    Call wait time. Terrible customer service.

    I called the parts department this morning and was on hold multiple times and was disconnected twice. I proceeded to call back the fourth time and was on hold for over 46 minutes with no one responding. I called back the fifth time and was bounce between two operators and got the voicemail for the parts department. Whoever the general manager is for the dealership needs to have a serious conversation with the supervisor in the parts department because they are nonresponsive or either tremendously understaffed and they are losing business. Terrible customer service experience and I would not use them for any more additional service for my Ford Raptor.

    You know, it's funny. When I go to this place's website, they claim to be rated the "#1 dealer for customer service in the Philadelphia/South Jersey area for the sixth year in a row." Apparently what they don't tell you is that the people rating them were the Philadelphia/South Jersey Sadist, Self-Flaggelist and Screw Me Over Society. It's all in those little details. So where to begin. The fact they were changing me $2500 more for the exact same vehicle that another ford dealer? That they tried to charge me 11% interest when another dealer was giving me 0% through Ford Credit? The fact that the sales rep put on his jacket while we were starting to review the paperwork and turned us over to someone else because he had to get to 'dinner with his family'. Tearing that paperwork up and throwing it back in their face, then faxing the closed deal through Chapman Ford to their GM the next day was exceptionally satisfying. I wouldn't go here if my car broke down in front of the place. I would pay cash money to be towed to another dealer, period. Shameful, uncaring, shoddy service by unprofessional, elitist 'salespeople' trying to screw you for every dollar they can. Technician were able to give me a diagnosis and did not charge me the whole hour to diagnose which was surprising! They gave me a tour of the shop as well. They seem to specialize in BMW/MINI of all generations. I'll come back in the future as needed specially because of the great customer service, fair pricing and they know their Bimmers. What's interesting is the shop front itself is simple but they have a huge shop in the back that is unseen from the street (White Horse Pike).

Not sure what my license plate has to do with an estimate since I gave her the make and model of my vehicle. Will knowing the license plate suddenly make the job more difficult? Then immediately went "send me the information, I gotta go I have customers here." Overall not a good impression for someone that's a first time customer. That lady either needs some help with the workload at the front desk, or needs customer service training.

    I brought a with cash 30 days ago. The young man who took care of through signing the paperwork…read moreand then had to come to our home to get the rest of the paper sign. I informed him that evening that he was to put both of our on the title, which he did not do and then gave me an excuse that because I paid cash. That's the reason the sent it over before he got a chance to do he should've done it that night when I asked him to. . Then we had a 30 day tag. We started to harass them when we didn't get our title or another tag and they kept saying it was Delaware's fault and every time we called them they either wouldn't answer the phone or gave us the runaround now the tag has expired with a car that we were needing to take on a trip for our vacation when we pay cash for.!! I kept trying to speak to the young lady who takes care of the out-of-state tags. Her name apparently was Joey. She was either away from her phone or at lunch, but there was sent to her so that she could call me back, but she never did. We were also dealing with a young man named Malcolm who informed us he will call us back numerous times about what we should do about our tags running out, which never did happen so when I went to the DMV in Delaware, which my cousin works at, they can't find any of the paperwork from Toyota Runnemede so now I had to get a lawyer involved. They also owe us a spare key. I called the young about that. He also did not call back. Terrible terrible customer service after they receive your money.
