This repair shop was assigned to perform warranty work on my LG tv and feel fortunate to have them do the repair. Sean was very friendly and cordial in diagnosing my issue over the initial call. Texted him pictures of the screen problem and he ordered the part right away. He and his partner then came out to replace the screen upon receiving the replacement from LG. They were very professional and took great care working around my living room and meticulous in their work. Sean and his company are a gem in this industry. Most major appliances and electronics company after sales and warranty repair channels are notoriously terrible and can be a nightmare to deal with. I can say this experience single handedly restored my confidence in LG TVs. My 85" Samsung TV suddenly couldn't turn on without standby red light. I logged a ticket with Samsung support but they can only come after 1 week. I called Parts4Pros next day Saturday, Sean and Robert came to my house after 2 hours and they diagnosed it's due to power supply issue. Sean took the power supply board back and spent 1 hour for further checking and found only few components need to change instead of replacing the entire board which saved me few hundred dollars [Samsung Power Supply is extremely expensive for my TV model and Samsung Support charges $365 in their quote]. So yeah, everything that everyone else said. 5+ stars out of 5. Don't be fooled by appearances. This is a small shop at the end of a long row of small auto body, auto repair, window tinting, etc., shops, and it's a very old school business, just 2 guys with a lot of TVs stacked up in the shop. I thought TV repair was a thing of the past and that the best option was to just purchase a new TV if your current one broke down. I called P4P about my 3-year old 55" TCL Roku TV that had lost video but still had power and audio. When I described the problem, Sean (I guess) knew immediately what it was, gave me a quote of $180 over the phone, said it would take a few days to get parts. It's the Thursday before the Super Bowl, so when I drop off the TV, I jokingly say, I guess I'll have to find someplace to watch the game. He chuckles. He writes my first name - just the first name - and phone number on an address label and sticks it to my TV. He doesn't hand me a work order, no paper at all, just, we'll call you when it's ready. On Friday morning, they left a message on my phone saying my TV is ready to pick up. It turns out they had the part in stock. The TV works like new. I dropped in and talked to Sean. After describing my intermittant black sceen with loss of audio for a very few seconds each time, he suggested ways I could rule out other devices as the source of the problem as he didn't think it sounded like a Samsung TV issue. He was right, it turned out to be the pc that was casting the TV signal to the TV by HDMI cable that needed an updated video driver. Thank you Sean. read more

I had a problem with a Sony OLED 4K TV for two years. I tried having every Internet solution to fix my problem and all I did was get worse. Initially it was the TV would constantly restart and the android logo would come on and I'd have to wait for a minute before I got a picture. Eventually when the TV restarted it would not come on at all. I was really ready to jump the TV after two years and three months even though the problem existed from the day I bought it. I thought I would try to see if I can get a price to have it fixed and these guys Sean and Robert were awesome. They diagnose the problem the day I dropped it off and fixed it the next day for $350 on a TV that I bought for $2000. While watching a movie on our TV there was a pop, a minor flash and the TV went dead. It would not power on. After hearing from a Samsung repair guy (and Samsung itself) that it would be cheaper to buy a $2000+ TV than it would be to repair my 55" plasma, I found Parts4Pros, read the glowing reviews here, and figured I had nothing to lose by giving Sean's (the owner) a try. Best.Decision.Ever. I called, Sean said to bring it in and that it would likely cost about $200 to repair and he'd have it back to me a couple days later. True to his word he repaired it back to full working order. Mind you this repair was not a case of swapping out a defective circuitboard (Samsung doesn't even make those boards anymore). Recommended by LG to fix OLED tv that had defective "power down" after 15 Minutes and the volume kept being wonky. Issue was the logic board which would be several $$ ++ hundreds of dollars to replace . Owner repaired the board and communicated on every step along the way. Pretty fast turn around as well. Sean and his business partner fixed my 55" LG C8 after it randomly gave out a loud "pop" and died while it was on back in January 2021. I wanted to wait before writing this review until I'd had the TV back for a few months. After calling, I packed up the TV and brought in to their shop (was hard for me to find, but not important). Sean helped me carefully unload the TV from my car, quoted me a repair cost within a day and had it repaired by the end of the week. (I think. I don't remember how many days exactly. It was short) When I came to pick up the TV after the repair, Sean had already packed up the TV back in the box that I had used originally. When I asked about it, they even let me keep the original busted power supply board. When I brought it back to my home, I was pleasantly surprised to see how carefully they had re-packed the TV for me. The panel itself was in immaculate shape. I saw one thumbprint on the edge of the display, which could have been mine, and that was it. The back panel wasn't quite on all the way, but I snapped it back in place, and no problem. I had popped open back panel of the TV myself before taking it to them, so it could've been a leftover from my own exploration of the hardware. I've had no issues with the TV since the repair. I broke two of LG 5K monitors since COVID-19 started spreading, and couldn't find a place to get them fixed. I purchased an LG 65" 4K tv in January 2017 from Best Buy. Within a few months the tv developed several vertical banding lines that were very noticeable. I called LG on June 2nd and within one week a company contracted by LG, who will remain nameless, arrived at my house and diagnosed the problem. The technician called LG to get authorization for the warranty repair but was denied by LG because they said the lines were normal and they would not give him the authority to fix my TV. The tech simply gathered his bag and left without calling an LG supervisor to over ride the LG technician and try to get the part needed for my TV. This was a warranty issue and LG refused to fix it. After 3 more weeks of fighting with LG to get another technician out to my house to fix the vertical banding problem with my TV I finally got Shawn from parts4pros to do the warranty work. Shawn showed up with the Part to fix my TV and was prepared to fight for me so he could get it installed in my defective TV. After his initial call to LG to describe the problem to them the LG tech denied that their was a problem with my TV and declined to authorize the repair. LG claimed that the shadows on my TV were normal. Well it was not normal so Shawn called an LG supervisor and within 1 minute he got authorization to put the new panel in my TV. Now that the TV is up and running properly I wanted Shawn to know that he did a great job and fought for his customer. Do yourself a favor and call Shawn for all of your TV needs.
