I'm in love with this place, and I don't even like pizzas. I find myself dreaming about it when I'm craving. Located in a small strip mall. They're tucked away next to a bar. Their thin pizza is sooo good, slightly crispy and come out piping hot. Like boiling hot. The cheese just stringing along when you take a bite. Everything was balance just right. Amount of cheese to the sauce, toppings all just come together. Every time I visit my friends in Rock Hill, I demand that they order pizzas from here. I have drove from Charlotte to Rock Hill to get to this for pizza. The young lady who took our order was very pleasant and I get to meet the man who perfect the rolling of the thin pizza. I am truly confused how any business can continue to keep there doors open with Rude staff and poor quality food. The place is dirty and needs a good cleaning. I am sure the lazy staff won't do it as they cannot even great you as you enter and approach the counter to order. My pizza was way too oily, soggy and the outer crust was burned. I suppose this is another business which survives on new customers as I have difficulty believing people return here (maybe a few with very low standards). We will not be back and I will certainly inform my friends, family and pretty much anyone I come in contact with to avoid this place. Does anyone find it interesting the staff are rude and owners/Managers refuse correct to make their mistakes? No love goes into this pizza. You really should remove "Brooklyn" from the name because I know that Brooklyn people care about their pizza! read more

Adding to a previous review... This joint has potential. I like the cheese slice for a midday snack. Not sure how a whole pie would travel (for sure "not cut" and slide it in the oven to crisp up at home. I'd like them to switch to the smaller cupped pepperoni. I have always loved the food here. I'm not sure what a lot of these reviews are with negative feedback. It's not a fine sit down place. You call your pizza in and pick up a pie that is way better than anything in town. On the way home you down the jalapeño poppers you didn't tell your wife about and then enjoy the pizza at home with your family. They are great people in there. read more

Idk... I've been 4 times now. The slices aren't bad, but it takes around 20-30 minutes to get them even if you order in advance. The customer service is perfunctory at best. The meatball calzone I had was not good at all, soggy, and didn't even contain one full meatball, per my conversation with whomever I spoke to upon calling and asking about it. It would have been better if it had been properly filled, but it was already lacking in flavor. If I'm close and craving a slice, I''ll consider stopping, but otherwise I don't think I'll keep exploring the menu. read more

My husband and I ordered a cheese pizza for a quick dinner on a Saturday night. When we got home and opened the box we noticed half of the pieces were burnt. It was dry and just awful. We ordered a regular cheese, wings (6 mild, 6 hot), garlic knots, and a Stromboli. The pizza and Stromboli were very good, but we are sure it would be better eating in house as food is always best that way. We hope this pizza joint does well, since they've been open for a roughly a year. We'll be back. read more

Chicken pizza was on point. The sauce had an even taste across the entire pizza. Crust was excellent. Grammas pizza was very good. I travel an hour each way for the pizza. Try the cannoli and the tiramisu for dessert. This is New York pizza. read more

I drive for DoorDash and had an order to pick up from there and the gps didn't have the correct location for the address so I called the location and a man answered the phone and was REAL rude and said "put the address in Google maps and find it!" And hung up. So I called back and the same man answered and I asked to speak to the manager and he claimed to be the manager. So I told him he was a Piss poor excuse for a manager. He says what are you gonna do about it?" And hung up again. I finally found the location and sent my father inside as I was beyond pissed, so he goes in for the order and the manager asked did he call twice and he said "my daughter did" and the manager says "I'm not giving you the order out to you. Get another driver to pick this order up" WTF??? This "manager" is now Messing with MY money. The food might be good but I won't know that because the manager is the first impression of the restaurant and I'm not impressed.
