If ZERO stars were an option .... lets start from the beginning. I called Prime Autos in Glen…read moreBurnie based on an ad for a Ford F250 truck. First call was answered with a clumsy and immediate hang up. Ok, we are all human and things happen. I call back. (Now would be the time to say 'Gosh I'm sorry. I think I accidentally disconnected you a moment ago. Nope!) I ask about the truck I'm interested in and what time the 'dealership' (I lose the word cautiously after having seen the business in person) will open the next day. I'm told they open at 9:00 and the truck is set up to be seen by two other people. One at 8:00 and one at 11:00. Popular truck it seems and they are apparently opening the doors early for some lucky customer. Must be a friendly place! So since we live about 90 minutes away I ask if she can call us after that first appointment so we know if the truck is still for sale. She agrees. Meanwhile we found a few other trucks in the area we felt were worth the drive to see so we made plans to make the trip to the area the next morning. Now the next morning we made our way to Glen Burnie and visited a few car lots before heading over to Prime Autos. I'm watching the time and I haven't heard anything from the woman I spoke with the evening prior (I'm assuming that would be Dee Bognar) so we show up on the lot. Its just before 11:00 about this time. We look around and suddenly a woman comes out with an approach as if we are trespassing in some way .... "You need something?!" She's not very friendly at all. I explained that we were interested in the F250 they had advertised, never mentioning our phone conversation from the previous day. She tells us its sold. Now I'm a bit confused so I reminded her, "Yeah I spoke with you last evening and you were going to call me if you sold it this morning but I guess you forgot." She is obviously agitated with me and lets me know that she didn't forget, she was waiting for the customer to go to get their financing in place. Mind you .... there was no F250 in sight!! Wonder if there ever was. This is a sketchy business with a very rude and unprofessional staff of what seems to be one person. And while their website has a finance application tab, I would't fill that out! They obviously don't offer on site financing. Do yourself a favor and go somewhere else. I wouldn't buy a truck from them if they were selling it for a dollar!!

We bought 2 cars from Prime Auto in Glen Burnie. Each car was "Supposed" to be 6 months or 6000…read moremonths warranty. Well my Jeep has a problem and my other vehicle came with a broke passenger mirror and the rear defroster didn't work from the start. When we bought the Toyota vehicle we were told a new mirror would be purchased for the vehicle. Well after many phone calls and text all we got was "I forgot to order it" and other BS. And the rear defroster never got fixed because they said they couldn't tell it wasn't working because when we took it to the dealership do to the temperature outside you couldn't turn the defroster on to see that it didn't work as if we were going to lie about a broke defroster and our word wasn't good enough that the defroster wasn't working. Now the dealership went out of business and were going to have to take the owner to small claims court. So if you bought a vehicle from Prime Auto in Glen Burnie and have a issue with you vehicle your also going to have to take legal action against the owner. I thought a Veteran dealing with another Veteran you could trust them and there word and handshake. I guess being a used cars salesman does something to a person's integrity.
