I had went there to get my breaks and rotors done just for them to not being able to do it because the mechanic broke my keylock (I drive a Volkswagen) then WOULDN'T even replace it and left it for me to figure out! I haven't received such great customer service in years! The work was completed quickly, and the price was fair. I thought that in addition to general maintenance, I needed to have some extra work done. They diagnosed the issue, and it turned out that no extra work was needed. Been using this company since 1980! All of our cars have been serviced here. Larry, and his crew, are awesome. The company is fairly priced, work is done to perfection, and they are accommodating. I have called Larry while on vacation when I had a problem. Told him what is was, what the mechanic wanted to do, the pricing, etc. He told me that what I was being quoted was fair and the pricing while about $20 higher than what he would charge was fair and considering we were on vacation was worth the price. We've trusted him to tell us when we were in need of a new car or whether the car was worth being fixed. He was on the mark 100% of the time. If he was a doctor I would trust him with my life!
