They do such great work, but that leads to their downfall - they are soo busy that the waitlist is several months long. But even then, I will only take my vintage audio equipment to them. They recently got my Denon turntable working again. And I just submitted another tube amp (Audio Research) with them. They are worth the wait. They are very knowledgeable (common failure modes, components, etc) and are able to troubleshoot all issues that have arisen.
