I wouldn't waste your time here. Ownership are Cuck suckers. Ignorant and can imagine buying a car that has issues afterwards.

Customer Satisfaction Survey: If the dealership is a franchised new car dealer, use this survey as a negotiation tool. State or Country Regulatory Agencies: If necessary, file a complaint with the appropriate agency, providing all relevant details and documentation. It's important to gather all relevant documentation related to your vehicle purchase or service experience, such as purchase or service agreements, service records, correspondence, and any emails or phone calls with dealership personnel regarding your concerns. Why bring this up? The owner is selling badly used cars, fixes them and hikes the price. Their service department is constantly busy fixing cars that were already sold and damaged. I would not recommend buying a car from Keystone Auto Group. They have many civil actions against them! Recently a customer came in with a gun and threaten to shoot everyone if the dealership did not fix the cars issues! I was in the parking lot looking at the cars when this happen. I ran out of there immediately! Bad Cars=Bad Owner!

They were initially helpful but informed me on my second return that they would no longer make repairs for free. I understood and was not upset. However it has been a year and I have had to replace all four tires, had two tuneups six months apart along with regular maintenance. Please note I keep up on the maintenance of every vehicle I have owned. I again began to have issues and took it in for a diagnostic at Auto Zone and found out that a cylinder had to be replaced. I called Keystone hoping they would replace it and of course I would pay. I explained that I had two tune ups as well as regular maintenance completed. I spoke with Shannon who was initially helpful but later explained I should take it back where I had the last tuneup completed. I then took the car to a better mechanic where he informed me that the car has been leaking oil within the engine for some time and needed to be replaced. Within a year's time I have spent close to $3000.00 in repairs which does not include an engine replacement. PLEASE - buyers beware!!!! I am not saying every car they sell is bad, but they are definitely suspect and may not be as helpful should you have issues.

The sales rep also turned out to be unknowledgeable about the car, as they offered to make a fix in the contract that was entirely irrelevant to the car. On the plus side, this has been a wonderful opportunity to learn car maintenance! But yeah, look elsewhere.

I bought the car expecting to hear back soon about my title so I could transfer everything legally. Instead, I got the runaround. As my temp tags were about to expire, I called to ask about the title and was met with an incredibly rude woman and unprofessional response. I was told they didn't have it. Then, my girlfriend called a bit later and suddenly they did have it and were mailing it. None of it made sense. Because of their delay, I ended up having to drive with expired tags. One of the employees told me, "It's fine -- if you get a ticket, we'll pay for it." Which is absolutely false -- we confirmed with NJMVC that you cannot legally drive on expired tags. To make matters worse, 32 days after purchase, the check engine light came on. Clearly, they reset or disabled it when selling the car. The Carfax report also falsely stated an oil change was done -- I know it wasn't because I had to do it myself. After fixing one issue, the check engine light came on again. This dealership only cares about making the sale -- once you drive off the lot, they don't care about you or the car. I will never buy a vehicle from them again.

When it came time for me to trade in my 72k mile Infiniti G37x Coupe and switch up to another AWD vehicle, this time a Nissan Murano...I found plenty to choose from in all trim levels in near new condition. I hated to part with my 330 HP little speed demon Infiniti G, but it was time! CarMax gave me a great deal on the trade-in and excellent financing on the Murano. Steve Southall was the salesman and he made the whole process easy, quick, and simple from start to finish! I spent more time on the lot looking than I did with him! He was knowledgeable, friendly, and courteous, even though I was a little anxious and a bit amped up as I usually get when making ANY new or used car purchase (It's not like you make a big purchase like this every day! LOL!) Unlike other big-name used car dealers, there was NO pressure to purchase their warranty, plus they give you plenty of time to shop in their lot - no one approaches you until you go inside to inquire about a vehicle. I'm considering keeping what I have and purchasing a 2nd car and I'll keep CarMax on my list of places to shop (If they have what I'm looking for).
