He asked what service was needed explained a noise was coming from somewhere sounding to be near the right front tire. He assigned to (Brandon) who immediately took it out for a test drive giving insight afterwards the front brakes were worn down. He immediately began the work himself even though he is the Assistant Manager it didn't seem to bother him one bit. He worked quick to remove and replace them. It was such amazing timely, beneficial, and customer oriented service that was provided. So thankful to come across such service especially these days where often customers can be easily mistreated, but don't see it happening at this business with the present staff on board.. ​

They open at 7:30AM during the week, but they do not have a tire tech come in until 10 AM. 3. They do not know how to use an air gauge or replace valve caps on valve stems. The tire they repaired on my auto had 48psi cold pressure after they repaired it. 4. Took me 2 trips to this location. After dropping my car off the first time, the "tech" decided I didn't need any work when the front tires obviously had more wear on the tread than the back tires. Oh, and the tire still had a leak. Makes me think my service request was ignored. No Confidence None at all. The lack of professionalism and tire knowledge is astounding! To the point that you have to blame company management for letting these examples go on and on. I'll pay a good mechanic more money somewhere else.

They go the extra mile to keep their customers happy! We have purchased 5 cars from them and recommend several others to buy from them. We always return to them for regular service, it's worth the drive! All those who work there show they care. Our service advisor, Kenneth Hooper, is just a phone call away to help. When there for service he provides updates on the vehicle. This is in addition to the display showing progress of every car being serviced located in the comfortable waiting room.     After performing a serpentine belt replacement and a recall fix on my Elantra the Jones Hyundai…read moremechanic left a small (3 inch?) screwdriver standing vertically inside a hollow of the battery so that when he closed the car hood the screwdriver punctured a hole in the battery. I discovered this today when I took my car to have the oil changed. Standing with the mechanic as he opened the hood I saw something that looked like a small pen sticking out of the battery. He explained what it was and that he couldn't do anything to fix it without replacing the battery. Not only was this dangerous (leaking battery acid), but Jones Hyundai service manager and his boss insist that replacing the battery for free meant they didn't owe me a refund for faulty service that was a danger to me (I've been driving around in a car that has been leaking battery acid) and has caused me to lose a day of work. As I explained to the rude service manager and his rude boss as they stood over me, I refuse to pay for a poorly performed service. If they wish to charge me for the part, I'm in agreement, but I want a credit for the labor. We'll see...the charge has been disputed.
