I suggest they keep a bowl with fries ready and when they are ordered you have them or you can double fry it to reheat and crisp them. When we did get the fries it was a massive portion with no season like the photo suggested and you guessed it greasy from sitting in the oil too long. They couldn't offer a refund, replace it with rice and it should not have been offered. Just say the fryer isn't working can we suggest rice? How hard is that? Never received an apology for the time we waited... in the rain. The worse part is we have both had better gyros in our lives.

From the moment you walk in, the atmosphere just hits right -- warm, welcoming, and full of character. The service was genuinely outstanding, friendly without being over-the-top, and the staff clearly takes pride in what they do. The food? Outstanding across the board. I went with the cheesesteak and it was straight-up perfection. The meat was incredibly juicy and tender, the onions were caramelized crispy with amazing flavor, and the mozzarella pulled it all together beautifully. The fries that came with it were hot, crispy, and addictive. My other favorite was the Guinness Brat -- huge, ridiculously juicy, and that rich Guinness flavor came through perfectly in every bite. Bravo, chefs. That one is getting ordered again next time for sure. My wife got the pulled pork quesadilla. The pork itself was packed with great flavor, super tender and tasty, but she felt it was a little plain overall and could've used some salsa, onions, or a bit of kick to tie it together. The craft beer selection was excellent too -- nice variety and everything we tried was spot-on. Atmosphere + service + food = the perfect trifecta. Our overall experience was a solid 10/10.
