I suggest they keep a bowl with fries ready and when they are ordered you have them or you can double fry it to reheat and crisp them. When we did get the fries it was a massive portion with no season like the photo suggested and you guessed it greasy from sitting in the oil too long. They couldn't offer a refund, replace it with rice and it should not have been offered. Just say the fryer isn't working can we suggest rice? How hard is that? Never received an apology for the time we waited... in the rain. The worse part is we have both had better gyros in our lives.

What we got: Crabcake Sandwich with fries - I love crabcake, but I was hesitant to try as it is a crabcake and shrimp patty. I am not a fan of shrimp. Surprisingly, this is my new favorite crabcake. It was outstanding. The fries were very flavorful as well. Chicken and strawberry waffles - the strawberry waffles were a special of the day, but it was a fantastic combination I didn't know I needed. The chicken was some of the best fried chicken I have had. Extreme flavor bomb with this dish - no syrup was even needed. I only have one request - that they start selling the crabcakes just as is. I'd like to just get a crabcake next time, or be able to take a couple of them home without the sandwich and sides. One last thing I'd like to point out is service. I'd never seen or heard of this truck before but the menu looked interesting with choices for those trying to watch what they eat. I opted for the chicken pita with grilled veggies, and a salad.
