So here is why they get 2 stars. I came to eat here because the breakfast has always been good and I decided to have lunch today. That said I ordered a chicken salad sandwich.....simple enough right, WRONG! After being closed for 5 days and reopening today you would think they would have all items on the menu ready to be ordered well I guess not. I guess only certain items on the menu are available on there reopening day. So I ordered the Nashville Hot chicken sandwich which was mediocre at best. And to top it off the service was horrible and slow. The server seemed to have forgotten about the table I guess.I guess I should have opted for the buffet instead. Word of advice to the manager or whomever does the ordering of food at Moby's..........when reopening after 5 days of being closed have all menu items ready to be ordered and not limit customers to something they may not want! read more

We were here for my husband pool tournament last weekend. We came here at 750P for dinner. At 8:10P our waitress finally came to take our drink order even though she passes by our table 5-6 times since we got here. She completely ignored us. We ordered breakfast for dinner. I did tell our Waitress that my husband was still playing in the tournament and he had only a little more than an hour to eat and get back to the table. Our waitress never said her name but she was the one that had thick eye liner on that went out past her eyes. At 8:50 pm we still didn't have our order. How long does it take to make two omelets Please it doesn't take 40 minutes!!!! at 9pm we finally got our eggs. I asked for the bill right away when she gave us our order so my husband could get back to the tables. She said she would get it but she did not return to the dinning room until 9:10pm when when husband was already gone so I waited another 10 minutes Then I asked the busboy to get me my bill. Finally I got it. This waitress is horrible and needs to be fired. yes they were busy, but there is no excuse when you know your customers has needs not to late. Did I leave a tip? Laugh out loud!!!!!!! Why would I tip someone who made our dinner stressful. My husband had to gobble down his dinner in about 8 minutes and then play pool for the next 2 hours. Pretty good burger. I liked the toppings and the fact that I could build my own. I got a single with green chilis (perfect amount of heat), BBQ sauce, bacon (a little too floppy), and crispy onions. It definitely hit the spot. The meat and the bun were just standard, not exceptional. The toppings were what gave it some extra "oomph", with different condiments it would've just been average. Not much to rant and rave about this place as the food is pretty consistent and the menu has a great variety of dishes. Everything I've tried is pretty tasty, but I have yet to find a meal worth bragging about. I love the fact that they serve breakfast all day! My only complaint would have to be the service, maybe it's because we usually visit during the early hours of the morning, but they are usually pretty slow and inattentive. read more

I ate alone here and was seated at 7:45 in a restaurant that only had 7 other tables filled. (Approximately 30% capacity). It took 12 minutes for a server to take my order. I ordered an appetizer of wings and a Cuban sandwich. 17 minutes later both came out. At the same time. Last time I checked appetizers were supposed to come out before the entree. Apparently not at this place. I then made the mistake of ordering a piece of apple pie for dessert. 11 minutes later I received it. By far the worst dining experience in years for me. Went there for thanksgiving because the Festa Buffet had an outrageous line. We ordered our drinks and our waiter spilled HOT coffee all over me. We arrived at Moby's about 6:30 on a Friday night, there was a little bit of a wait, but I don't think we waited longer than 5 minutes for the 5 couples a head of us to be sat and for us to get a table. Decor, like a diner. Customer service, not much to say, they are too busy to personalize their service. With in 2 minutes of siting our server was asking us if we knew what we wanted, it was a little quick, but luckily, we looked over the menu online and knew we both wanted the burger of the month, Jalapeno Bacon Cheeseburger with Fries for $10. We maybe waited about 20 minutes for our food, which really wasn't bad since they were packed with people! We thought the burgers had great flavor, plenty of food for the both of us! If we are ever out of this side of town for another concert or who knows what, we will come back for sure. Cheap, easy, no attitudes, no manager's in your face, just a well executed burger and sandwich shop with no observed drama! We went there the 27th at close to 5 am the place was was empty but us our waitress came over and we ordered there was three of us my mom and me ordered the same thing hubs ordered nachos my food came well part of it and hubs food came my mom who's birthday it was received nothing and the lady look confused and mine was messed up twice and we had no silverware so the lady has moms food made finically gets my berry compote and gives us our missing toast that for some reason was soggy and we never got butter for our pancakes then the waitress sits over talking while we wait 18 mins to get a refill and 25 to pay our bill I have mobility issues and had to stand at the register that long while they took my card in a office we used to eat here 4 plus times a week since there remodel there not the same I called to do a complaint over the phone was on hold over a hour and they promised a manager would call but never did read more

