Consumer Protection Division: Many states have a specific agency that licenses and regulates auto repair facilities. Federal Trade Commission (FTC): For issues with auto dealerships. State or Country Regulatory Agencies: If necessary, file a complaint with the appropriate agency, providing all relevant details and documentation. It's important to gather all relevant documentation related to your vehicle purchase or service experience, such as purchase or service agreements, service records, correspondence, and any emails or phone calls with dealership personnel regarding your concerns. Why bring this up? The owner is selling badly used cars, fixes them and hikes the price. Their service department is constantly busy fixing cars that were already sold and damaged. I would not recommend buying a car from Keystone Auto Group. They have many civil actions against them! Recently a customer came in with a gun and threaten to shoot everyone if the dealership did not fix the cars issues! I was in the parking lot looking at the cars when this happen. I ran out of there immediately! Bad Cars=Bad Owner!

They were initially helpful but informed me on my second return that they would no longer make repairs for free. I understood and was not upset. However it has been a year and I have had to replace all four tires, had two tuneups six months apart along with regular maintenance. Please note I keep up on the maintenance of every vehicle I have owned. I again began to have issues and took it in for a diagnostic at Auto Zone and found out that a cylinder had to be replaced. I called Keystone hoping they would replace it and of course I would pay. I explained that I had two tune ups as well as regular maintenance completed. I spoke with Shannon who was initially helpful but later explained I should take it back where I had the last tuneup completed. I then took the car to a better mechanic where he informed me that the car has been leaking oil within the engine for some time and needed to be replaced. Within a year's time I have spent close to $3000.00 in repairs which does not include an engine replacement. PLEASE - buyers beware!!!! I am not saying every car they sell is bad, but they are definitely suspect and may not be as helpful should you have issues.

Cross Keys Cars was by far the most professional, honest, and reputable dealership that I visited. As a family-owned business, they stood by their reputation and their word. The whole process was great, and the location was convenient. The entire operation was relaxing, professional, and easy, making it a fairly seamless experience. Even when there was a hiccup with some paperwork, they worked with me and kept me posted on updates, even over the weekend through text and phone calls. This made me feel very comfortable. The price was reasonable and included their handling of the title registration plates and so forth. I love my car, and I would definitely go back to buy from them again. I highly recommend Cross Keys Cars

Second, I bought a car from them and the check engine light appeared two days later. Now I did hook it up to a scanner and it showed a total of 18 codes. The check engine light code showed that it was turned off three days prior(which they said they didn't do). Now I live in southern Delaware so I had to bring the car back (5 hours of driving) to have the car repaired. They kept the car for almost two weeks and they did deliver it back to me after some negotiating. Forget trying to talk to anyone, it's a AI driven and they won't answer the phone. Left several messages and NO response. The service manager never returned my call. I had to contact the Attorneys Generals office and the Better Business Bureau in order for them to return a call. They gave me a 30 day temp tag which expired one week after they returned the car to me. I asked for a new temp tag and was never given a response. Car was inspected in Delaware and the car sat for almost two months in my driveway with expired tags. This dealership is the definition of sleazy used car dealerships. A verbal amount was given to the salesman which was higher than what he relayed to the finance guy. Once discovered, an additional call and the redoing the contract to included the correct down payment and monthly payment amount was required. 3) the addition of a warranty. It is made to seem like the warranty is covered in cost by the dealer with the wording 'it comes with a warranty' (it's not; it added to the price) The warranty only covers cosmetic damages to the vehicle, not the mechanics like the engine, turbo, etc and will significantly increase the amount financed and taxes as the warranty is expensive for what is covered. 4) Ensure the approval letter be given to the finance guy. Even after presenting a pre approval letter, finance made additional inquiries with other lenders without my permission. Once discovered, it was determined the salesman never informed finance of the pre approval. 5) Have the vehicle throughly inspected by a mechanic not employed by the dealership if you're expecting not to have to put money into the vehicle immediately. The lie they will tell you is their mechanic did a thorough inspection when in fact, at least in this case, that was not true. Luckily, extensive research on the potential repairs needed for the year, make, and model of vehicle purchased was done beforehand, so repairs were expected. After discovering the issues outlined above, contacting the dealership and not getting a reply, a letter was written with the promise to report them to the state, an acceptable compromise was reached.
