This has become our "go to" pizza place when visiting family in Clover. I love the old school feel and my 8 year old is a huge fan of the free games! The pizza crust is so good-light and not greasy. We celebrated our mom's 73rd birthday there today and the manager went above and beyond to celebrate with us:) This small town gem is a must try! read more

The Pizza Man - Extra cheeeesey light on the sauce large beautiful yummy pizza! - Pizza Near Me - Clover, South Carolina

Absolutely 5 stars. The salad bar here is hands-down the best value in Clover. For just $7.15 (tax included), you get a multiple trip, fresh, well-appointed spread that honestly rivals places charging twice as much. Crisp lettuce, tomatoes, olives, eggs, meats, cheeses, and plenty of toppings -- everything looked fresh and well stocked. The ranch was excellent, and portions are as generous as you want them to be. It's rare to find a small-town spot that still offers a quality salad bar at this price point. Clean, organized, and genuinely satisfying. Staff was super friendly! If you're in Clover and want something fresh, affordable, and really good, this is it. We'll definitely be back. read more

The Pizza Man - Large Salad bar plate - Pizza Near Me - Clover, South Carolina

Ultimately, the pizza is delicious and the games are things that the children look forward to but the service, well, it's nothing unnoticed that they are comfortable in their location and that they've obviously owned this location for years...the service shows in all the not great ways. Sadly. We came for the pizza, might return for take out. Maybe. read more

The pizza and salad bar is fantastic, Wait staff and order taker is very Courteous. I walked in and was Welcomed by a Blonde haired young lady. She was cleaning the Salad bar, instead of letting me stand there until she was finished cleaning, she said I would be glad to take your order, stopped what she was doing, came over to the counter and took my order. Most places I've been too the teenagers generally ignore customers as they are focused on getting the one task done. I appreciate being noticed as a valued Customer and not just another Customer. I sat down at one of the booths, she brought me my food and asked if she could refill my drink and if I needed anything else. I said "No thank you, I appreciate your help" she replied " It's my pleasure to Serve you. WOW! I will definitely be back read more

Ordered a pizza on line last night. Went in to pick it up and young man behind the counter said it would be about 5 more minutes. I said no problem and sat in the first booth facing the counter. Observed the kid that first greeted me eating and drinking in the food prep area. He never said anything about my order being ready. After 10 minutes I went to counter and another lady assisted me. She removed pizza from warming oven and handed it to me. Had to reheat pizza when I got home. read more

Average pizza but a nice atmosphere for kids. The staff was very friendly and engaged. We did not get anything other than pizza. Cheese Pizza - I preferred this one. Decent flavor, so so crust. Pepperoni Pizza - a little greasy. Again, so so crust. read more

Was pretty good. Don't eat in my car. They have dinning in. Would go back again. Nice family place

Awesome place and the food is great. Wonderful service. I use them all the time. Support local!

New online order is terrible. It does not work. There's no pictures and nothing is clickable. It's been like this for a few weeks. Please fix it or you'll be losing business. read more

Pizza was decent. Crust was a little bread heavy but I got the hand tossed. Will try the thin crust next time and problem likely solved. Toppings though very on point. They were not shy pouring the toppings on for my personal size combination pizza but they didn't overload the pizza to the point that the slice falls apart on you. I liked the balance of meat to veggies. Would try again with the thin crust. Wings were cooked perfectly. The medium wings were medium spicy. I wish the garlic parm wings had more flavor, a little more parm would have gone a long way there. Shame because they were perfectly crispy on the outside while not dry. Online ordering was a breeze, delivery was quicker than expected and very efficient - driver called ahead and we met at the door. read more

When visiting friends in Clover we had the fortunate opportunity to eat at The Pizza Man. The pizza was perfect and the boys had a blast playing the games. Service was fast and friendly. We'd be happy to come back some day. read more

just got a pizza from there and I think my nine-year-old granddaughter could've made one that was more presentable. Haven't tasted it yet, but some sections don't even have the toppings on them.. It looks like they stood the box up on its side and let everything slide over. read more

Great pizza Not New York style. NY is ok but not what I want all the time. Salad bar is kinda skimpy IMO . Ruby Tuesday's is what I compare all salad bars to & no green olives. What's the deal down here with no green olives anywhere? A pizza place with a salad bar is greatly appreciated. I called ahead & arrived about 10 minutes early & they hadn't even started on our order when we got there. So that's not good. In fact, the young man who served us acted like we didn't even call ahead. I did it so I know for a fact we did. Every one working there acted like we were not welcome there. I crack funny all the time but noone there ever smiled not just at my kidding... no one ever smiled. Yellow coffee I guess. read more

Our dinner go-to for weekend nights. The manager couldn't be nicer, more honest or kind. I'm glad to see their business has boomed over the past few years. Hope it'll be around for tons more! The personal veggie pizza is absolutely the best I've ever had!!!! read more

Ordered from here TWICE in the same week!!!!! That's how good it was!!! Go try it for yourself :) calzone will blow your socks off and the bacon chicken ranch pizza will send you to heaven!!! read more

