Hands-down the worst fast-food customer service experience I've ever had. I gave them 2 chances (2 different locations in 2 days) and both were just plain ridiculous. I'm a "nice guy" (not aggressive or angry by nature) so apparently that's the reason people like these think they can walk all over me and treat me like I'm the problem somehow. If I place a $50 order via your app and your printout doesn't give you the correct information, that's not a customer issue. That's a problem with your printing system that I don't know how the customer could possibly fix. But after you staple the huge bag shut and send me on my way, and I drive 15 minutes home and 15 minutes back again because the order is completely wrong, that's your opportunity to be kind to me, and not get defensive and angry and weird. Fix my order. Offer to give me a free cup of coffee while I wait for you to correct my order. Maybe even (gasp!) apologize for the mistake and for wasting my time and making my kids wait an extra half an hour for me to drive back here so that you can get snippy with me about YOUR screw-ups. I'm your customer, not your doormat. read more

been going here since it has ever opened and have never had a problem until the new manager has started not sure his name but i he is unprofessional and lazy. there has been 3 times now that he blames that his system is down and he can't serve me but there is people inside and in the drive thru getting their food. don't waste your time going here when mcdonald's, wendy's, taco bell, and arby's is a minute away and has a better staff. need to see some new management if this location was to improve. read more

I placed an order on the app and selected curbside pick up. I waited in my curbside pick up spot for close to 10 minutes and no one came. I go inside my hot food is sitting on the shelf with my drink and no one brought it to me. There were at least six employees inside. Good chicken and good sides. The chicken is no better than KFC but the sides are superior. One of their family meals comes with a half-gallon of very sweet ice tea, a diabetic's nightmare. The buns are great. Sometimes the dirty rice is too salty. Overall we like it. read more

My first time ever trying bojangles. The fries were probably the worst I've ever had from a fast food chicken spot. They were flat, over seasoned and stale. The chicken sandwich was actually NOT bad for a fast food chain. But nothing I'd find myself craving. It's convenient. I should mention I'm not a fan of MOST fast food fried chicken. I don't like KFC or Popeyes; however was curious to give this a try. Customer service was actually excellent through drive-thru, very friendly and quick. read more

Probably should've read the reviews before coming here but hey I wanted Bojangles and it was around the way where I was going. I got quite a laugh at the note on the intercom. The drive-through didn't take long and the personnel in the drive-through seemed very friendly calling me honey, baby, sugar, sweetie, etc. each time I said something. The food is where they lost majority of their stars. The taste was way off. I'm expecting a fresh buttered biscuit and a delicious crispy chicken in between. Instead I got a stale biscuit and chicken it tasted super funny so I didn't end up eating the sandwich and just ran to the Chick-fil-A nearby since I was so hungry. I always trust my gut with food if it doesn't taste right on the first bite something is off don't eat it. Rather than getting sick I decided to venture on I won't return to this Bojangles and skip it if you can. read more

Thanks A LOT! Drove an hour out of the way to find something to eat, because you cannot so much as take a few seconds to update your hours..?!?!!? We came back from out of state and decided to get something closer to home so that it would be hot when we arrived. We pull in and all the employees and their friends were standing in the parking lot yelling at us "Oh, we closed at 11". SERIOUSLY!? Everything online states they are opened for another hour. VERY Upsetting! AND We Will NEVER EVER come back, based upon principle alone. What an incredible inconvenience!!!!!!!!! We could have grabbed dinner 15 minutes back, but now THEY ARE CLOSED! Ugh! Every. Single. Time. I have gone to this location, they have been out of their main products, including chicken sandwiches and multi-piece chicken meals. An hour and a half before they closed, the drive-thru hostess told me they would not serve me any Bo-Rounds because it was too close to the end of the night and they would not turn the fryers back on. They would not make or turn anything on again for the last hour and a half of their shift, so I went elsewhere. This has happened multiple times at this location, and I do not see how this location is still open. It's worth the 10-15 minute drive to a different location in order to get proper selection and quality service. read more

Sorriest Bojangles anywhere! Dirty. Never, never, never get orders right when it's more than 2 orders. Food is not hot or fresh ... anytime of day. Stale bread. Soggy fries. Greasy I expect. But they take it to new levels. Not just a one time occurrence. Lived here for 13 years. They've sucked for at least the last 5. Wow. Never have I had a place get so much of an order wrong. The dining room was closed, but no one bothered to put up a sign. We did curbside pick up, and when we discovered the first mistake- short a drink- and called it to the workers attention, he said we ordered what he'd brought us, then went back inside and locked the door. Ordered five 5 pc supreme meals that cost $55. Got home and opened the boxes and literally thought my wife had cut them up for our kids only to find out those were the supremes. All five orders looked like dehydrated popcorn chicken. I couldn't believe they consciously filled my order with that crap. Unsatisfied. The bo rounds were a little soft. Like too soft. My friends chicken looked like old lady skin. That piece of chicken didn't look good. I ordered an egg and cheese biscuit but they forgot the egg. So I got a cheese biscuit. Weird. I feel like they just need a little re-vamp in decorations and food and then it would be all good. This is the worst bojangles I have ever encountered. The last visit they got my order wrong but bc I knew they'd screw it up, I had them read it back to me. They handed me my bag of food and I asked if that was everything, she said to have a good day. Half way down the road I realized that I was missing my hash rounds. Went back and had to sit in drive thru again bc the dine in was closed. Got what they didn't give me to later find that the biscuits were thrown together and not even properly wrapped. Like they were thrown into the bag with the paper. Whoever runs this location needs to be fired. They will ALWAYS get your order wrong! It has never failed! Just moved to NC and wanted to try Bojangles. Went 10/9/21 6:35 pm and waited in a short line of about 5 cars for an amazing 25 minutes, got to the speaker at 6:57 pm to order and was just told "We're closed" after I watched the car in front order no problem. Closed on a Sat night at 7pm? I asked the girl why? No Answer and then "Why did you let me and others wait if you had to close early"? She said again "We're closed" no other response with a rude tone like I should have known they would be closed. After that, I'll never eat Bojangles read more

We stopped here to share the Bojangles experience with our friends from Ohio since they don't have them up North. The restaurant was a little short staffed and they explained that right away ..the food was fabulous and Junior went above and beyond to make sure we had all we needed and even gave us a complimentary dessert ..I highly recommend this restaurant!!!!! Our friends were beyond impressed with the Southern hospitality they were shown!!! read more
