Cuando entre a Kargar Nation me atendieron muy bien, me preguntaron que vehículo estaba buscando, les dije que un vehículo pequeño y que tenía $2,000 en efectivo para el pago inicial, me hicieron que llenara la aplicación, cuando por fin había terminado de llenar la aplicación me mostraron en fotos en su computadora de un 2021 Toyota Camry SE, dije que me gustaba, pero ya era tarde y yo tenia que ir a trabajar, no pude llevarme el carro el mismo día, me dijeron que estaba bien que regresara al día siguiente a las 3 pm así les daba tiempo para limpiarlo. Dije que no podía a las 3 pm porque trabajo por las tardes Pero antes de irme me dijeron que dejara deposito, por el cual deje $1,000 en efectivo, así que regrese al tercer día por la mañana para firmar el contrato RAFAEL el vendedor me pidió la carta del número de ITIN, le dije que no lo tenía conmigo que lo deje en otro estado y que llamaría para conseguirlo él dijo que estaba bien pero que se lo consiguiera, luego me dio la llave para echarle un vistazo al carro, el carro tenía algunos detalles en la pintura, le faltaban algunas partes, el asiento de atrás estaba quemado con chipas de soldadura cuando le repararon, cuando quise ver el motor el capo no abría, cuando le dije al vendedor de los detalles vi que se molesto un poco, me dijo que me llevara carro y que regresara al día siguiente para ponerle las partes que le faltaban y arreglar el capo de una sola vez, regrese al día siguiente por la mañana tal como me habían dicho RAFAEL el vendedor me pidió llave del carro y me dijo que esperara en el lobby, espere como una hora y el carro seguía el estacionamiento, yo como soy muy paciente les dije que tenían cosas que hacer y que regresaría por el carro, que llamaran cuando estuviera listo, ellos nunca me llamaron como a eso del 7:30 pm llame a RAFAEL el vendedor para preguntar por el carro y me dijo que iba a preguntar al manager, cuando me devolvió la llamada dijo que llegara al día siguiente, fui otra vez tal como me habían dicho, cuando llegue me el manager de turno me llamo a la oficina y me dijo que el crédito por el carro no estaba aprobado. Cuando pregunte por los $1,000 dólares que di de depósito el mánager me dijo que del depósito el banco iba a cobrar cargos, le pregunte ¿cargos por qué? Si el depósito lo pague en efectivo, enojado Dijo que por incumplimiento de contrato por no presentar la documentación completa por no tener conmigo la carta del numero de ITIN, y me saco de su oficina alegando también que era mi culpa por no tener buen crédito financiero. Hasta esta fecha han pasado dos semanas y aun sigo esperando el reembolso de los $1,000 el cual creo que están perdidos

Lender contacted and no buyback was authorized by them or us. They have fraudulently taken vehicle and mishandled paperwork. Disputes and reports have been filed with property state and government agencies and legal action to be taken. Police report filed. GPS has located the truck at their dealership even tho lender sent them check. All of our work and babies items are inside They will not answer texts, calls or emails, next step is lawsuit. We want our truck and possessions back. Purchased a truck. 4 days later it died. Took months to get them to take it back. Gave them a chance to do right got a new truck. They're still holding on to the title. They also claimed I made more money than I did. They need to make this right and release the title to us. Still haven't sent the title. Attaching texts to show they've been dodging it. They've been reported to attorney general, bbb, and va dealer board. Next step is small claims court. Never again. Yall can make this right. Ok, so here is the update... they did fix the lights; turns out there was short caused by someone…read moreleaving the trunk open in the rain which is apparently why there was about a foot of water in the wheel well in the trunk. They did not however ever fill up the gas tank. So we took delivery of a vehicle with no gas... even after getting it fixed when they could have taken it next door and filled up they didn't. The tire sensor appears to have gone out according my BF - I guess when they fixed the short, it fixed that as well... The dealer kept hassling me for a binder and I told them that when we got the car back and were confident that we were going to keep it, I would provide them with the binder but that there was no need to add it to my insurance if we weren't going to keep it. Another thing that came up... a major accident repair was not disclosed to us upon purchase, nor did it appear in the Auto Check report (recall that's what we got when we asked for the Car Fax). But, apparently my insurance agent, while adding it to my policy found that there had been a major repair for body work costing over 9K. That was hard to believe considering that is half the worth of the vehicle (new ones NOW sell for 18K base) - I thought if a repair cost that much that they would just total a vehicle. Anyway, the failure to disclose does not sit well with me, but again, it is the BF's car; asked if he still wanted it and he said yea... so, we still have it... I would have turned it back over tot he dealer and gone and gotten the other one of which I spoke in Arlington. Although I said I might bump up the star rating, because of the failure to disclose the major repair and car history I have to keep it here. Am actually tempted to drop it, but, they were prompt in repairing the lights and the little guy who did it actually seemed quite good. So there is the update... bottom line is buyer beware; but that's really applicable I think to ANYONE when dealing with auto dealers. If I had to do anything different, knowing now what I know, anytime I go to purchase another used vehicle, I will be calling my insurance agent first since they have no vested interest in the transaction and in this case, found what apparently the dealer and Auto Check couldn't. After about 15 minutes he was back and said he liked the car and offered me $200 over the Carmax price, I told him another $200 and we had a deal and we shook on it and I couldnt have been happier. I had a horrible experience at the Carmax Laurel Location. I had to return a vehicle that I…read morepurchased from another location that required service immediately after purchasing. I had the car scheduled for a diagnostic with the manufacturer, and after the initial test drive, the service manager, immediately confirmed that there were in fact several issues with the vehicle. Carmax Laurel, did not offer to do a diagnostic test on my vehicle before I cancelled my contract. I was told that because the other store emailed the paperwork for return, that it was their mission to process the return and help me find a new vehicle as quickly as possible. 3 hours later, I began test driving new replacement vehicles in hopes of finding the right car for me. The first vehicle that I test drove, had low tire pressure lights on when I started the car to drive. The second vehicle had not been cleaned. There was in fact a half smoked blunt (filled with marijuana) in the passenger door. There was also, broken glass in the trunk of the car. I was outraged! How unprofessional and wildly inappropriate is it for the car not to have been deeply cleaned and detailed? Also, can you imagine if I would have been pulled over? The management team was apologetic. They offered to buy my lunch for up to $25 and they provided me a Lyft to my destination. The following day, the salesman I was working with never called me with an additional apology, he never presented me with any other car options that would meet my needs, and to date he hasn't said a word. I did hear from the service manager Debbie, and one of the sales managers, Steve. They both expressed apologies and offered to help me find another vehicle. I still don't have a car. I am waiting on a transfer from another store. At this point the level of unprofessionalism and the fact that cars are not serviced, or cleaned makes me want to walk away from Carmax all together.
