Communication was poor, and I felt like I was getting nowhere. Since then, the dealership stepped up. They refunded the full $1,500 and worked with me to resolve the underlying issue. I appreciate them standing behind the sale and making things right. I'm happy to update my review to 5 stars. I've always been loyal to Toyota, and because of how they handled this in the end, I fully expect to buy my future Toyotas from this dealership.

The had a picture and I told them it was the wrong piece. After a month of getting the part in and waiting another 2 weeks to get service, it was wrong.
