Almost Immediately Patrick (sales manager) texted me and ask if he could help in any way. I informed him about a trade offer that I had from Carvana and would they match it? Unlike all other dealerships that tell you one thing and never live up to the expectation, the sales team (Patrick and Brad) went above and beyond to reach my needs. Not only did they do everything to make this deal work and put together figures that were very near my goals, but they were also able to help get my wife out of a vehicle that had upside down equity and put her in a new Tuscan. They arranged deals on two new vehicle that pretty much met our existing payments with financing and new warranties. There diligence in renegotiating on our part was incredible, Patrick stood by everything he had previously promised. Finally, when we went into financing with payments in mind, the finance manager (Charlie) was able to meet those numbers while adding additional warranties and coverages that were totally unexpected. Everyone at the dealership was so amazing, after a few hours we walked out with 2 new vehicles, additional and extended warranties for near what we were currently paying. Let me assure you that they really worked with us and not just extend the financing and total interest to suit their pockets. Kudos and thank you to the entire team.

My issue is with false promises made by the dealership to push the sale through. We were promised a cargo cover for the vehicle, as that model did not include it. We were assured that we would be provided with one, and at one point were given one that turn out to be the wrong part and was taken back. Since then we have been constantly put off. We were also block from receiving a satisfaction survey from Hyundai. If you choose to buy from here, make sure you get everything in writing and with a signature. It is a shame to ruin the purchase of a really nice vehicle over such a minor item!

He has amazing customer service, very kind , friendly, and works to ensure you have the best deal for your trade in and ensure that you are comfortable with your purchase that it meets the customers satisfaction. He went out of his way to ensure that the car was the best fit for me. He was very detailed in explaining how the car works and took the time to go through every feature of the car. Also, he took me on a tour of their facility and was able to have snacks and a warm and cold beverage. Also, finance manager Devin Jones ensured that I was taken care of and made sure that I found a car that suited my budget. I highly recommend using this dealership, they will definitely see more of me for future trade-in and purchases. This place has amazing customer service.     Good Morning Everyone,…read more Update on 2018 Subaru. I have tried all recourses to have Honda Heritage Bel Air to redeem themselves, unfortunately they have failed that process. I went to the Dealership to meet with Mr. Chris and was introduce to Mr. Tim. They proceeded to try to find another vehicle around the same price range as the Subaru. They located to vehicles white Honda CRV and black Mazda Cx30. I had Mr. Tim drive the Mazda and ge explained in detail all the features (i really like this vehicle). Next, went through process over again filling out applications, stay until about 8:00 p.m. waiting for answer from bank, well that wasnt successful. They told me they will contact me the next day when everthing was open I said ok. Well nevertheless I was told I needed to put a down payment. I feel as though you sold me the lemon and I now I have to put down a down payment to me that is unceptable. So I told them I don't have any money to put down. So basically no down payment no vehicle. Fast forward just out of courtesy I ask how much was the down payment and monthly payments. I did inform them that monthly payments cannot be over 400.00. Never received and answer back from both questions.

I hate to cast shade on the sales team because they maybe simply awesome with our issue a result of inexperience, poor communication or tough luck. Bottom line, my daughter had a car lined up and had an appointment to finalize things only to have another salesperson steal it and sell it. My daughter arrived for her appointment only to see someone else driving the car away. I couldn't be more disappointed as I recommended this dealership. Two days later my daughter and I drove past Sonic and into Baltimore County. We arrived at a dealership anxious to meet our needs, exceed expectations and earn our business. Moving forward, we will likely utilize Michael the Sonic Service Mgr but avoid the salesroom at all cost unless Teena is working or .............. that sales-team culture changes!
