I'll start by saying, usually this Domino's is spot on and the pizza tastes great. However, tonight I ordered a Buffalo chicken pizza and it comes out with hardly any cheese (the lady apologized and discounted it half off which was appreciated). Not only that but it had tomato sauce which wasn't even supposed to be on there, it's supposed to be a ranch base. There was also a ton of Buffalo sauce on it, an over load of tomato sauce and Buffalo sauce with barely any cheese isn't too great of a taste. I'll give them another chance but for now I'm irritated enough to write this review for 3 stars read more

I haven't been back to this Domino's since I got a strong whiff of their lack of customer service. I don't know who owns or manages this one, but whoever it is just does not seem to care. I ordered their any medium one-topping carry-out weekly special. I went with a mushroom pizza, because I'm a mushroom fan. Picked up the pizza and took it home. Lesson 1: Open the box before you leave the store. The pizza had about 5 slices of mushroom on it. It was a cheese pizza that accidentally bumped into a fairy as she was leaving her toadstool. I rearranged the mushroom slices and managed to get two pieces of "mushroom pizza" out if it. The rest went in the garbage. I emailed Domino's corporate to offer a few pointers on improving their food quality. (When the single topping is a vegetable, don't distribute it like a rare commodity.) I received a prompt response (kudos to corporate) explaining that this Domino's was not corporate-owned, but was owned by a franchisee. They had forwarded my observations and contact information to said franchisee. Franchisee never reached out to me and I have never spent another penny at this location. But I often share my experience about the place with others. read more

Very disappointed on the lack of customer service and onus of this location. The delivery driver delivered to the wrong house and instead of apologizing and acknowledging the mistake and making a fresh order, the "manager" said that the neighbors are stealing the pizza and needed their name and number - ARE YOU KIDDING ME ?!?!! read more

Dominos stole my money, I made a order for pick up at 5:30 and I call at 6 to pick it up and they say they don't longer have it. So I had to re order it and ask for delivery and they had the mixa made within 5 minutes that means they send me the same pizza I paid the first time for. You may ask how I know this well the first pizza I order it with extra chesse and the second one I din't and i got deliver the one with extra chese that was supposed to be the carry out one. They also were rude to my boyfriend that call he didn't know good english. read more

These employees have obviously been trained very well. Their customer service was superb. I went into the restaurant to order my pizza and they were very friendly as well as helpful. Kudos to management for training a fine group of young adults in customer service. read more

Great pizza for people that have never had great pizza! Domino's tactical decision to listen to their customers must have been advised by people that hate good tomato sauce. Domino's changed there pizzas because they were quickly losing market share...not because they were trying to please patrons. Throwing a bunch of herbs in the sauce doesn't make it any better...it just covers up a bad sauce. I'd eat it...but I'd never order it. Try the: Drive to another pizza joint. read more

Rudest bunch of people ever! I called to see about delivering to my location and was rudely told by what sounded like a teenager that they don't and I said can I speak with a manager she said,"hod on" and came back to tell me her manager was busy and would be several minutes. Upon calling another location I was told they do deliver but it was the rude location! I was too mad and disrespected to give them the time a day again! The service was fast and the delivery person was top notch, but the pizza was not. Like a lot of pizza place - and many other food places for that matter - what they show in photos and what they actually serve you are two completely different things. One of my pizzas was a BBQ Chicken and onion pizza. There were several pieces that didn't even have chicken on them, and not a lot of onion either. I have come in to this location twice now to buy only the "kicker hot sauce". I purchased a Subway sandwich and they no longer carry hot sauce. Long story short, I debate between subway, pizza hut and dominos quite often. I am very impressed at the staff and their help, even if its for three hot sauces. Subway will no longer get my business and I will just buy my sandwiches from Dominos. It's the little things and you guys nailed it. read more

I always go online and order my pizza, a better deal....I have been very pleased with this Domino's, they have seemed to be honest, fair and no complaints from my home. Thank you Domino's and the mtg. that was working tonight, for when I placed my order and the phone ring and said they were out of pineapples and it would be 20 min extra; it was okay they made me feel like family and we was able to work it out. Just ordered food online. I was looking at the tracking app and it indicated that 'Mike' was making my order. 5 minutes later I get a call from a female employee telling me that they have run out of pasta. I worked in food service before and realize that this does in fact happen but when 75% of my order was pasta , Mike shouldn't have needed five minutes to figure out there was going to be a problem. Additionally the woman laughing on the phone while telling me that they were not going to be able to fill my order was not appreciated, worst part was that she didn't offer any form of compensation......
