I normally don't leave negative reviews, but I was very disappointed with my experience tonight. I ordered through Uber Eats because I recently had a baby and am unable to leave the house. My pizza arrived cold, and my drink, which I paid for, was missing. I contacted Uber Eats first, but while waiting for a response, I called Jet's Pizza to see if they could help or accommodate the situation. Unfortunately, the employee I spoke with around 8:00 p.m. was extremely dismissive. Instead of showing any empathy or trying to help, he told me, "That sounds like a personal problem to me." I understand that third-party delivery services can make situations more complicated, and I wasn't demanding anything unreasonable. I was simply asking if there was anything the store could do to help after I received cold food and didn't receive everything I paid for. Customer service matters just as much as the food. A little kindness and professionalism would have gone a long way. I hope management addresses how customers are treated because no one should be spoken to that way when they're simply asking for help. read more

First off, let's clear one thing up- yes this is a chain. However, this isn't your ordinary box of questionable dough topped with sauce and ambiguous "cheese" product. This is Jets, and if you have not tried it yet- order an 8 corner or even a 4 corner detroit style and be ready for your world to change. I am a thin pizza fan, Jersey bar pie style with sauce and cheese to the edge. Jets 8 corner gives me a thicker yet crispy pan inspired crust with a flavorful sauce and REAL cheese to the edges while introducing the caramelized cheese square "halo"- the mecca of umami! They use that good stuff too- the cheese keeps pulling as you grab a slice. I also take advantage of their crust toppers- sesame for me for extra crunch! The veggies are fresh and ALWAYS generously added. This location is near a friend of mine and the GM Darrius was amazing in taking care of us. Super attentive and on top of his QA game while making sure the 8 corner was nothing short of 100%. The only problem you will encounter is the savage in you may come out if sharing. Lots of pizza math will happen as you mentally keep track of how many slices your friends are eating only to ensure you get your share and then some! I was in town visiting family and one night we all had a craving for pizza. This location of Jets is less than a five minute drive from their house and we're all Jets fans, so it was a quick and easy option that satisfied everyone. Placing our order on their website was a breeze and the wait time was only about 25 minutes. Eventually I made the short drive there and when I arrived my pizza and additional items were ready to go. The employee that helped me was super nice and before you knew it we were all gathered around the dinner table chowing down. We got a large (8 slice) pizza, half cheese and half pepperoni, along with a small salad. I don't normally order a salad from here, but I was in desperate need of something fresh and I was pleasantly surprised by it. Delivery pizza to airport hotel from flying travel. I thought it would be something to fill my hunger until the next day. Delivery time 45 minutes the pizza showed up in 30 minutes. Wow! I was craving pizza this past Thursday and decided to order some delivery from Jet's Pizza. We ordered the "Super special" deep dish pizza. We nixed the pork and subbed it for chicken and light pineapple. Yummy! There were veggies on it too. This was pretty tasty! It was perfectly cooked and arrived hot after about an hour. We got the Jets cheese bread which was also good. I have no complaints. This hit the spot for our pizza cravings!!! read more

