Since I didn't know how public transit worked I ended up being late and they even stayed after hours to ensure I got my keys handed to me personally. Went there for a free estimate and followed up with a trip to my car dealership for some touch-up paint and their estimate. Turns out that I don't need to pull off my rear bumper for painting a dime-size scratch that had paint removed to the metal; the piece over the wheel is another story. Dealer can have detail work buff up the plastic piece, but for less money, Virgo can replace the piece with a brand new piece (and paint it). Virgo updated the cost of my original estimate, and it was LESS than the dealers! Being a leased vehicle, I'd rather replace a damaged piece than just buff the scratches off and save money on top of that. Part 2 will be added after the work is done.

I took it to Magnolia Auto Body and spoke with Tom Sr. who quoted me $150. A few month went by and I hadn't heard anything so I called and they said they were waiting for me to call since they had misplaced the paperwork. When I got there, Tom Jr. said Sr. was unavailable due to some health issues and asked "How much did my dad quote you?" I told him $150. He said just give me $100 since you were so honest.
