I used mobile order, thinking it would be faster. A big mistake. Following the instruction, I pulled up to the drive- thru window, told them that I was here to pick up mobile order. Negative one star... I came to get a chocolate frosty at 1:30am because I had a craving for oneited I order one. Mind you I have the free frosty key tag. When I ordered it the person working paused and told me that THE FROSTIES WERE SOLD OUT FOR THE NIGHT.... not the machine was broken, or it was getting cleaned.. no it was sold out.. for the night. I've never had a Wendy's employee tell me such a sad excuse just so they didn't have to reclean or do anything 30 min before close. I'm not impressed with this location. The employees are generally rude; including the management. I ordered 3 burger meals, well done. All three were bloody. Not a bad location. Drive through always quick and efficient, and order is always correct. Unfortunately, the staff are pretty rude and not that polite, in fact they can be just aholes in general which is very unfortunate. This spot is located inside the gas station. Access from main roads not that easy and can be a pain during rush hour. Aside from that typical Wendy's food and plenty of seating inside. read more

Received a ton of great breakfast coupons and decided to try them all out. The iced coffee was pretty good, up to the McDonald's standard I'd say. The artisan panini breakfast sandwiches were YUM!!! So surprised at the quality. The oatmeal bar was DELICIOUS and only a dollar. The home fries had good seasoning. In addition the manager is very nice an recognizes me. :) read more

At 12 am they were not taking orders, nor would they answer the drive thru speaker, when passing the window there was more than one person still in there starring at our car. Many people were getting in line but ended up leaving due to the lack of response. Online it said they were open until 2 am and the door said so as well. Disappointed. read more

So instead of giving you a complicated cons list on Wendy's spicy chicken sandwich i'll give you a fair review on what I think about the spicy sandwich that Wendy's has made. The Wendy's spicy chicken sandwich has a decent texture and a great flavor for a second but after that second passes it was nothing but spicy, which ruins the flavor and makes the sandwich not very good, but when I had it was mayonnaise it was a solid tasty sandwich I liked the way it tasted and that it make the spiciness more tolerable. read more

Went to this location drive-thru at 10:45 p.m. Thursday night. Waited 15 minutes with no one in front of us and observed employees eating Bojangles no one wash their hands, no gloves, handling food. THIS is an absolutely horrible Wendy's. I hope they read these reviews and it makes them sit up and take notice - just about everybody thinks this branch is rotten. Get with it, y'all! I just tried to order. I saw "Frosty Shakes" and thought that was better than a Frosty maybe - that it would be thinner. So I ordered a VANILLA Frosty SHAKE. To which I was asked, "What Kind?" "Don't you have vanilla?" "Yes." "That's what I want." "Okay. What kind?" "...... Don't you have VANILLA Frosty Shakes?" "Yes." "Well - that's what I want!" "What kind?" We did that FOUR FREAKIN' TIMES!!!!!! By now I was so frustrated that when she asked again "What kind?" I yelled, "OH MY GOSH!!!! VANILLA!!!!!!!!!" By this time the manager came over. So I said to her, "Maybe YOU understand English! Do you have Vanilla Frosty Shakes???" She said, "No." And the other woman says, "Well, that's what I said!" NO - YOU said "yes". SHE said "no". Wow! Horrible customer service! One employee literally did not move from holding the wall up (in the dining area) the entire 30 minutes I had lunch there. Another milled about the line area and drink area doing nothing except getting in my way. Stood at front counter with everyone looking at me but no one willing to take my order or even pronounce to their coworkers that someone was waiting. Order didn't get taken until the manager noticed. This is why a fast food employee making $15 an hour is a joke and everyone knows it. The only people who think they deserve $15 an hour are the ones working fast-food. I understand a kid working fast-food not being totally enthusiastic about their job, but an adult?