My husband and I first discovered Jets pizza when living in Texas. I love the pizza, but man.... this customer service is THE WORST I have EVER experienced ANYWHERE. I placed an order for an XLarge Pizza, 2 salads, & a bottle of ranch on November 5th around 430 / 5 pm. My husband picked it up on the way home from work and I open everything and I'm missing one of the two salads and the bottle of ranch. -no big deal at all, mistakes happen. I called the store and simply said "Hi I placed an order for these items blah blah blah, I'm missing one of the two salads I ordered and the bottle of ranch. I'd just like to be refunded please." The woman on the line asks for my name to pull the order up. (With an attitude, from the jump.) She pulls the order up and says "what were you missing?" I repeated myself by saying "one of the two salads and a bottle of ranch." Her response though, again with attitude.... "I packed that order myself so it was definitely in there in the bag." I said, " No, it wasn't which is why I'm calling. I received ONE of the two salads, but I'm missing the other and then the ranch bottle." She says, "hold on." and puts me on hold. Mind you - during this time, I'm dishing out my family's plates not making any food for myself yet because I wanted to quickly get this taken care of. Missing items means refund or credit, right? I was just wanting to sit down and eat in peace. My total time on hold was over 25 min when I decided to keep that line going and call from my husband's phone. The same woman answered and asked if the order was for delivery or pick up. I simply just said that I needed to speak with a manager. She says, "I am the manager." I said, "okay, then why am I on hold for over 20min when I'm just trying to get a refund for my missing items." She condescendingly says, "I understand that you're upset over not having your salad or bottle of ranch, but we are short staffed, I'm the only person up front, and had a full lobby and we don't do refunds." I quickly told her I'm not upset over the bottle of ranch or salad, I'm upset with the customer service that came along with it and if they don't do refunds, why didn't she tell me before she put me on hold for over 20 minutes? She mentioned something about me not being patient and that's where I got really frustrated and told her that over 20 min on hold is more than patient & that dealing with this was preventing me from sitting down and eating dinner with my family. Before I could even finish saying all that. She hung up on me. I called back and she had someone another woman answer the phone. I politely asked for the name of the manager working. She was hesitant. I could tell she didn't know what to do. Next thing you know, I'm on hold and she hangs up. I call back again. Now a man answers. Same thing - politely asked for the name of the manager and got hung up on. That's when I called the store in Huntersville. Found out they are owned by the same people and I WILL be getting in touch with someone higher to speak about this matter. As a previous manager of several different large restaurants, this is completely unacceptable. At the bare minimum, I would like my money back for the missing items. read more

I ordered delivery through UberEATS I did the build your own option on a small Detroit style pizza. I was impressed with the amount of toppings they put on it. It didn't have the sauce on top like traditional Detroit style pizzas should have. It was pricier than I thought Jet's would be. Great experience and amazing deep dish pizza! I came here on a Sunday and ordered takeout (there is also no dine-in, see pictures). The cashier recommended the deep dish pizza which is what they are known for, and it did not disappoint. The pizza was delicious and 2 slices filled me up. It was fresh, straight out of the oven and the cheese and bread quality were amazing. The cashier was also so nice, I had asked about their different sauces and she gave me their homemade ranch for free just to try. That was great as well! This was a HORRIBLE EXPERIENCE. I ordered my pizza using Jets pizza website. It was to arrive by 4:42. When it dis not arrive by 5:00, I called and as I was waiting to see if it was out for delivery Amazon rang my doorbell. I went to get my package and noticed my pizza sitting outside on my porch. I do not know how long it was out there. No one knocked on my door or rung the doorbell. When I opened the pizza box it was cold and hard. When the girl came back to the phone I told her of the situation and she told me it was nothing that could be as they use DoorDash for deliveries. I kindly told her I did not order with door dash, I ordered with Jets. She proceeded to tell me it was nothing they could do. I also contacted headquarters and was given the run around with no solution or care. Very bad experience. read more

Customer service at this location is horrendous. Poor customer service can actually mess with your business. People don't care how good your food is , they like to be treated with dignity. You got these young inexperienced people working that love to go back and forth with you. Misleading when you're ordering from app they tell you getting a discount , when you go inside location to order same pizza is cheaper. The absolute WORST customer service I have ever received in my life. Not only is the person who answered the phone ghetto as all get out, she's incompetent. I placed a delivery order at 5:33 and was told 30-45 mins. I called back AN HOUR AND 15 mins later to be told my order was a pick up.. but she read me back my address. The manager gets on the phone and tells me they have to charge me $5 more to deliver it.. I asked Darius if that made sense to him and he said yes so I cancelled my order because clearly everyone there has lost their marbles. read more

I immediately call Jet's and am told that the manager is too busy and they will call me back later tonight. I received NO call back and basically just lost $11. This is terrible customer service.
