There happened to be a mixup on their in the application for an initial car that we were interested in. The staff here is very kind and knowledgeable and they do have a wide variety of vehicles you can purchase. They also detail the car but unfortunately the detail was not as "detailed" as I would like it. another negative was that the electric vehicle we ended up purchasing was not fully charged. In fact, it had less than 50% charge on it.

I guess he thought being the manager gave him the right to be rude. He didn't check my income or anything--just took my license, walked to his office, came back, and asked how much I had down. I told him, because it was already on my application. Then he hits me with, "I can get you approved, but you'll need $7,000-$8,000 down. Do you have that?" And he didn't even sit down--he was standing behind me, clearly focused on another customer. At that point, I was done. I just pulled out my phone and called my ride.
