Second, I bought a car from them and the check engine light appeared two days later. Now I did hook it up to a scanner and it showed a total of 18 codes. The check engine light code showed that it was turned off three days prior(which they said they didn't do). Now I live in southern Delaware so I had to bring the car back (5 hours of driving) to have the car repaired. They kept the car for almost two weeks and they did deliver it back to me after some negotiating. Forget trying to talk to anyone, it's a AI driven and they won't answer the phone. Left several messages and NO response. The service manager never returned my call. I had to contact the Attorneys Generals office and the Better Business Bureau in order for them to return a call. They gave me a 30 day temp tag which expired one week after they returned the car to me. I asked for a new temp tag and was never given a response. Car was inspected in Delaware and the car sat for almost two months in my driveway with expired tags. This dealership is the definition of sleazy used car dealerships. Zero stars should be an option!!
