Stumbled upon Minimo after enjoying a lunch nearby and am so excited to have found this place! My friend ordered the iced strawberry dream matcha and I tried the iced ube swirl, both of which were the best matcha I've had in Austin. The matcha itself had great flavor, which was only made better by the unique flavor combinations they offer (and cute cups). Minimo has a small outdoor seating area by the truck, but we took our matcha to go. We didn't see any free parking but there is paid parking in the lot next to the truck. They also offer coffee, but the matcha is too good to pass up!

Super cute matcha spot with lots of creative drink options. The matcha really stood out! It was not too sweet but not bland. I tried the seasonal cinnamon toast matcha and it was perfectly spiced with just the right amount of sweetness. The pistachio matcha was also pretty good. The coffee was just okay and a little on the sour side, but the matcha more than made up for it. I also tried a mochi donut, it was chewy and tasty, though a bit pricey. Loved the decor and the outdoor seating, and the cups are adorable with little bear ears. Definitely a great place to stop for matcha lovers.

I really enjoyed the banana matcha latte! It was super creamy and the banana and matcha flavor were well balanced. The strawberry was good as well, but it overpowered the matcha flavor in my opinion. This matcha place a truck with outside seating available. The vibe was super cute with available parking as well. Service was quick with no issues!

I really didn't want to like these donuts, because who needs a $9 donut, right? But I have to…read moreadmit, they far exceeded my expectations. Just to be clear, I AM somewhat of a subject matter expert. I have eaten all manner of fried dough creations from coast to coast, including Hawaii, and I have a lot to say on the topic. My favorite is still Cider Belly in Albany, NY, but I digress. The PB&J donut here is one of the best things I have ever eaten. I dragged it out for 3 days. Even semi-stale, and reheated in the microwave, it was still delicious. I put a scoop of Blue Bell vanilla ice cream on it which definitely helped. I also ordered a Heavenly Hash (one of my favorite ice cream flavors BTW) and a Naughty and Nice because I am all about the classics. They were both outstanding. No leftovers. I bought these donuts in lieu of birthday cake this year which may become my new tradition. Honestly, I think these are my new favorite donuts in Austin now.

Doughnuts made to order out of an airstream, you say?…read more Looks like they used to offer mini versions but that side of the menu is all mask taped over. When we went our choices were $9-$10 donut base desserts. I say base because the toppings cover up the donut visually. Despite that, there's no covering that scrumptious taste and texture. Wowaweea. Yes, you feel your cells expand and pants tighten and it is for sure run club pre and post, but quite worth it. These divine donuts have that cakey interior I love so much. We had the Puddin': cream cheese icing, vanilla pudding, fresh bananas with nilla wafers. According to the menu. Ours didn't have any nilla wafers and the presentation was uneven, hence the four stars. I didn't miss the wafers. The icing and pudding were one goopy topping and the bananas slices were half scattered slices and half banana chunk that I had to separate. Side notes: Gourdough sits on a corner with parking spots that are not free. There's a pay via QR code so you'll need a phone or something to scan that. Boo for digital shackles. Next note- I feel like this is a low key meet up spot. Like the way they tried to make the first train cars on the MTA the singles car? There was a series of singles getting doughnuts and they were a little done up for the occasion. Who knows. With the little IG ready love seats and doughnuts made for sharing, you could walk away with extra sugar.
