Two weeks after we purchased the vehicle, there were big noise once we stepped on the brakes. So we have to go to Pep-boys to do brake inspection. There were no front brakes at all, and two front brake pads had no metal material at all. If the dealer not tell you truth for the serious important issue (such as brakes for the vehicle), please never trust him again. Very very dangerous for the customers. Obviously, they only care about their profit, not clients' life.

I own a 2003 Dodge Dakota which was showing an intermittent airbag light coming on. I personally…read moreput in a large number of hours trying to fix the issue myself. I then took it to 3- services shops and none could fix the issue. I have been dealing w/ this problem for almost a year. When I took it to the different shops; one being a Chrysler/Dodge dealer, I was getting different stories as to what was wrong. The third service shop I took it to who could not fix or diagnose the issue, stated that I should try Jamie's Auto Repair-South. I met w/ Jamie and told him my problem and everything I have been through. He said I'll take a shot at the issue and let me know. His initial diagnosis was a bad clock spring which I already had replaced by the first service shop I went to. When Jamie tried a new clock spring from a Dodge Dealer it did not fix the problem. At this point he did not give up!! He continued on the hunt for the problem and finally determined the issue was w/ the Airbag Control Module(ACM). The module had a short inside and was the cause of the intermittent problem. Jamie then took it upon himself to find me a used ACM and installed it and the problem seems to have gone away. Now I get no error codes or Airbag light. Jamie is confident that the problem is solved and I am too. Time will tell the story. So what can I say? Well, I was close to getting rid of the truck b/c of this problem; but Jamie showed skill, tenacity, and true customer concern for my satisfaction. So the moral of the story is the other shops did not want to deal with my problem, but Jamie did and I truly appreciate his efforts. I highly recommend his shop for repairs especially tough head-scratchers which no one else can do or want to do!! Great job Jamie and your crew!!!

We received a letter from Price Honda about stopping in to check out some deals and their willingness to potentially present us with an offer we couldn't refuse. With initial hesitation, we set up an appointment to see if they could truly make a deal happen based on the terms presented in the letter. My husband and I had the pleasure of working with Mr. Justin Silva who helped us take care of our current lease we acquired through Price Honda previously. Justin is a great Honda specialist who took the time to reach out to me earlier in the day before our scheduled appointment and greeted us upon arrival. Perhaps it is our "Hawaii Connection" that made the process easy, but Justin provided great customer service as he remembered our current situation, listened with intent, and ultimately provided the ideal vehicle that met all of our needs. Although I know I gave him some pushback throughout the negotiation process, I appreciate his ability to multi-task as he balanced dealing with us and another couple simultaneously. In addition to Justin, I enjoyed working with Jim in the Finance Department. He worked diligently to crunch the numbers to make the deal work even, but most importantly, he honored the letter brought in and established terms that reflected the offer. I couldn't believe how simple the paperwork process was as it was seamlessly done electronically for the most part. Last week when I got a new message on my dash my thought was immediately "this is it, this is the end." I called SSA and told them the message. They suggested I get my car towed there to avoid any possible damage. Again, I thought this is it. I got my car towed there and that same day I got the call. There was a fix - no worries! I proceeded to have some other maintenance work done at the same time as like I said, I love my car. I picked up my car last night and it feels like a new car again.
