Excited that I finally got to try Noble Joe Coffee. I often walk around the lake and see many people with the cups but I'm always a little too late or it skips my mind. So I made sure to put this on my list to try and I'm so glad I did because it was really good. The walk up from the lake was pretty short and I love how it's just tucked in a few min off the trail. The line wasn't too long when I arrived around 11am and we maybe waited around 5 minutes for our drinks. I have to say, I loved the honey oat lavender latte.... I'm obsessed with lavender in my coffee so this was a great treat. I'll definitely be back!
Great location off the lake trail, in a small lot with other food trucks. Curated set up and aesthetic. Plenty of benches to sit. Coffee flavor was smooth, non acidic - no fruity tones which is exactly how coffee should be. I will say the flavored drinks aren't as potent as I'd like. Different milk options however no 2%-1% choices. Friendly staff, very long lines to order however once the order was placed a fraction of the time to get your drink.
I'm honestly torn writing this review because our experience at Noble Joe was split between amazing and just okay. The first day we visited, the service was incredible. Staff was warm, friendly, personalized and our drinks were delicious. The chaggacino and the matcha both tasted like treats, the kind of drinks that make you slow down because you don't want it to be over. We loved them so much we knew we had to come back the next day. When we returned, it was noticeably busier, which was totally understandable, and we ordered the exact same drinks. But the chaggacino tasted completely different ): It was watery and lacking the richness that made us love it the first time. The matcha was still good, but even that tasted noticeably different from the day before. I don't want this to come off as overly negative because the staff was kind on both visits, and our first experience truly was fantastic. I just wish the drinks were a bit more consistent, because when they're good, they're really good. I'd still recommend trying it, just hoping our first-day experience becomes the norm.

It's located in a food truck circle and there's a decent amount of seating + some shade. I asked the barista for a latte on the sweeter side and she recommended their strawberry vanilla latte from their summer seasonal menu. Once you've placed the order they're relatively quick. Coffee is smooth, good quality and there were obviously hints of the syrup but it wasn't as sweet as I was expecting. Good coffee, long wait- if I'm back it's going to be on a weekday.
Noble Joe's is my absolute favorite spot to grab my morning cup of caffeine. I unfortunately no longer enjoy the taste of coffee (post-COVID ridiculousness) but they pretty much have the best matcha in town. Sure they may have a long line on the weekends, but it's well worth it. They have a rotating seasonal menu, which I tend to order from. Lately, I've been obsessed with their blackberry matcha and I dread the day they rotate it out. However, their Noble Matcha is a staple and absolutely delicious - this includes a delicious lavender that I'm certain they make in house. It's a truck, so all of the seating is outdoor but there's plenty of shade. It's also located right next to the trail, so it's always nice to grab a cup and go for a walk by the lake. It's also positioned right next to a brunch truck (Brunch Brunch Baby) which is a killer combo on a Sunday morning. The staff makes it a point to remember your name. They're incredibly kind and aren't shy to strike up a conversation. I go for the matcha, and stay for the NJ crew.

I ordered a simple iced vanilla latte and I think it was really good! It wasn't too sweet and the vanilla syrup did not have any artificial flavors. It was a decent price Given its location and how expensive Coffee could be in Austin. They have a lot of specialty drinks that I would like to try in the future. I will definitely come back.
Love Noble joes vanilla latte! It's the perfect amount of bitter, sweet, and creaminess. We love walking the trail and taking a pit stop at this cute little coffee truck for a pick-me-up drink. They have a very extensive specialty menu that I've been wanting to try as well. Plenty of outdoor seating with umbrellas over the tables for particularly sunny days. The cutest coffee truck located in a quaint area in Austin! Noble Joe's is serving up some amazing matcha and I truly enjoyed my banana matcha that I got from them. Walked the Ann and Roy Butler hike and bike trail on a Saturday morning. -Stopped at NJC, just off the hike & bike trail, here are some thoughts: -The place was packed, long line of people waiting to order, but it went fast and it was worth it! -I ordered an iced maple syrup latte, and I LOVED it! I've recently been on a personal mission to find my favorite coffee in ATX as I am a huge coffee lover and drinker! I live quite north so Noble Joes was a bit of a drive for me and honestly it's good coffee but a bit overhyped in my opinion. I bought two lattes - the seasonal blackberry crumble ($7) and the sugar cookie latte ($6), and although both had a good flavor, they both had all of the brown sugar that was supposed to be in them undissolved on the bottom and as best as I tried to dissolve it with the straw given, I had to wait until I was home (about 30 mins) to get a spoon to dissolve it. Personally I liked the sugar cookie latte the best! I would probably rate the coffee overall as a 7.5/10- definitely worth trying at least once! Service- 10/10 the baristas were very pleasant! On a Sunday run through the 10 mile Ann and Roy Butler Trail loop, I parked near Noble Joe Coffee off Riverside to immediately fuel my body with coffee after a long run. There was a pretty measurable line outside the food truck, and I was worried the coffee might be overhyped based on how long the line was. After ordering a hot version of their Honey Lavender Oat Latte, I think they are owed an apology from me. I will always talk about the importance of balancing the espresso, syrups, and milk in a latte, and Noble Joe does it better than most brick and mortar coffee shops I have been to in Austin. It is significantly flavorful while still being espresso forward. I was genuinely impressed, which is hard to do after being the wreck I was post run. If you are on the trail, it is worth the detour. Loved this coffee! We found it on Yelp and were staying nearby so decided to check it out. There was a line on a weekday morning, so the word is definitely out about this little mobile coffee food truck! I got the honey lavender latte with almond milk and my fiance got the Noble Joe latte. We both loved our drinks and agreed the coffee itself was delicious. We enjoyed watching the dogs in line ahead of us get excited for their pup cups. Super nice girl working the window. It is a short walk up from the riverwalk making it a convenient stop after a morning walk or run. Very cute spot with great strong coffee that I see us frequenting once we move in the nearby apartments! read more