Great food and fast service. The delivery was expected in 1 hour and it arrived on the dot and the food was still warm. Everything we had from the boneless wings to the Stromboli and cheese bread was all delicious. I will have to try their pizza next time. Yumm. read more

We love the pizza at the pizza man! It's priced affordable for the amount of toppings and the size. It's a locally owned restaurant and because of this staff is limited so keep that in mind during peak hours and ordering 45 min or so in advance will ensure your food is ready and hot when you get there to pick it up. If you choose to dine in they also have a well stocked salad bar. There are games for the kids, but they're rarely working or I would have rated higher as this is part of the total experience. read more

I eat here 1-2 times a month. Food is excellent. Pizza, wings, and calzones are very good. Salad bar is above average. Atmosphere is good, though I mostly do take-out. Employees are always friendly, even though they usually appear under-staffed. Rule of thumb for take-out here: if they say 30 minutes, give them 45. read more

Pizza and their ranch is phenomenal!! I love getting their salad bar if we eat in. Wings are good as well but usually bring them home to get them more crispy to my liking read more

Food is amazing especially wings and salad bar. The service you couldn't ask for better. Ambiance is great for children and adults. They provide games for you to play. Such as ski ball!!! read more

Ordered from here tonight first time. Did a to go order app said 45 minutes. Turned into 1.5 hours for pickup. There is a reason why. Everyone in Clover SC has ordered pizza because it's so good. We had calzones the presentation was amazing. The taste properly the best I have ever eaten. I will return soon and the wait was worth it. read more

Consistently good service and food for a reasonable price. I have not dined in as I always carry out.

My pizza was delicious, salad was fresh and crispy, and service was great! Had my food in less than 30 minutes. You have made this old woman a happy camper on this chilly, cold day - and I am inside, comfortable, and dry!!! Will definitely use Pizza Man again!!! Thank you! read more

Pizza is excellent and the garlic knots are out of this world! Everything I have tried has always been delicious! The give Pizza Hut a run for their money in my opinion! read more

Horrible pizza and service. I asked for thin crust, and it came out hand tossed and soggy..

Placed a call in last night for 2 orders of boneless spicy teriyaki wings and a side salad got home wings were Buffalo and dry and tough lettuce was brown. This is the 2nd time I have placed an order there and it was wrong. Not sure if they just aren't paying attention or what but please get it together. The price I have to pay it should be right. read more

This is right in the heart of my home town of clover. I ordered the cheese breadsticks and they were so good! They have awesome garlic knots too. The pizza is awesome too. They have really good prices and they have a drive thru window and they deliver too. read more

It's ok. Hit or miss which for the cost of food these days isn't very appealing. The last time the pizza was not done enough so we threw it out...A few times it was good though. It's a nice little hang out for young kids to shoot pool. Owners are really nice... read more

Placed an order this past weekend. I was so disappointed. We ordered two sandwiches, cheese bread and wings. I ordered take out. When we got our food home these sandwiches were literally thrown together. I have never seen such a mess. Mayo was even on the top of the bun. The toppings were piled on so high you couldn't even hold the sandwich. We threw both sandwiches in the trash. I was so disgusted that nothing was eaten and all went in the trash. Will never go there again. On a side note I received an online review from them. Which I did. A good business would want to follow up on that. Dwells Clover, SC read more

The pizza is good but the wings are amazing! If this place ever quit serving wings I'd just quit coming! It's amazing and highly recommend!

Not being a fan of the Chains and wanting a good Pizza tonight. I made the call to The Pizza Man. I ordered a pizza and an order of breadsticks to compare to a local competitor. High Hope's for this one so I was excited to get my to go order home. Pizza looked good and the sticks looked decent. The Bread Sticks were just that. They were decent. Nothing to spend too much time talking about. The pizza was about par for the course. I will be honest...I was expecting better. Glad I decided to pass up the chain pizza joints but not what I was hoping for. The people are a totally different story. What a friendly group of employees. A pleasure to do business with for sure. Not many options in Clover and only one other non-chain option that I know of so I would never stear you away from The Pizza Man. If you want to give your money to good people for a perfectly fine pizza then this place will suit your needs. read more

Their pizza is not as good as it used to be. Delivery drivers forget parts of our orders and their customer service sucks.

Really good!! Not the best I've ever had, but for a small town pizza place it's pretty darn good!! I've ridden by for years and never tried. Glad I did. Hope to eat there again soon! read more

We used to love this place but the food has really gone downhill. We tried it again tonight because our new favorite was closed. My calzone was so undercooked that the dough was raw in some places. When I called to complain they sent a new one that was too salty and greasy to eat. read more

This was a horrible experience I had called in my order gave the delivery address and got the price and was told 45 minutes for delivery. I had company coming over. Well after an hour and half I called to check on it I was told they didn't deliver to my address. What?? The person was very rude but said they would meet us. Of course when we got the pizza it was cold and tough. And to add they had delivered here several times before!! Never go there again very rude and terrible pizza read more

I'll start with saying I like the salad bar. Although they were under staffed, the staff was nice and hustling. Unfortunately I did not enjoy the pizza. I think because of the sauce. I'll go back for the salad bar and try something else. The drink machine wasn't working which is unfortunate. Cottage cheese on the salad bar would be awesome. read more
