SHADY- I was driving 6 hours to buy a Tesla with trade. Told them I wanted to have numbers set for the most part so I could drive down and drive away with the new one. Spoke to Jenneha at first, which then kicked it over to Mandy and finished with Tyler. I provided the info on my trade and was told I would get payoff $9300 and then $2700 used towards down payment. I placed a deposit over the phone and set a time to come down to pick up the car. I noticed that the Carfax showed an accident, but on Cargurus, which uses Autocheck, it showed "structural damage." When I questioned them, they said that they hadn't heard of Autocheck. When I arrived at the dealership 2 days later after driving 6 hours the car had not been cleaned or detailed, the battery was not charged, and none of the paperwork was done. I sat there for 2 hours until the paperwork was ready. At that point they had me signing papers for my trade and purchase agreement. Once I got to the page with numbers, they had my trade listed at $7000. This was never brought up, never talked about, and luckily I was paying attention to what I was signing! I asked Tyler and he said "oh it looks like that's what you are getting for your trade" and I said "no, it was supposed to be payoff, and 2700 of equity as down payment." He brought the general manager over who said "I told Mandy it could be up to 12, but its not worth that. It was in an accident and now I can't sell it as certified" I said "that was not communicated through Mandy, is she here? and why didn't you run the Carfax before I drove 6 hours down here" and he said "well I can't run the VIN if I don't have the car here and Mandy just works from home as my BBC sales over the phone" which is garbage, anyone can run a carfax. They never went into my car, put it on a lift, drove it, or anything for the "appraisal." The manager says "your car is only going for $10k retail." I responded with "why wasn't that said to me 2 days ago before I committed to driving 6 hours down here!" I believe they figured I drove all that way to buy a car that I would give in to the bait and switch. Well, I drove 6 hours home in my old car. Definitely would not recommend anyone going to this dealership.

We ended up going with a new Ford Explorer that was reasonably priced, and Tyler made the whole process smooth and easy.

Blamed it on Motor Vehicle being backed up, but I spoke with them and they said they were not backed up, and any late paperwork is due to dealer not submitting promptly. Cost my son hundreds of dollars with his second job by not having this paperwork. Told us that we're no different from any other customer, I guess that means once they have your money you're on your own. Car is nice and price was fair, but owner Colleen is VERY rude, not the way to cultivate return business or recommendations. Would NEVER go back, would never recommend.

He financed the vehicle and 60 days in, terrible shaking and check engine light on. Call back to this wonderful establishment, to which we were told to find a gas station in our area as we live in a neighboring state, to get the car serviced. Take the car in, to which they found the valve cover needed replacement which lead to the oil spilling into the spark plug holes which had accumulated "over time" more than half the coil with oil. We paid again two car payments at this point, now was told by Colleen, that he is also now responsible for his DEDUCTIBLE for a problem after two months. With slight reservation, he ended up having to pay close to $300 due to the warranty company does not cover tune ups or spark plugs, that are now needed due to the mishap of them getting filled with OIL...We pick up the car....drove the car home, parked it until the next day at which point upon driving it again...low and behold...SAME ISSUE...Will be contacting this establishment again, as at this point 60 days in of a 4 year car loan...this is UNACCEPTABLE on all levels. I actually recommended this company, however now I am really second guessing their business practices. The tags were "Forgotten" until we called, and we had to pay for another T tag within our state. If you are not willing to stand behind the vehicles you sell...you can not pass yourself off as a reputable company. I do not care how many signs you have in the office as sold as is, sold as is to perform to the use for which it was sold....and for more than 54 days when you have a 4 year car payment...Fair and honest company...I am questioning at this point...to be continued...

FIND ANOTHER REPAIR SHOP!…read more Totally in agreement with Michael T. Unfortunately I saw the review after I was shamelessly overcharged. I'm out of town in Wilmington with a radiator fluid leak and needed to get home to CT; so looked up a Jaguar repair place which took me to Union Park. My water valve was leaking and I was charged $386.90 for the part (not labor) which actually retails for $256.00 - original manufacture part - at another dealer. A Bosch replacement is only $123.00, Bosch is a very good name brand. To add insult to the wound, Union Park had to replace the radiator fluid at a cost of $79.54 (fluid only, not labor)! You know even 'gold plated' radiator does not cost half of that. The labor cost was $540.00 - WHAT! Yes, a 1-hr job! In addition, they get you for $50.00 for shop supplies. This needs to be investigated for fraud. I wish that was the end, but NO! When they delivered the car to me, my check radiator fluid warning was still on. Union Park told me (I believe Joe Poppitt) that the sensor was malfunctioning and I will need to have it replaced (job security for them - fix one thing and break another). The following day, when the engine was cool, I opened the radiator cap to find that the radiator fluid was low; I refilled and the check radiator fluid warning went away and never returned. Not only do they gouge you for parts, labor and shop fees; they have incompetent mechanics who do not know how to refill a radiator tank. I'm hoping nothing else they touched blows up in the meanwhile.