Located in a cute little food trailer park with picnic tables outside. It is conveniently located next to the walking trail by the lake so it's a perfect little pitstop on your walk. There is street parking and a few parking spots located in front. I ordered an iced toasted vanilla oat. Unfortunately it has become the norm to charge an additional $0.50 for iced orders so just an fyi but I enjoyed my coffee. read more

Living right down the street, Noble Joe's is a great, convenient place to grab coffee. They just got a new truck which was very cute & sleek. Heard them say they're renovating their old truck and opening up another location further south. Line was a bit long, but it went by fast. There's shaded areas, plenty of seating, & a water cooler to get water from. Took about 10 minutes to get my drink. Got the iced mocha which was 10/10! read more

I was visiting Austin and needed to get some work done, so I searched Yelp for a good local coffee spot near downtown. Noble Joe had incredible reviews and was only about a mile and a half away, so I decided to give it a try. When I arrived, I was surprised to find it completely outdoors -- but in the best possible way. The space was vibrant and shaded, with that friendly Austin energy where everyone just fits. I went on a Sunday morning, and the place was alive -- people chatting, dogs under tables, music drifting through the air. The line moved at its own pace, so plan to wait a bit, but once I reached the counter, I understood why -- the baristas take their time and put real care into every drink. Both mornings I visited, I asked the barista to surprise me. I told them, "make me whatever you think will make me want to come back," and they didn't miss. Each iced drink looked like something from a postcard -- golden espresso swirling through milk with just the right amount of foam. The first tasted like toasted marshmallow, the second like caramel heaven. When I returned on a weekday before heading to my next city, the vibe was calmer -- more of a workday rhythm -- which actually made it an ideal spot to focus. It's the kind of place that shifts effortlessly from weekend hangout to weekday workspace. And being just steps from the river boardwalk, it's perfect for grabbing a drink and taking a short walk afterward -- that's how I caught the skyline photo that sums up my Austin morning perfectly. Wanted to stop by after seeing this shop on Yelp. Glad we did. It was very cute. Very popular too. There was a bit of a line, it's mostly shaded though and tons of sitting if someone in your party can't stand that long. There's a cute dog park in the same lot. A lot of people had their dogs. The breakfast tacos were sold out unfortunately. I got the cold brew which is from Civil Goat. Which I still want to try that shop too. The Cold Brew was really good and refreshing. I don't like super acidic or sour cold brews. This one is perfect. My husband got the iced americano. Also really refreshing. Parking is a little tricky. I think if you're in the area and got a doggie this could be your spot! read more

I love their seasonal drinks! I've tried their vanilla cardamom and pumpkin spice lattes and both were very tasty. There's usually a long line on the weekends, but the coffee came out pretty quickly. It's a bit more on the pricy side at $6.50 each. read more

The cutest little coffee cart! It's located in a lot next to an apartment complex. The only downside is that the parking can be a pain. But the vibe of the place is 10/10. The cherry macadamia latte was so good! We just needed a little pastry to make it more perfect. They do close a little early so be mindful of that. We'll definitely be back for more! read more

Came here for the first time after a long morning walk and the line was long already! I got an iced latte and this is definitely ranked in my top 3 fav coffee spots. Located in a gravel parking lot noble Joe is a cute coffee truck next to lady bird lake with plenty of space, a fenced off area for dogs nearby and trails to run. I got the honey pecan matcha and was not disappointed. The service was fast and friendly. I would definitely come back. And there are some other food trucks in the same lot I need to try out. read more

This place is my favorite coffee truck in Austin not just because the coffee is amazing but because they actually make such a intentional effort to get to know all of their customers. They have cultivated such a wonderful energy and welcoming environment. It's really special and people can feel it! They check all the boxes and also my dog is obsessed ! It's also the place that I take all of my visitors when they come to town too and everyone is in agreement that it's a wonderful place we love you guys! read more
