One thing I love is a good juicy burger and this place did not disappoint! Burger was huge! Flavorful and messy! Which is the absolute best! I got fries and opted to just use one of the seasoning salts they had out instead of getting toppings. They were great too. Crispy and fried just right. And that sweet tea!! Chefs kiss! Let's start with the NY Cheesesteak. The small size was the 1st disappointment. The bun was like a hotdog bun on steroids. Definitely NOT a hoagie bun. The meat was SUPER salty, so much so that I couldn't even taste the onions etc. My Onion rings were plentiful and very good. They were cooked perfectly & my favorite part of the meal. The milkshake was supposed to be a "creamsicle" I have no clue what flavor it actually was but definitely not "creamsicle". The presentation was nice, it was a pretty milkshake, I just wish that it had tasted as good as it looked. I was mad at myself for spending almost $28 on this meal. Every bit as good as the Nathan's I grew up with in NY. Chili cheese dog had the perfect proportions of chili and cheese, served on a fresh lightly toasted bun. Service was quick and accurate, and the prices are competitive. Will be returning to try some of the other menu items. read more

I did get in just before the lunch rush. I was greeted by a smiling face from the cashier, she took my order...Hot dog combo...chili, slaw, cheese...very southern....the fries are awesome, but different than the usual crispy ones from the fast food places around here. Not soft but not crisp, tender and very flavorful. They have 3 different flavored salt shakers to try. I went with the Nashville Hot. Worked well on the dog too. No hot sauce I could see. Guess that's not a Nee York thing either. The owner came around and spoke to me and everyone else inside. Very nice gentleman...Rock Hillian bringing a NY staple to us. I've been going to this restaurant since they've opened and even got 2 of the free hot dog cards completed. I don't know what's going on now with the hot dogs because the past few times I've gone the flavor is not the same. It tastes like they're barely cooked or popped in an oven and they're not hot. I had no issue while the son and daughter n law worked there. Yesterday on 12/2/25 @ approximately 1:30pm, I returned and this time had to go back through the drive thru after I got my order because they forgot to add coleslaw plus charged for fries which I never ordered and the hot dog wasn't hot, had no Nathan's flavor. So, they made everything over. But, the plus sized female which I'm guessing is the manager now, asked me what was wrong with the hot dog and I told her. She said, "well all hot dogs are prepared the same way and all they do is put them on the grill." So, I told her it wasn't hot, and just make it well done that's all. So, when the order came back it was cooked like a real Nathan's hot dog plus they gave me the refund for charging for fries that I never ordered. I said all this to say, I like the establishment but these hot dogs are not being prepared correctly or something is wrong. I had no issues when the daughter n law worked there. Stopped in Rock Hill to visit friends who suggested going to Nathan's. We love hot dogs, Nathan's was new and they hadn't been but they'd heard good things from locals originally from NY who were excited about Nathan's being in Rock Hill. Service was great. Cashier was patient and helpful as I for one didn't know the menu and had lots of questions. We thoroughly enjoyed everything we ordered. One of us was a New Yorker and was not disappointed. We learned the owner is from Rock Hill, not a 'Yankee' (I thought maybe from NY) and that many of the young staff live in the neighborhood. I consider that a Plus! On my way back to Atlanta with a drop off in Rock Hill I will pay another visit to Nathan's-- the food, the service, the easy location warrant the 'detour'. read more

Terrible hot dogs. Cheap ingredients and way too PRICEY! We were so disappointed being a Nathan's establishment. Nathan's hot dogs are supposed to be one of the better brands. The service was so-so. The wait time for our supposedly "hot & fresh" food was over 10 minutes, with no one else ordering, either inside or from the drive-thru, at the time. Obviously they are a brand new restaurant so I think people having patience is important during the early stages of any new business. Were to start....i have been waiting for this store to open for a couple of months. My husband and I decided to go thru the drive thru and try it out. There was only one person in front of use in the drive thru. It took 5 minutes for that person to get their order placed, even though there was no one in front of her in line. I made sure the girl repeated my order correctly. Once we got to the window it took about another 8-10 minutes to get the food. When we got home and opened everything up we were so disappointed at what we saw. We ordered a Manhattan burger as a single, a single bacon cheeseburger with no ketchup (I am allergic to it) and 2 large onion rings. What we got in the bag was a double not a single Manhattan burger, my bacon cheeseburger which had a lot of ketchup, no bacon whatsoever on it and the 2 onion rings. In addition there was some kind of sauce that was smeared on the outside of the hamburger boxes. I looked at my receipt and the girl who took my order charged me for a double Manhattan even though we wanted a single and she repeated a single back to me when I placed the order. Obviously I did not eat my cheeseburger due to the ketchup on it. My husband ate about 3 bites and threw his out telling me the meat was tough. We both tried the onion rings and they were so greasy that we threw those out as well. So basically we wasted $30 dollars on a meal we didn't eat. When I attempted to call the restaurant to speak to a manager regarding my experience I got an answering machine and not an option to actually speak to a live person. read more
