They verified condition of vehicle and that all lights worked and had me sign to verify; they broke the plug connector on my fog light during repair, told me well the car is old not our fault and walked away like they didn't want to be bothered. Vehicle should have been checked when bumper was replaced and the repair was completed but there is clearly no quality control here. The quality of work is subpar, the customer service is horrible. Would never come back here again. GEICO recommended this shop, will be following up negatively with GEICO as well. Don't come here you will regret it. They do not take care of your vehicle or put any effort into their work. Horrible shop. Even after redoing the subpar work it still looks horrible. Can see spots they tried to sand and polish out instead of repainting. It's a losing battle trying to get them to do it right. So much for GEICO "guaranteeing" the work.

When asked when he would be finished, he tells me, "get out of my shop." Get the car back and there's a multitude of workmanship, mechanical and cosmetic issues. Marcelo sends me and E-mail advising he'd take care of all the issues, but could not/would not because he's lazy, overwhelmed and incompetent. Refuses to process a refund. Then he has the balls to tell me not to come back to his shop. Several other shops trying to repair all of Marcelo's negligence and incompetence. See his other negative reviews. YOU'VE BEEN WARNED.
