When we arrived, the staff was helpful. The guy who assisted us examined the phone and gave us the same quote as well as a timeline, within a day. We gave them a contact number and they said they would reach out when it's finished. The next day, we got a call or text (I don't remember) that it was ready. We returned shortly to pick it up.
