All he kept saying was, "Just come in, bring your paystub and license, and we'll get you out of here." I already knew it wouldn't be that easy, so I didn't go in expecting much. I was pre-approved by another lender who works with this dealership, so I figured it was worth checking out. Unfortunately, I ended up dealing with the manager since Tony was with someone else. I guess he thought being the manager gave him the right to be rude. He didn't check my income or anything--just took my license, walked to his office, came back, and asked how much I had down. I told him, because it was already on my application. Then he hits me with, "I can get you approved, but you'll need $7,000-$8,000 down. Do you have that?" And he didn't even sit down--he was standing behind me, clearly focused on another customer. At that point, I was done. I just pulled out my phone and called my ride. He shrugged, said "OK," tossed my license back on the desk, and walked off to help the other customer.

West lake financial is even worst that's backing them.

Overall, the deal for the car was good. What I did not like is the interaction with Ilya Sigalov,…read morethe salesperson. It was limited, stacatto, and at a point during the business transaction, he was actually talking to me from across the trailer (the business office is located in a trailer). He never sat down in front of me during the entire transaction. Curiously, he never offered his business card either. I am a black woman. I'll let the reader determine if there is a racial issue with the salesperson. He even tried to upsell me with an extended warranty and gap insurance. Beware of that tactic. That would have added an additional $2,600 to the selling price. Suffice it to say, I did not like the sales person, but I did like the vehicle. All other staff I engaged with were courteous and positive. I purchased the vehicle, and I'm very happy with it. If you want a deal, it's a good spot, but beware of Ilya.

They claim to take responsibility for submitting the title/registration for your new car which you do pay for, but I had to go to the dmv to complete it myself. Any time you have a follow up question or ask about status they (specifically G and Ed) fake their customer service again and neglect to get back to you despite multiple calls and emails.

My mechanic mentioned this before buying the car they said they'd give me a new spare key. Instead. They gave me a key that wasn't computerized for my vehicle. My window motor on my passenger seat convienantly stopped working after the warranty cut off. What I did get was everything I needed to start my business. A 2011 Ford Transit XL and it only had 39,000 miles on it. It just sucks. Because the shady ness and dishonesty of the so called used car salesmen really live up to it's name. Lol.

I bought an older SUV with a clean car fax which they had bought at auction from Carmax. It was in good condition but there were so many little things broken or not working that it took me a month to get it passed VA inspection. Things that any reputable car dealership would have fixed before selling it. Fog lights with broken lenses, instrument display with lights not working, cracked side view mirror, the cheapest tires money could buy, trailer hitch stuck in receiver, no floor mats, ONE key and no remote. Seriously, one key??? It cost a couple bucks per key and $15 for two remotes that took about 2 minutes to program. All told it was about $400 to fix all the little things that a reputable dealership would have taken care of and it was too big a pain to go back to bmore to have them fix. I also had trouble getting my title. I arrived with a bank check from Navy Federal. Guaranteed funds but they wouldn't release the title till the check cleared which is fine but they didn't deposit it for a week (until I called and asked where my title was). Why did I buy, simple: I wanted a pre 2006 2wd, 9pass suburban with less than 100k miles. I got it, happy with the car after fixing it up but absolutely no thanks to the dealer. Also their prices are not very competitive, I overpaid but again I was looking for something specific that I couldn't find elsewhere.

Website indicated car was fully inspected and ready to go. But when we showed up the next day, the car was not ready, and they kept repeating the same excuse for the next week 'waiting for replacement part'. As of today - September 4th, car not ready and it's clear they didn't want to sell me the car. I suspect, because we are not using them for financing and paying full cash, they suddenly can't get the car ready for us. These are very dishonest people especially the so-called supervisor - Alex, who lied repeatedly.

After their fees, the car is about 1k more than sticker price, which seems to be typical. They told me they'd call me when my tags were shipped to their business (they didn't it call me, it was there for weeks.) I had to reach out myself. When I went for a test drive I was told it was not inspected yet. The owner Tony was honest the next day, that it did not pass, but was only spark plugs that needed replacing. They told me they changed the oil and filter (later to find out they did not change the filter at my fist oil change). They also had to replace the leaking dipstick. They assured me there were no leaks. At my first oil change I was informed that I had a major engine oil leak, and needed a new spark plug which I was told was replaced before purchasing. The car started shaking weeks after purchasing it, so I brought it in for them to fix it. They did replace a small part for $40, but charged me $400, fixing things like my window that didn't work (they didn't even ask me). The car was kept there for 3 weeks for this! To be fair, after a week of not having my car, they lent me vehicles (I sat there 2 hours waiting for one though). The trunk doesn't open, as it was opened for me upon purchasing. The hood release is broken and rigged up with a plastic tie, which I asked them to fix and the mechanic just told me to pull the plastic tie. I had to email them to give me a receipt as I was not given one for repairing my car shaking. I'm no mechanic, but I now know to bring one with me to properly inspect any vehicle I purchase, and suggest you do the same. Good luck if you take your car there to be serviced! Prepare for a rental for a small fix. When they kept my car for three weeks they never once reached out to me, I had to keep calling them for updates. This is the third mechanic in 4 months that told me they kept my vehicle for months because they had a "family emergency". Apparently only one mechanic can work on a vehicle.
