Changing from 5 stars to 1: Here is why…read more Update 07/25: I had to pay $250 for a new battery, as my old one was 15 years old. Austin could have replaced it, as I brought the car back multiple times under warranty. After I told Mr. Will about his son and hung up the phone, he tried to resolve the situation in his favor, leaving me uncertain about the status of my car. Look at the screenshots. Unbelievable! By the way, the place isn't next door; it's 9 minutes away. Update: 07/04- Austin was very inconsiderate and, frankly, lazy. The car had a transmission leak, and he and his mechanic attempted to charge me when I requested a warranty repair. Initially, Austin dismissed it, stating that since my Volkswagen is a foreign car, it's best not to interfere with it. However, my brother advised me to get it fixed immediately, as it was a significant issue given my commute for school. After a calm discussion with Mr. Will and his mechanic, I was not charged for sealing the transmission leak, despite this occurring just one day after purchasing the car. Upon requesting a work slip, I was informed that since no payment was made, no such slip would be provided. Approximately one month later, the check engine and ABS lights illuminated. I contacted Mr. Will, with whom I have had no prior issues. He instructed me to bring the vehicle in so Austin could examine it, noting that the mechanic would be available on Thursday. After traveling to the location, Austin informed me that I needed to return on Friday, resulting in wasted time and fuel. He did not inspect my car or acknowledge my presence. Consequently, I am now at Meineke to determine the cause of the issue. Mr. Will worked with my fair credit, a result of unforeseen circumstances, and found a vehicle within my budget. While I initially desired a Honda CRV, my financial situation was slightly insufficient. However, he provided me with a reliable 2015 Volkswagen Jetta, and I am satisfied. The vehicle is well-equipped, and I am learning its features. My current payments are more affordable than those for my previous car, and the down payment was manageable. Mr. Will and his son responded promptly when I encountered an issue. They are very friendly. He will alleviate your concerns, as a woman seeking a quality used car at certain dealerships can face challenges. I was referred to him by my lender and could not be happier or more satisfied. I highly recommend Mr. Will

Yesterday at 3:20 PM, I was contacted with a diagnosis confirming that the required repairs fall under warranty. Then, at 4:10 PM, I received another call stating that while the repairs are covered, I would be charged over $300 to remove an "aftermarket" bumper. This is not an aftermarket part. The bumper and all custom components on my Jeep were installed by the dealership and are included under the warranty. I was told they would move forward with the work and provide an update with a status and estimated completion time. Since then, I have made repeated attempts to get any information--leaving messages with three different staff members, calling my assigned service advisor three times, contacting the service center, and reaching out to the service manager. At this point, I have received zero response and they have had my Jeep for two full days. I understand the work may take longer than expected but they should let me know something. They close at 5 PM today, and I still have no update on my vehicle. This level of communication and customer service is extremely disappointing. I simply want to know what is happening with my Jeep.

The whole staff was upbeat and welcoming during the entire time of my multi-visits. Luis went over and above helping and explaining everything about my new Jeep. This is why this is our family's 4th vehicle purchase from this Tate dealership. I LOVE MY NEW 2025 SAHARA!

My daughter went…read moreto sell her 2014 car - which she bought new and which had never stalled or quit running on her in all the years she owned the car. The webuyanycar guy, after looking it over, took it for a test ride and when he came back, he told us that the car "just quit running" and that he had to pull over, and that the oil light and the battery light came on and he couldn't get it started again and when it did start, it made an awful noise. He said he was fearful that my daughter shouldn't drive it again. After spending a half hour supposedly "talking with headquarters" to determine what he thought was wrong with the car, he then offered her $500 and said she probably had a "bad flywheel". He did some hocus-pocus with a YouTube video to try to convince us of the source of the sound he said he heard. He said $500 was the best he could do. Mind you, this car had never given her any problem. The only reason she was selling it was because she was pregnant and needed a bigger car for her growing family. While waiting, I drove it again and, of course, it drove perfectly. And it continued to do so until we left and, a few days later, went to Carvana and got a respectable cash price for the car. Go here at your own risk. If you get the price you want, great. If a young fast-talking guy tells you your car suddenly has some mysterious problem and isn't worth what you know it should be, just walk away and go elsewhere.