We came to Casino Del Sol on Thanksgiving for a little gambling and dinner, we decided to go to Moby's a little after dinner time so there was no crowd, all the other high dollar restaurants are jam-packed. we've had the buffet it was terrible so I'm glad everybody else decided to go there and the Steak House well I can have that anytime, my husband decided he did not want a standard Thanksgiving dinner so he ordered the deluxe nachos with steak. I had their turkey dinner I asked the waitress if she would recommend it and she said it was delicious, my husband and I were amazed at the presentation of his nachos and also my traditional turkey dinner, not only did it look good, it tasted good as well. the steak was cooked to a perfect medium-rare on his nachos , the nachos were stacked sideways so all the toppings landed on the chips and it was massive. my turkey dinner was all perfectly sliced white meat, a nice gravy, traditional stuffing, mashed potatoes and a saute squash and broccoli, dinner roll with cranberry sauce, my husband tried my vegetables and said they were delicious and he was shocked as usually turkey dinners the vegetable is not the priority. good job Moby's for making our Thanksgiving a special one! read more

Came here because the line at the Thurs night seafood buffet was an hour long. The service was slow and there were many mistakes (wrong drink, forgotten sides, etc). Moby's is that super disappointing place that you really, really wanna like. You have this big beautiful casino with fun and drinks and the AVA next door, and then you have Moby's, which only gets business because it happens to exist here. I don't give out 1 star ratings very often. But this is my third straight (and sadly, probably not final) visit that Moby's plain stunk. The place was busy but not super crowded to begin with, yet it took about 25 minutes for the food to arrive. Their was confusion on the server's part on two of the burgers and she figured it out finally. Turned out she got all three orders wrong and I ended up with a burger I didn't want. But seeing as how our concert began in a short amount of time thanks to their massively slow prep time, we just ate them. I had to ask for an ice tea refill and she seemed hesitant. (note to you reading this: don't budget for leaving much or any of a tip at Moby's, save that cash for the machines). The burgers are nothing to speak of- patties slapped on to wilted bread with dull lettuce. The fries are the only thing that warrant this place deserving a one star. I never have a good experience at Moby's but when you meet with friends at the AVA or casino they always want to go to Moby's, so when and if you do, plan early because you can count on the food being consistently slow, disappointing, and blah. read more

After a near disaster at the AVA box office, Abraham, the manager of Moby's made our evening improve quickly with good customer service and a yummy dinner. No, it's not gourmet food or highly unique fare, but it was tasty, and served with a smile. Nachos Supreme was yummy with white cheese sauce and green chilis. A small strawberry salad was fresh, crisp and perfect with champagne vinaigrette. The Rueben sandwich was so big that half came home for lunch tomorrow. We'll go back! read more

After getting our money back from the Festa Buffet in the casino and walking out without eating, because the food was so nasty, we ventured over to Moby's. I give Moby's 2 stars only because the server was nice and checked on us, and the food was hot unlike the casino's nasty buffet. The quality of food at Moby's is not very good. Me and my Fiance ordered the Fish N' Chips. What we got was "Van Camps" Fish Sticks, and "Or-Ida" french fries. I'm being serious about this. You could tell these Fish Sticks came out of a box from your local supermarket. The fries had that bagged supermarket flavor to them. We paid about $9 a plate. My Diet Dr. Pepper had more syrup than carbonation in it. Could have used it for pancakes. I can honestly say we will never be eating at ANY restaurant at Casino Del Sol. This shows that after 2 places service sub-par food, you cant trust the Indian Casino for dining. read more

Ate here during our one night stay at Casino del Sol. There's definitely no urgency here, either with service or kitchen. Hubs & I came for breakfast on a Weds. morning only because no other restaurant there was open. Hubs ordered a bacon, egg, & pancake breakfast. He didn't care for the pancakes, which he had to ask for butter for. We had coffee but silverware wrapped in our napkins did not include a spoon. Come on -- it's breakfast, and you put cream on the table with the coffee but don't give spoons? I ordered a simple (plain only) bagel with cream cheese and a fruit cup. The Sara Lee bagel (per the plastic bag on the cooks' station) was delivered with no fruit cup so I flagged down the server about the omission and about 10 minutes later reminded her again, but no fruit cup. She said they were working on it. I waited. Hubs finished his breakfast and I finished my bagel and we were getting ready to leave and here comes the fruit cup! I said no thank you, and requested our check. Oh, and they were not busy! Thankfully, we had a 50% off coupon that we could use. Here's the kicker! We ate at the steakhouse here at Casino del Sol the night before and had one of the best meals and service we've every had! We were sincerely hoping that the quality of food and service at Moby's would at least be in the "good" category based on our previous night's dinner, but doesn't come close. Such a stark contrast!
