes like sour cream and feta. Completely lacking any flavor towards Blue cheese. Just save the money for seasoning and remove the poppy seeds! The BBQ sauce base is glorified ketchup. That's disgusting. The Parmesan garlic. Doesn't have much for garlic taste and it's so watered down and literally has watery stuff around it. You can see where the water and the oil separate and it's mostly water. So, then I desperately asked for honey mustard for flavoring and it's lacking flavor too. Not even honey, not even mustard. Thank heavens I got a beer out of the visit. The staff are wonderfully nice but stand around and don't clean tables between customers. (Posted this and then they started cleaning tables and emptied trash). Guess, someone saw this as I got the stink eye. Well, the chick on the laptop mostly hangs out on her phone, feet up on the booth and is obviously management. Asked her if there was an outlet other then her booth and she shrugged and said she hasn't used the plug. I found my own plug as my battery was almost dead. Wanted water but it's in a pitcher half empty and who knows when the last time it was filled. Epic food fail. Glad I only got 5 to "try." read more

They wouldn't bring it to me. They were very unapologetic. I had to drive back to the restaurant and pick it up. Again, they were unapologetic and offered no compensation. Former Winthrop student here - just had to come hype up my favorite place to get food when I was a student. Their wings are amazing and they have so many sauces and rubs to choose from. In a surprising twist, however, their Bonz Burger is legit the best burger I've ever had. HIGHLY recommend it, maybe even over the wings. It's location to the Winthrop campus makes it easy for students to walk over and grab a bite whenever they can. read more

We came for lunch and we received the saltiest food we have ever eaten. When we complained to management we were told that it was not a kitchen error. We were offered new orders at an additional cost to our salty orders. Management would not accept responsibility for the error. The waitress even paid for a portion of our orders due to the inconvenience. Overall the experience was poor and not what we were accustomed to. Hands-down the best wing place in rock Hill that is not a chain. Every time I go the food is on point the taco salads are good the wings are excellent the burgers are good little bland but still really good. Horrible experience and pathetic customer service. Ordered wings and a quesadilla. Wings were ok but the quesadilla was burnt to a crisp. I called to complain but the lady said that doordash was to blame. Doordash didn't cook the food. Completely unacceptable! read more

Love the wings. Generally the onion rings and fried mushrooms are great but they seems to be hit and miss with the fry lately.

They have terrific fried pickles. The philly cheese steak is great. Service could be more responsive.
