Okay yes I Gave them a five star and that's hard coming from me wirh car dealers. As you know how sometimes they can be a bit pushy. My experience here was so relaxed. Staff was so accommodating. What a awesome experience. They don't bum rush you when you pull in which is definitely a plus for my personality cause when that happens I usually start my car right back up and pull out lol. The office is really nice as well. They have tv, complimentary coffee or hot beverages as well as soda and water while your waiting. It's just a nice comforting atmosphere when your in there and they don't treat you any different if your getting a used car over one or their cute little mini's. They keep in touch with you and check in on you to see if your satisfied. They also don't work off commission so they are more relaxed and on your side working for you as well as themselves. I would definitely go back when we need our next car. It was a great experience.

Extremely impressed from start to finish! My first self bought car! I am located in Philadelphia, but was advised to visit this dealership after an unfortunate not-so-friendly interaction with someone from Mini of Mainline... And I am pleasantly surprised! Ben Webb is the Motor Adviser to go to if you are at all interested in a MINI. Extremely friendly and knowledgable about all things MINI. He definitely knows his stuff! So is everyone I met! I ended up test driving a cooper first as that was what I was looking for. I was having such a good time that I suggested trying the cooper s without Ben suggesting. I came in half expecting everyone trying to sell me a higher end model but that did not happen at all. Ben and everyone there were very patient, helpful, and truly wants you to get a car that you will enjoy. And six weeks later I now own an incredible cooper s (I ended up ordering one from the factory) and am proud to be in a community of awesome MINI owners! Even during the wait for the car I would even get check-in emails/text with Ben answering any questions I have. I urge anyone who are remotely considering a new car to give them a call and test drive a MINI. And needless to say even if there are dealerships closer to you, it would be a smart move to pay MINI of Mt.laurel a visit. It will absolutely be worth the time.

Admittedly I was nervous pulling behind a ramshackle house but luckily I didn't judge this place by the cover and neither should you. Took my 2018 Chevy Silverado 1500 here initially looking for just an oil change and tire rotation. Upon my own consideration and talking with the crew- got a 100,000 mile makeover done, transmission pan drop and top off, oil, brakes, rotors, diff fluid, brake fluid, and a handful of odds and ends. Quoted me HALF of what the dealership wanted, made useful (but not pushy) suggestions, and ultimately left me in charge, not trying to upsell me whatsoever. Got it all done in 2 days as I was on a time crunch and couldn't be without a car long for work. I will absolutely be returning.

I have been going to Ward because they are close by and have high ratings, but after 2024 I will not be going back and I do not recommend anyone else give them their business. I took my car in to have 4 new tires put on back around September, which Ward did. However shortly after this I began to notice a rumbling/helicopter-like sound coming from under my car. I brought it back to them, they put it up on the lift and determined I needed a new front right tire rod. We replaced this for $500, immediately after I left the shop I noticed the noise even louder than before. I called them right back and explained that the issue was still there, the guy said he couldn't hear anything when he took it for a test, so I brought it back the next day and he said he could hear it now. They put it back on the lift, and told me it was my rear control arm causing the wobbling. This was after $800 on tires and $500 on the tire rod, Bob said they'd work with me to fix the control arm. When they got back to me with a quote it was almost double what they originally estimated. Bob Ward assured me that the wobbling was not a safety issue, and not an immediate repair. I had concerns because Christmas was around the corner and we would be traveling. They said it would be OK, it was safe to drive, and we could fix it after the holidays. On Christmas Eve as I'm driving my family to my mother's for dinner, my rear passenger tire came off -while we were driving-. It sheared clean off and rolled down the road, thankfully we were not on the highway and I was able to quickly pull over or it would have been a disaster. The tire rolled all the way down the street, thankfully no pedestrians were out at the time and oncoming traffic was able to avoid it. I had my girlfriend and child in the car at the time. I immediately called Ward and left an understandably angry voice mail. We called AAA who towed the car to a family members house who is also a mechanic. Both the AAA tech and my mechanic said they've never seen anything like this, and the only way for it to have happened was for the lugnuts to have been insanely overtorked when my tire was put on. When Ward called me back the day after Christmas to talk about what happened it seemed like the whole thing was an inconvenience for them. Bob didn't take any responsibility, tried to play it off even though they are the only ones to touch this car. When I started mentioning how he put my family and child in danger he rose his voice and said "Will you shut the **** up?!" ....Now I don't know if Bob is just losing it with old age or something, but when your business almost injures a family and the customer calls upset, you don't curse them out. Common sense. My mechanic fixed the whole issue for 150 bucks while Ward was happy continually having me come back in for work that not only did not solve my problem, but caused it. Update: they take no responsibility for any of this despite being my only mechanic for years, but did offer a whopping $150 to cover my mechanic fixing it in "good faith" that I declined.

His grouchy demeanor mixed with the fact that he carefully guided an older customer to his car who was unsteady on his feet, left me unable to get a read on him. He is the type of guy where you can't tell if they are serious or joking when they rudely insult you, because sometimes they really aren't serious. Unfortunately for me he wasn't joking, he began informing me that he would never ever be repairing my car again. I thought he was messing with me since he said it out of left field. So I played along until he aggressively came at me saying that I was high on drugs and that's why he doesn't need my business! I've never felt so disrespected , angry, or humiliated by a stranger in my life! I was not high, drunk, or impaired in any way. He was being loud enough at this point so other customers could hear. In my opinion, this individual may have a family member or someone he cares for who may be suffering from a substance abuse disorder or something. I hope that this outburst stemmed from a personal issue that this individual is dealing with. But while running a business, you need to leave home, home so you don't blow up on an innocent customer. I've never experienced this level of disrespect as a customer. Hey buddy why would you ever think I would want to come back to your small gas station shop. Be Careful who you speak to like you spoke to me cuz next time he may not be a small white girl.
