Sean was great at communicating to me what days they would be working and what projects they'd be working on those days. We called Sean and he was so very efficient at working with our Insurance company and taking care of everything. It involved extensive work with Sheetrock, flooring tear out, new bath and kitchen cabinets and new carpet. We were so thankful for Sean's attention to detail and his hard work ethics. When he was finished we had a brand new home! The 3rd time we called on Sean was to update our main bathroom. I wanted to keep the bathtub and it was not only the wrong color, but was badly scarred from non slip decals. He suggested Miracle Method to resurface and paint the bathtub. When we bought the house the deck was in such poor shape we were afraid to use it. Steve totally reconstructed the deck and expanded it to what it is today, one of the best features of the house. We love entertaining on it and just enjoying it in the evening. The second project was a complete remodel of the downstairs. Our kitchen was tiny and very outdated to the point it was not very functional. There was no counter or cabinet space and the refrigerator took up half the kitchen. He took our pantry, which was pretty big, and made half of it an alcove for a new decent sized refrigerator and still had half of the pantry with a pocket door. He had new custom cabinets built and a custom buffet to match. The counters now have granite counter tops. He remodeled the bathroom and replaced our plain old doors with beautiful pine doors. We had him install new hickory wood floors and installed wood beams to match the ones already there to accommodate a new chandelier. One of the most impressive projects was installing a 12 ft. sliding glass door, where a single door and two windows were. It opens up onto our beautiful deck. Steve was extremely professional and we could not have had a better experience. He made sure that everything was done to perfection and most importantly to our expectations. The crew was very meticulous, even finishing it off with a bead of caulk on the ceiling inside corners. Since I was the one painting it, I can say that this made it so much easier to paint! Steve and his crew were completely professional, they did a great job cleaning up afterwards, and were sure to take care of all the little details. We also used Steve for a tile backsplash in the kitchen, and that turned out fantastic. Again we saw the attention to detail that makes it obvious Steve has a passion for what he does. He laid out the different tiles and set aside tiles whose pattern didn't quite match the layout he was doing, or that had somewhat chipped edges. We also changed some things last minute and Steve rolled right along with it. We love how the backsplash turned out. Knowing that Steve will put as much care or even more into the projects as I would myself gave me a huge peace of mind. I would definitely have no hesitation in calling Steve back for another project.

I feel that you can tell a lot about a company by talking to the person who answers the phone. Amber quickly inspired confidence in my choice of choosing this company to contact. She answered the phone immediately, was professional and listened to me carefully. She set up an appointment when Tony could visit. And she explained Tony would text me the day of the appointment with the window of time he would be arriving. Love organized and efficient. As per his word, Tony texted me and gave me a 4 to 5:00 p.m. window and showed up on time. For the next hour Tony evaluated the situation by getting a very close look at the problem area. He then went up into the attic for a closer inspection. When he came back he had pictures on his phone and explained what was going on. As it turns out there is an open area in the roof where rain water can get in. This likely created the spot that has now formed. He said it was fixable and would send me an estimate via email. If I agreed with the estimate, I would be added to his schedule. (Luckily this is a very slow leak and the ceiling spot is small.) Tony was professional, knowledgeable, and I was very pleased with choosing him out of many other people. The estimate was received the next morning! I absolutely felt it was fair and reasonable. He is a popular guy. I have a month's wait. As an aside: My neighbor was present during Tony's visit. He was so impressed with Tony that he asked for his business card. John, the owner, and his crew did a flawless job from start to finish and we couldn't be happier with the result. It's a beautiful bathroom and was done with care and respect for our living zone. John provided a bid with a complete breakdown of project tasks and included materials which left no questions on our end. He provided info on where to get our bath products, tile and countertops and said it would take about 2 weeks to complete. ("yeah...right" I thought to myself). It took 2 weeks and a day (including shower glass installation)! From day one, they would show up at 8 am sharp, wait for the entire crew to arrive before knocking, and work straight through till 5pm. They were clean, courteous and meticulous in their workmanship. John would let me know what would occur over the next couple of days which was great as I was able to have things ready for the crew to power through and get it done. John even came back out to the house to re-install a mirror (we opted for a larger mirror) after the project was completed.
