It was my first time here and the young man working explained the menu to us. Got a kids Single ButterBurger® Cheese Kids' Meal with added fried onions, mushrooms and bacon. Best fast food burger I've had in a while it was thin w/ crispy edges. It also came with a drink, side and custard which was more than enough food for me. The fries were very good but a little salty. I also enjoyed the onion rings which were thin and crispy. Not the service or quality that I know other Culver's to have. Cashier kept waving arms in circles, almost like I wasn't ordering quick enough, although there wasn't anybody else in line. He then sat two drink cups on the counter closest to him, but I wasn't sure that they were intended for me. So I moved away after I placed my order. After a minute or two I noticed the drink dispensing machine was over to my right, so I stepped back to the counter and asked him if those were my cups and he said yes. Then, while filling the drinks, I repeatedly heard my name shouted, almost impatiently. Each time my name was yelled I said "just a minute" to no avail. Eventually I said "just a minute I'm over here"and a different person walked over and handed me my bag while my hands were holding the drinks. Good grief! What a frustrating experience. As for the food, it was like the fries were the last few scraping of the barrel. A bunch of small cold pieces. The mushroom Swiss burger was OK, however, the Swiss onion burger on grilled sourdough was very soggy and greasy. Nothing about this place was like the many other Culver's. I've been to in other states. I am normally very hard pressed to write a negative complaint, but this place was so far off the mark that I couldn't let it slide completely. Ordered the pub burger tonight. That is something I will never do again. I did not taste or see any A1 sauce on it. They barely scraped the mayo across the bun. The fried onions, I'm sure, were very few crumbles of tha Durkee onions that we use to put on green bean cassarole. The two burger patties might be about the same as one patty at other restaurants. The burgers were overcooked and very dry. This was nothing like pub burgers I have had. I would bet that Hardees or Burger King's burgers are a lot better. read more

I have never been to Culver's before and decided to check it out on a road trip. The restaurant was a little dated, but the food was really good. I like how you can get a variety of sides with your burger. I had the mushroom Swiss burger with a side salad. It was tasty and I liked the fresh salad. My son had pretzel bites with his kids burger and we liked those as well. Every kids meal comes with a free scoop of custard, which is nice. I also tried one of the concrete, which was tasty as well. I will definitely check out my local location since it is a newer restaurant. read more

This location was shockingly bad. The parking lot is too small and difficult to exit. My burger was cold and dry as was my wife's pot roast sandwich. For the inflated cost, I expect a better experience. As most other Culver's that I've visited have been pretty good, this store clearly has management problems. Food!!! Awesome. Great burger, fries hot and crispy, veggies on the burger, fresh cut. Dining room is clean and well maintained. Staff has ZERO personality or customer service. No interaction from the cashier to the people taking selfies through the window of each other or the guy who dropped the food off and didn't even look at us. I'll do the drive thru but I doubt I'll come back inside. We were walking out the door and a saving grace for this place was Pierre. 2 stars only because of the French fries were decent, and we got served quickly. It was in the middle of the day, mid week..so not crowded at all. The cod fish sandwich however was gross. It was literally dripping fluid that looked like water. It left a puddle in the carton. The fish itself was tasteless and water logged. I couldn't even finish it. It didn't even have the right color to it. It was a bit grey. The fish was like a log on a wide bun. The cheese was sprinkled on and most wasn't even on the fish or melted. Even the tartar sauce left me shaking my head in a moment of what the heck is that?!? We were looking forward to trying it after seeing the commercials. We wondered how a Wisconsin based fish and chip place could get good fish. Now we know. It's labeled as Atlantic Cod, but it's obvious that it was not fresh. Poor service, long wait time, inconvenient fix to order issue. I waited 15-20 minutes just to have to remind the employees of my order (126) order 130 was going out at the time. Once I got home a realized that my burger was missing. I called to ask for a refund just for the burger and was told that id have to drive all the way back to the store to right their wrong. The floor was pretty slippery so be careful. Burger itself was great and delicious, but the funny thing is the burger tasted similar to the one at Carowinds at the Jukebox diner. 1. Waited almost 10 minutes, for disgusting and nasty "food". 2. Asked for items at the window, like ketchup and extra napkins, told to pull over and wait for order. 3. Order brought out after waiting at least 10 minutes, without extra requested items. 4. WRONG ORDER RECEIVED! Ordered single cheeseburger with ketchup, mustard, mayonnaise, pickles, onions, tomatoes, and lettuce. What did I get?? A double cheeseburger (normally would be a bonus), NO mustard, NO lettuce, and the END of a tomato! A piece of onion that one bite would be gone, and NO pickle. Not only that, the taste was bland and just plain sucked! And I paid way too much money for this joke of fast food! Shame on your service and your staff! Do yourself a favor and go to McDonalds, and that's sad for me to say but true. My first time to this place and really had no idea what to expect. I was disappointed. I went on a Sunday later afternoon thinking it would be a good time for a late lunch. I was wrong. This is essentially a fast food restaurant with a drive-thru. The line was really long when I got there. People were waiting for their good. You order and rake a number. The young lady at the register, Jade, had such a mild voice I could hardly hear her. I asked her three times to speak up. I wanted to the side salad, but they were out of them. So I oped for fries. You get a plastic table number and someone comes by and delivers your food. Jade didn't tell me they were all out of soft drinks, all they had was unsweet tea. That was very disappointing. I patiently waited 20 minutes for my food. Way too long for fast food. I finally walked up to the register and there were a bunch of unhappy people waiting as well. I finally got the attention of one of the food runners and she told me they were really busy and running behind, I said I had been waiting for 20 minutes. They lady next to me said she had been waiting for 30 minutes. After about another 5 minute wait, they found my food. I had the double sourdough melt. I asked for swiss cheese but they were out so I opted for provolone. It was OK, nothing really special. When I got to the parking lot, the line of cars was back to the entrance. The way the parking lot was designed, there was not enough room to get by the parked cars and those in the drive through. I ended up having to exit through the entrance just to escape. This will be my first and last Culver experience. read more

Pretty darn good burger!! I wish the closest Culver's wasn't a 15 minute drive away! Ordered the double Culver's deluxe burger meal with fries and a drink. The burger is delicious and a good size. I wish I had ordered a single instead of a double because I'm not a big lunch eater. The fries were good but I'm not a huge fan of crinkle cut fries so next time I definitely want to try the onion rings. The air conditioning was broken the day we visited but not deducting points for that. This is my new favorite fast food burger in the Charlotte area. (Non fast food favorites are #1 Ace No 3, #2 Bang Bang, and #3 The Crunkleton) They are practicing social distancing, mask wearing, inside dining at this location. read more

I had lunch at Culver's for the first time today. Let me begin by acknowledging the employee that ran order out to the pickup section. I mean he ran food out to waiting customers. All employees were incredibly friendly and helpful, which is a lovely change these days. My food was done quickly. I got a triple burger with fries and a drink. My wife got a double with gluten free bun. The bun was typical GF style bread but we appreciated the option. Everything was great and we look forward to coming back. I was recently introduced to Culver's by a friend from Wisconsin. I still haven't eaten any of their regular food, we always go for dessert. I love their custard. Their concretes are my favorite. They have plenty of mix ins to choose from. They also have a flavor of the day which is always a unique flavor. My favorite combinations are peanut butter/banana/caramel. I had raspberry once too which was also good. They do charge you for extra mix in toppings though. If you're in the area, I would recommend stopping here to try their custard. read more
