I got it with a splash of milk. It didn't disappoint! It was so delicious and refreshing. It was ready within minutes. The coffee was so good, I drank it before remembering to take a picture. It was a coconut based iced latte. Extremely smooth, cream, and actual coconut strips in the coffee. The coffee is the star where they do a good job of balancing the flavors without being too sweet. If you have ever drank coffee and noticed a "clean" coffee kick, I felt this way from this drink. To me the coffee beans are roasted well and come of good quality. The wife ordered the guava matcha. Similiar response where the flavors are rich and smooth. Good balance with guava and matcha. Not chalky. Really balanced. Top 3 of the coffee/matcha places during our trip to Austin. It's great to the degree we would come back if we're in SOCO. It's an outside lot with tables and outside coverings. Depends on the weather but generally chill to hang out. The coffee shop we went to has music playing outside, so low key vibes when you're just enjoying your coffee/day.

My partner and I LOVED our drinks. Flavor packed and a great size. Good pricing and when we're visiting our friends in the future we will be sure to stop by. Parking is anywhere you decide - this truck is in a tiny home community. Service was fabulous and solely run by one person, she was lovely. Beautiful Coffee has a cute picnic table right by it and I can totally see myself coming here earlier and enjoying a cup a joe. If you're driving by, I highly recommend you stop by and give it a try. And even though it's a truck, she still has frappe options! I was also excited to see oat and other non-dairy options on the menu. Their is a latte for everyone and the seasonal rotation keeps it fresh. If you're not adventurous(or visiting from out of town), just go with their specialty latte: grapefruit brown sugar latte. It is well-balanced and you wont be disappointed. On another note: Logistically, this place is kind of a nightmare, where do the employees go to the bathroom??? Why is everything pushed up next to each other?? How do they pass any type of inspection?? Is there even a fire exit?? However last time I was there I got their homemade banana syrup in my iced flat white and I have not stopped thinking about it, I'm going back this weekend.
