At the time we were there it was past 7pm and there were a few tables of customers but we were seated very quickly. Our friendly server came, took our orders and brought is water. As the menu wasn't large (I prefer this to a restaurant with a million items but don't do any well), we ordered a salad and shrimp taco. My salad was huge, more meat than vegetables. It's great for others who like that, I would've loved more greens but it's ok, I ate it anyway but couldn't finish. This was a disaster on Thursday night for our family. My husband ordered the Philly cheesesteak with mushrooms. The mushrooms were not cooked and just placed on top of the sandwich. There was little to no cheese in the CHEESEsteak. I ordered the bacon breakfast burrito. It was quite possibly the driest thing I have ever eaten. There was no cheese and it was eh. Bad Burger! This "One Star" is about their burger. Just their burger. Poor quality. Very Dry. Not ordering "that" again. Normally I get their bacon and eggs. Good, but nothing special. I only go to Moby's between 8 AM and 10:30AM. So it isn't packed. The last 5 times I've dined there, the service was great. I feel their menu is $2.00 to $3.00 overpriced. Bad service and lousy manager! Went here last night for dinner with family. They were out a several food and drink items. The server never checked on us and when we asked on how much longer our food was that's when she brought our food out and the fries were cold. Just to give you an update its was my daughter's Birthday today well now yesterday evening 7/30 i brought her to eat. My new years night was ruined trying to eat here. I came eat with 3 other friends and was the only person to never receive any of my food. It took 30 minutes for the waitress to even notice and that was only cause my friends called her over to tell her. Still took another 20 minutes to realize she never put in my order and I decided to cancel it since my friends had pretty much finished their food by that point. Definitely do not recommend ordering the chips and "queso", not only were the chips store bought and stale, but the "queso" was just canned nacho cheese mixed with canned jalapeños, some pico on top and a blop of sour cream. It was disgusting. They did take it off our bill so that was nice. The burgers were okay, nothing to crow about, the fries were really good though, I'm not sure if there are free refills on soda because I was never asked if I'd like anymore sprite, so I was a bit thirsty while eating my meal. Hold onto your belongings because the management and wait staff will steal you blind. I left my brand new cell phone on the table (100% My Fault). Went back with the phone tracked on my daughter's phone showing it was still in the restaurant. Spoke to the manager multiple times. It was only after we threatened to get security involved before he walked over to the cash drawer and retrieved my phone. Visited Moby's for breakfast and would have liked to have been at any other restaurant. There was a short wait time to be seated because the hostess was in a side room with her back to us. Once seated the waitress was not very friendly. She was very abrupt with us. The food was meh. The toast was soggy, the biscuits and gravy did not have any sausage, and the rest of the food was just a kind of sustenance. It was nothing spectacular. Full Disclosure: We've had food, mostly to-go (a booth), because my partner gets $30 daily food at CDS food restaurants. We've had their food at least 50x this summer because their menu is the most varied (mostly American). Tip: Food Preparation and Presentation between 2:00 and 8:00 pm prepare the food best. Otherwise, the food is extremely inconsistent. Also, even if our To-Go order is nicely bagged, we've learned to open it up and check it. We've encountered: incorrect meat topping, an absolutely DIFFERENTLY prepared salad (different lettuce, a third of the toppings), stone cold fries or too few fries, etc. We've had Breakfast the least, usually in the evening, and the strongest entree is the Skillet Breakfast (AWESOME). Otherwise, the other breakfast items were pretty good. Otherwise, our favorite entrees (in no particular order) are: BLT (LOADS of Bacon), Nachos Supreme (FRESH and varied toppings), Philly Cheesesteak with Peppers, Shrimp and Penne Alfredo. The Burgers and Fries are pretty good when dining in. They're pretty average or less than average for To-Go orders because the French Fries are very rarely hot and the Burgers are always cooked very Well Done. The Chocolate and Carrot Cake Slices are way above average, but here also can vary in size. To-Go Orders usually take about 20 minutes, as does In-Dining. We've never had an unpleasant issue with our server or the To-Go Attendant. We find them helpful and patient. Hopefully, this review and tips help. We started with drink orders only to be told the menu that offered particular drinks was not available at this time , 8 PM on a Saturday! Having expectations of an having an actually hot French dip were soon out the window the day old bread with lackluster roast beef was a shining light compared to the soggy plate of "French Toast" my wife ordered. Decent service rather fast but quality of food is worse than it was before. Went for breakfast today and was totally unsatisfied, other than the refreshments nothing was okay. The hubbs order the chicken fried steak and had a similar experience to mine however his toast appeared a lot fresher and slathered with butter, he had no complaint about that. One of the kids ordered a Belgium waffle and it was doused in a blueberry and strawberry mix compote which made the waffle super soggy. Crazy long wait to get in. We were hungry after seeing a concert ( Peter Frampton, Buddy Guy and B.B. King) at Casino Del Sol Resort (awesome show by the way). Incredible bad experience at this restaurant. Waited to be served for about 1 hour, apparently they lost my order and they didn't bother to tell me, waited a little bit more for a response and nothing from tbe management, so we left. They seem confused and erratic on their way to serve, I saw being food to other table who didn't have silverware, and others complaining about their plates as well, so I ask my wife to better leaveand said so to the server who didn't bother to acknowledge his mistake.
