Car purchased in October 2025; 2017 Audi Q7. I initially came to the lot for another vehicle and…read morethe Top salesman arrived and we saw his immaculate Audi, that he affectionately named "Clementine" and we complimented his beautiful car. He said, "Do you like it?, then let me show you this beauty. He walked us over to this "Midnight: sparkle encrusted bluish/black Audi and said take her for a ride and let me know what you think. My spouse, our 6 yr. old son and I hopped in and went for a ride. One of the smoothest, enjoyable quiet ride a 6-7 year old vehicle could offer. We arrived back at the Ellicott city location in sheer "Awww". The charismatic, very transparent, and appearing very authentic salesman was so upfront and kind (so we thought) that by the time we left the dealership our son called him "Uncle Chris". Speed up to approximately 24-36 hours later the salesman contacts us like hey I worked the numbers added your law enforcement discounts, bring your Down payment (which was close to 6K) and you can leave with your new family truck. We arrived so ecstatic and he delivered. The moment we left the lot it has been (5 Nights of Freddie) Experience for our family. The ball N joint or something connected with steering the tires started making loud racking noises the ride sounded horrible. Because we are responsible enough to get extended warranty they said bring it back to our shop we will cover it. When we got to the shop they didn't have any "loaner" vehicles to offer when we are used to having (3) vehicles to accommodate our children's busy schedules as well as our own. So, we are down to (2) and the company had no concern with our discomfort of this rising issue. We retrieved the Audi (2-3) weeks later and (2) weeks after having the vehicle back the check oil light/sensor pops up. We contacted the Ellicott city branch again, they stated we don't have loaners (for the second time) but you can bring it after or mechanic returns from holiday. We were like this is unacceptable. We have not owned this vehicle for a month yet, and already we are experiencing "under the hood" issues. This was very concerning to us. But, again the dealership had no heart in the matter. Weeks later they said the mechanic returned so bring it Wednesday. We complied. 3 weeks later they returned the vehicle and said we've been battling with the warranty company, we drove it around and topped it off but no work was approved or done. I was livid. So you inconvenience us again. You have two shops and no one can find a solution and we keep getting the same "nonchalant" responses from each man that is either claiming to be the owner or part owner of this enterprise. We retrieved the car. It is now around Christmas 2025. By the new year (Jan 2026) the check engine light has appeared at least 5x and we constantly top it off ourselves, until we contacted them again today 1/12/26. And per usual bring it in next Tuesday but we cannot give a loaner car (for the third time). The saddest part in this entire ordeal is that an almost 20k purchase has yet to be enjoyed month straight without some mechanical or functional issue that repeatedly gets swept under the rug by this team. Initially, I honored our connection and sale in October, However I will not remain silent any longer. My spouse and I are in Law enforcement and raved about this experience to our colleagues now I wouldn't refer a soul to either establishment. But don't worry they will change their name eventually (with the BBB) to try to erase the fraudulent activity that has been highlighted with this company's practices and poor "bedside manner" after the ink dries on the customer's contract. I really hoped and prayed they were not a scam artist like other sales reps. But buyer beware, and take your business elsewhere. These practices DO NOT align with our value system and I despise the fact I ever allowed my baby to refer to them as "uncles". ----Sincerely a very disappointed customer

BUYER BEWARE (It looks as though we are not the only one with a similar problem)…read more To keep this simple and without emotion, I will summarize our purchase: - 14 months since purchase (the vehicle is officially 'dead') - $10,000+ : What we paid for our family of five. - $13,000+ : In REPAIRS - $9,500: The final estimate the Toyota dealership gave us to replace the engine and basically 'start over'. Our issues began *days* after the 90 day warranty. To quote the dealerships reply: "You're problem. Not ours." We have cases open with the Attorney General's office, a complaint has been filed with the BBB, and we will continue to share our experience through every review we can find. PLEASE - if you have a similar story, file complaints to the offices mentioned above.

On June 6,2022 I went to Performance Auto in Jessup, Md for a complaint of no air conditioning in…read moremy car. The company charged me $89.95 diagnostic fee and advised me in writing that the problem was low on refrigerant due to the compressor leaking; needing replacement. Nothing was mentioned about any other repairs being needed. On June 10, 2022 I returned and authorized the repairs on my car and upon completion of the work, went home to find the repairs not fixing the problem. I subsequently called Performance back and told them that it is not fixed and arranged to come back on June 13th and waited approximately two hours for them to fix it. When I got the car back and drove home, it was evident that the unit was still not blowing cold air and called them back and brought my car back in on June 16th and again on June 30th. Spending all total about 8 hours of my time waiting for PROPER repairs to be made. Never being told what was wrong at any time no given a receipt for what repairs were made after the compressor work was done. Finally, I sent an email on July 2nd to them and followed up Tuesday July 5th with a phone call where I talked to the dispatcher and told her that I want my money back and I don't have confidence in the shop. Now they say because the car is old the system should be replaced but they can not state specifically what is wrong. When it was cooler out there was slight cool air at first. Now it is HOT air. Beware of this company as this is highly unethical and unprofessional and not the way customers should be treated. When you give an estimate to fix something, EVERYTHING should be in the estimate; not coming in after the fact and try to b.s. your way through a botched repair.

Hello so I'm Jeremy (11)…read more And on the 19th so almost 3 weeks ago me and my uncle decided that we were going to get a new car so we called this place 3 time total. And we we calling about the 2020 BMW x5 since we wanted it so we called and said I was to but this and this is going to be for my uncle it my uncles price range was 20-25k and this car was going for 20k . Great deal honestly and they put me on hold since I was young for almost 30 minutes. And I had to call again since I had no hope they were going to take me off of hold. So so called again and got a different person/representative . So I asked I want to purchase this car all over again and Idk if he got overwhelmed or I said something wrong put on hold again and he said "hold, hold" and I was on hold for 10 minutes and I gave up. So I asked my brother (18) if he can help me and he decided to be the speaker for me and my brother and the same person matched and they got along and the confirmed a date for the 20th so the day after. But it only took 5-8 minutes instead of 40? I think the guys name was Jonathan I forgot. Then the 20th rolls around and me and my uncle were talking and he brings up that he found another car from bmw of Annapolis and I was sold and I'm like wow! automatic parking since it had the parking package And it was 30-35 k so 10,000 thousand dollars over my uncles budget and I'm like oh well. But then I went to school and came back and I was going to relax but then I hear a car and I liked outside and saw the x5 So I ran outside and I was so happy and it had everything so was so happy. That's all I have to say I expect better national And thank you BMW of Annapolis for our new car -Jeremy
