Car was absolute junk. Suspension, timing chain, failed inspection, etc. Review too long for yelp.

Car purchased in October 2025; 2017 Audi Q7. I initially came to the lot for another vehicle and the Top salesman arrived and we saw his immaculate Audi, that he affectionately named "Clementine" and we complimented his beautiful car. He said, "Do you like it?, then let me show you this beauty. He walked us over to this "Midnight: sparkle encrusted bluish/black Audi and said take her for a ride and let me know what you think. My spouse, our 6 yr. old son and I hopped in and went for a ride. One of the smoothest, enjoyable quiet ride a 6-7 year old vehicle could offer. We arrived back at the Ellicott city location in sheer "Awww". The charismatic, very transparent, and appearing very authentic salesman was so upfront and kind (so we thought) that by the time we left the dealership our son called him "Uncle Chris". Speed up to approximately 24-36 hours later the salesman contacts us like hey I worked the numbers added your law enforcement discounts, bring your Down payment (which was close to 6K) and you can leave with your new family truck. We arrived so ecstatic and he delivered. The moment we left the lot it has been (5 Nights of Freddie) Experience for our family. The ball N joint or something connected with steering the tires started making loud racking noises the ride sounded horrible. Because we are responsible enough to get extended warranty they said bring it back to our shop we will cover it. When we got to the shop they didn't have any "loaner" vehicles to offer when we are used to having (3) vehicles to accommodate our children's busy schedules as well as our own. So, we are down to (2) and the company had no concern with our discomfort of this rising issue. We retrieved the Audi (2-3) weeks later and (2) weeks after having the vehicle back the check oil light/sensor pops up. We contacted the Ellicott city branch again, they stated we don't have loaners (for the second time) but you can bring it after or mechanic returns from holiday. We were like this is unacceptable. We have not owned this vehicle for a month yet, and already we are experiencing "under the hood" issues. This was very concerning to us. But, again the dealership had no heart in the matter. Weeks later they said the mechanic returned so bring it Wednesday. We complied. 3 weeks later they returned the vehicle and said we've been battling with the warranty company, we drove it around and topped it off but no work was approved or done. I was livid. So you inconvenience us again. You have two shops and no one can find a solution and we keep getting the same "nonchalant" responses from each man that is either claiming to be the owner or part owner of this enterprise. We retrieved the car. It is now around Christmas 2025. By the new year (Jan 2026) the check engine light has appeared at least 5x and we constantly top it off ourselves, until we contacted them again today 1/12/26. And per usual bring it in next Tuesday but we cannot give a loaner car (for the third time). The saddest part in this entire ordeal is that an almost 20k purchase has yet to be enjoyed month straight without some mechanical or functional issue that repeatedly gets swept under the rug by this team. Initially, I honored our connection and sale in October, However I will not remain silent any longer. My spouse and I are in Law enforcement and raved about this experience to our colleagues now I wouldn't refer a soul to either establishment. But don't worry they will change their name eventually (with the BBB) to try to erase the fraudulent activity that has been highlighted with this company's practices and poor "bedside manner" after the ink dries on the customer's contract. I really hoped and prayed they were not a scam artist like other sales reps. But buyer beware, and take your business elsewhere. These practices DO NOT align with our value system and I despise the fact I ever allowed my baby to refer to them as "uncles". ----Sincerely a very disappointed customer read more

Has been a very pleasant experience from the very beginning, through every question and every new piece of information. Chris, in particular, has so much 'Good People' that it builds rapport quickly. I brought my son here to buy his first car - a scion tc - about a year ago and had a great experience. Edwin was great. The alternator did die the first week but they took care of it immediately, no questions asked. I recently noticed a VW Alltrack on line and ended up purchasing that car from Mike. he was equally as helpful as Edwin. Great experience. The scion is still running strong. Great experience, Edwin sent me videos of the car before I decide to come by, we also arranged a final price before I came. this place is very shady, and they will sell any used vehicle no matter the condition. they will lie right to your face and tell you what you want to here. They speak well but their actions tell a different story. they dont fix everything on their used cars before selling them and then make money when you come back for the issue and they make the extended warranty company pay for it. Mani Karami cannot be trusted and he is very shady. do not buy a vehicle from this company. there are many other used car places to buy from that actually deserve your business. read more

They don't deserva any stars after what they've put me through! I've been shopping for a used car and found one at Bumble Auto that I liked and it was in my price range. I had my doubts about a "side of the road" dealer, but they had some good reviews, so I decided to schedule a test drive. I live near Annapolis, and the dealer is in Ellicott City, so I scheduled a test drive, and was sent a text saying the car would be there after 3pm for a test drive. I left work and drove straight there (it took almost an hour due to heavy traffic on Rt. 100 and Rt. 29). When I got there, they tell me the car is in the shop getting inspected. I was understandable upset, and stormed out, telling other customers to no shop there, because the salesmen were liars, and played games with their customers. The owner went after me to the parking lot, and asked what happened, so I told him what happened, and showed the text to him proving that I was told the car would be there. He asked me to come back in so he could find out what was going on. After finding out that the car was in the shop, he assured me that he would put me with his" best salesman" and they would call to let me know when I could come and test drive the car. Big surprise, I never got a call, and when I went online, it said the car had been sold. I will NEVER deal with these liars again. It was a basic bait and switch to get me out there so they could talk me into another vehicle. Don't be fooled by the great reviews, they're probably made up by the friends and family of the company. read more

I'm September I bought my daughter a Mini Cooper and she has had nothing but problems with it. The first month the key fob stopped working. Then we needed a new tire because of a slow leak, had to pay $100 to get some sensor fixed. Now the light is back on for the same issue. Oh and then the battery went dead and had to buy a new one. Nothing but issues!!! I regret ever dealing with them on this car!!! Only giving 2 stars because the dealership does have nice people but that is about it. read more

This is the best place ever to get a used luxury vehicle. Not only is the car delivered completely detailed, the customer service is second to none. I bought and Mercedes Benz at the end of February and the Middle of March bought a BMW. Both cars are fantastic. I had a small problem that I noticed and was reluctant to call them because I thought I would get the run-around. (like most car lots) but not here.
