    I cannot recommend this exact place more. From my "dealer" Lee ( who was beyond amazing ) to the business office pros, Andrew- truly a great experience and helped me find the exact right fit/price. Also went above and beyond when I forgot multiple things in my trade in. I highly suggest going here if you want a no hassle, stress free, and extremely helpful CAR place. 10/10 - thanks for all that you guys do! I'll definitely be back in a few years.

    I am SURPRISED THAT I AM GIVING A STELLAR REVIEW!.... I am a worry wart, OCD person by nature and I have not bought a used vehicle since my first car in 1978. With the way inflated prices are, I found it ridiculous to pay full price for the Toyota's Highlander Hybrid XLE which I wanted, so I decided to try Carmax. I reserved the car and paid $99 transport. Upon arrival, I noticed a few minor flaws that I picked up on inspection. Tha car drove beautifully, 2022 with 29,000 miles. I expressed my concern over the flaws and they were gracious and worked with me on the matter,( I will leave it at that, wink, wink).....An appointment was scheduled to fix 3 things, a loaner car was given to me, it literally took less than 60 seconds for me to drop off my car and pick up the loaner and head home no hassle....amazing.....24 hours later, I got a call and my vehicle was ready!......the whole process was easy, I am not big on doing things on the computer, but everything moved swiftly....my only concern is, I wish there was a way to get in contact with a human being asap if needed. Overall, I am very satisfied at the ease of this transaction and the service with Carmax and all of its associates at 100%......side note, 1 year ago, I went to purchase same vehicle , NEW AT TWO LOCAL DEALERSHIPS...,what a nightmare , penny, nickel and diming salesmen.....I'm glad I waited till this year, and I also got top dollar for my trade compared to the actual Toyota dealerships.....So Happy I found Carmax!

They sold me a "warranty" so now I spend 100 dollars once a week to fix my car for a few days pretty much through there shifty shops they send me to.     I bought a 2010 Ford Escape from motor zone a little less the a year ago. Total price of the car…read morewas around 10k for a car with 100,000 miles on it. When I bought the car it had a huge stain. On the ceiling and I was told "it had a previous roof leak that's fixed now" had a dent on the back of the car and was told no accidents. Was also told that it went through an extensive mechanical and safety check. First rain I had water coming into the car from around the sun roof and from the lights on the ceiling. About a month into the car breaks failed while driving and almost got into an accident with my son in the car. Brought the car to joes and was told it was the master cylinder. Car drove fine for a couple weeks and go over a bump and it happens again. This time I'm told it's the abs pump and needs a battery, and the check engine light is on for a O2 sensor. Joes has the car for over a week. After paying a $100.00 deductible get the car back and everything seems fine. Did my own looking into of the previous history On the car and I found that the car had frame issues and was fully repainted. Brought my findings to the dealers attention and it was brushed under the rug. Drive a little and the abs light comes on. Send it to joes again and get it back not fixed. Try to find out what's going on with repairing the car and I get told that the manger is on vacation. Last I heard anything on it from joes was March 11, 2020. Since I got the car I only put 6-7k miles on it. I try to send the car back to dealer since the car is unsafe with the breaking system continuously having issues. I get told that if I send it back that I'm still responsible for the remaining 8k left on the car. And that if I don't pay it they will garnish wages. And I would have to pay a fee of $175 to have it towed to them. Manager calls me and asks what's going on and I explain it. I get told it's a used car stuff happens. They can't afford to send the car to "real" mechanics because of cost. There best solution is to send it back to joes or another mechanic. Get a call from joe and I'm told that it needs a new hub and wheel sensor and it's not covered. And that I would have to pay full price for the repair and that I should talk to the finance part of the dealer to figure something out
