Almost Immediately Patrick (sales manager) texted me and ask if he could help in any way. I informed him about a trade offer that I had from Carvana and would they match it? Unlike all other dealerships that tell you one thing and never live up to the expectation, the sales team (Patrick and Brad) went above and beyond to reach my needs. Not only did they do everything to make this deal work and put together figures that were very near my goals, but they were also able to help get my wife out of a vehicle that had upside down equity and put her in a new Tuscan. They arranged deals on two new vehicle that pretty much met our existing payments with financing and new warranties. There diligence in renegotiating on our part was incredible, Patrick stood by everything he had previously promised. Finally, when we went into financing with payments in mind, the finance manager (Charlie) was able to meet those numbers while adding additional warranties and coverages that were totally unexpected. Everyone at the dealership was so amazing, after a few hours we walked out with 2 new vehicles, additional and extended warranties for near what we were currently paying. Let me assure you that they really worked with us and not just extend the financing and total interest to suit their pockets. Kudos and thank you to the entire team.

My issue is with false promises made by the dealership to push the sale through. We were promised a cargo cover for the vehicle, as that model did not include it. We were assured that we would be provided with one, and at one point were given one that turn out to be the wrong part and was taken back. Since then we have been constantly put off. We were also block from receiving a satisfaction survey from Hyundai. If you choose to buy from here, make sure you get everything in writing and with a signature. It is a shame to ruin the purchase of a really nice vehicle over such a minor item!

I hate to cast shade on the sales team because they maybe simply awesome with our issue a result of inexperience, poor communication or tough luck. Bottom line, my daughter had a car lined up and had an appointment to finalize things only to have another salesperson steal it and sell it. My daughter arrived for her appointment only to see someone else driving the car away. I couldn't be more disappointed as I recommended this dealership. Two days later my daughter and I drove past Sonic and into Baltimore County. We arrived at a dealership anxious to meet our needs, exceed expectations and earn our business. Moving forward, we will likely utilize Michael the Sonic Service Mgr but avoid the salesroom at all cost unless Teena is working or .............. that sales-team culture changes!

    My 2018 Volkswagen Atlas, which has been in the possession of Jones Junction service department…read moresince February 17, 2026. As of today I remain without my vehicle, and there has been no clear, consistent, or accurate communication regarding its diagnosis or repair. This situation has moved beyond a routine delay and now reflects a breakdown in service management, communication, and accountability. Summary of Key Facts: My vehicle was brought in on February 17 for a misfire issue (engine light on, suspected spark plug concern). I maintain an extended warranty through CarShield. In early April, I approved the transfer of my vehicle to Volkswagen for further diagnostic evaluation after your team was unable to identify the issue. I was repeatedly told your team was "waiting on Volkswagen." However, on April 15, I directly contacted Volkswagen and confirmed: Volkswagen has already communicated required next diagnostic steps to your management team. The vehicle requires an advanced diagnostic teardown (2-3 hours, approx. $700). Volkswagen is currently waiting on authorization from your dealership to proceed. Additionally, on April 15, CarShield confirmed: They are awaiting contact from your team to proceed under the existing claim. These findings directly contradict the information I have been given by your staff. Financial Impact: Due to the extended delay and lack of support: I have been in a rental vehicle for over 30 days at $30/day (exceeding $900 and increasing). I haven't been informed who's gonna to be financially responsible for this as up-to-date. which still has not been direct answer. At no point has your team clearly addressed responsibility for these expenses. Immediate Action Required: I am requesting the following within 24 hours of receipt of this email: A clear, step-by-step action plan to complete diagnostic and repair. Confirmation of who will authorize and pay for the Volkswagen diagnostic breakdown. A firm timeline for repair completion. I have remained patient and proactive throughout this process. It is unacceptable that I have had to personally coordinate communication between your dealership, Volkswagen, and CarShield to obtain accurate information.     Unacceptable service and zero accountability. Kia/Jones Kia performed multiple services on my 2021…read moreSeltos, then produced wildly inconsistent multipoint inspections only one week and ~650 miles apart--items marked "OK" suddenly labeled urgent, which is impossible in that timeframe. I believe the inspection results were fraudulent. I've repeatedly contacted the service manager and district manager with no response. This completely erodes trust in Kia service.
