When I arrived I was greeted by a very friendly and courteous staff, including the owner, who is extremely accommodating and super friendly. They got me in right away, and were very knowledgeable and took time to listen while I showed them what I wanted done and than explained the process of what they would be doing to repair my vehicle very clearly. My truck is black and also had several noticeable scratches in various places, which really bothered me. I pointed out all of the scratches and asked if they could do the paint work and if so, to please let me know when I could bring my truck back to get the work done. They agreed. After that I decided to wait for the repairs to be finished, which I assumed wouldn't take more than a couple of hours at the most; but I was pleasantly surprised when my truck was done within just a little more than an hour! They brought it up looking fantastic! It had been washed and they even cleaned and polished my tires! Everything looked great and I was really happy with the work. But, upon closer inspection I was absolutely shocked and ecstatic when I realized that in addition to removing ALL the door dings (about 7 or 8-some in the worst possible places, which I've been told may be very hard to remove), and doing and excellent job on all of those, they also touched up ALL of the paint and those scratches that had been bothering me so much...GONE! All of them! I couldn't believe it! My truck looks AMAZING and I honestly couldn't be happier! Ive read some of the negative reviews posted about this business, and based on my experience nothing is further from the truth. I have had nothing but a positive experience here. I would definitely recommend Auto Showcase to anyone and everyone in the market for a new car or truck and/or excellent service/repairs or body work. The dealership is beautiful, the staff/management and owner are extremely friendly, polite, helpful and knowledgeable. The pricing is more than fair, and by comparison is right in line, if not better than what's being offered in the current local market at other dealerships. I also felt very comfortable and safe waiting there. It was just a good vibes type of environment! They seem to have a really well stocked line up of beautiful vehicles too. And, from what I could see, their diverse inventory includes all kinds of great cars and trucks at various price points to choose from. I can also assure you that they not only offer, but ACTUALLY PROVIDE and guarantee, top notch, excellent service and repairs and truly went above and beyond for me yesterday. Scheduling is so easy over the phone and checking in the day of my appointment with Jessica was swift. Waiting room is always clean along with the bathroom. It's tables and comfy chairs for waiting with a tv, light refreshments a screen to show you the status of your car while also sending text updates. I never noticed before but they have a little area for the kids with a tv and books. I love how service updates can be sent with the video to show exactly is going on where you can choose to include what they find with the click of a button. Overall this was a great "first experience" with the service shop driving off the lot I could feel the difference

I get in my car and notice on the sticker that the technician placed on the windshield for the next visit, the brakes are marked with a red "x" (requiring immediate attention). I am not even due for the next service visit until November, and my brakes are already making a horrible squeaking noise when you back up my Nissan Pathfinder. The service was positive but my concern is that they did not fully explain the current damage or status of my brakes at that time so that I could make an informed decision.

I had seen a listing for a car at this dealership at a reasonable price seemed nice and all until I actually got to the dealership, they really didn't tell me anything that was going on with the car like the broken tire sensor, the broken glove box, the squeaky windows, the connections of the power of the car, giving me a key with a dying battery. anyways I ended up having to get a cosigner for my new car because this dealership was hardly willing to work with me but anyways having a cosigner was not supposed to be a problem who knew it would end up causing such a fuss!!!!! after purchasing the car, they had contacted me again about how they messed up my paperwork they told me one thing and told my cosigner another thing okay.... anyways so come to find out my supposedly new car starts having all these issues and while me and my cosigner are back at the dealership again, they still had all the paperwork WRONG anyways told me they fixed it I ended up making an appoint to get my car worked on. here's where the real fun begins!!!! so I get to my appointment can't find anything in the system with my name yippie anyways get that figured out I waited probably like 3-4 hours for a window squeak a glove box and a tire sensor and my screen all to find out all they did was replace my tire sensor and "fix" my window yeah my windows fixed but it looks like they took a metal sponge to it so now my whole window needs replaced!!! on my brand new car !!!!!!!! and mind you originally, they told me to go to another dealership.... like I'm sorry don't sell cars that aren't Volkswagens if you physically aren't capable of it??? anyways so I tried contacting the corporate and they told me they couldn't do anything because my car isn't a Volkswagen and it's a private owned dealership so like okay whatever anyways remember the paperwork issue??? yeah, they were supposed to send me and only me the payment papers for my auto loan and guess who they didn't get sent to ME yeah that's right!!!! I showed me their used car selection which was small but they carried a good variety of cars. There was the car of my dreams....the Altima coupe and it was within price range. I could have melted. The car salesman drew everything up and gave me the keys to test drive. He immediately gave me all the details of the car which were useful because it was everything I was looking for. But I got in and the car and I was not a match... and blah blah blah long story short. Knowing what I wanted and catching on that I wanted a reliable and good looking modern car... he introduced me to the newer Kia vehicles, which I ultimately selected and purchased. He worked with me and made my first solo purchase deal easy as pie. All the staff was friendly and they accountant who handled the financing was full of knowledge and told me everything I needed to do to secure my first loan and how it will help build my credit even more. He gave me the best deal.... even better than the first car loan that I received from the bank. They also introduced me to the service dept manager and this dealership offers free oil changes for the life of the car!! AAAAND FREE MANIs!! Oh yeah, thats the way to this girls heart. All in all, I love my car, I love this dealership and I would recommend anyone to try them for the purchase of their new vehicle.
