Miller Service is less than dependable, in fact it lacks in quality control. They text you to come and pick up your vehicle only to find the job is not complete. In fact, they rotated the tires but left them under inflated so dash board lights up to inform you! Then they inform you that the tire has a nail in it and it must be repaired! Should have checked this prior to calling me in to pick up the car. Poor service and a waste of my time. Disappointed. read more

I went here when my check engine light lit up. Turns out it was only because my gas cap was loose, so thankful it wasn't a major problem. Still payed a pretty penny for that diagnosis. Also got a wash and vacuum. After leaving the service center, I realized items from my car were missing. Insignificant items like a tissue box and paper towels, but still important enough. I'm disappointed and upset these items were taken after trusting Subaru with my vehicle. read more

I used to work at a Subaru dealership in Hamilton NJ so please take my review seriously. This dealership has a great sales department. They really can communicate the process with you. We have purchased 4 vehicles from them in the last 2 years. On the service end, they have some of the best subaru technicians in the industry, and you definitely pay for it. The only thing i find is that you will not get vehicles or service cheap. But if you think about it, price is only an issue in the absence of value.... And this place has great value. read more

I had a scheduled appointment for May 15th, Saturday . I was told the mechanics may not get to it so they were willing to loan me a car for the weekend. I went to check out a new Subaru Outback at Miller. The salesman directed me to the website. They were offering $50 to take a test drive. I drove the Outback and loved it. I submitted the form and got an email saying the $50 was being processed. That was over a month ago and nothing! I sent am email to Melissa at Miller. No response. Have give acknowledgement to a business with honest integrity and customer service. I have been a patron of Miller Subaru since 2001. I will drive no other car really because of service manager Dan Dewey and the staff. High ethic, fair pricing and quality service. Had my car serviced on Wednesday of this week. I witnessed two customers rant about pricing and wait time. I became angered as these two so called adults were given the same information I have always been given when making my appointment, approximate cost and wait time as I ASK!!!! Both customers treated staff in a humiliating way. Not once, did staff show one tiny bit of rudeness or disrespect towards those customers. It was very uncomfortable and I, as a long standing customer felt the need to defend. After every service, I make sure to contact Subaru of America and sing Millers praises. When my previous car crapped out on me unexpectedly and was pretty much un-driveable, I had to move up my purchase of a new car by four months. A lot of my coworkers have been purchasing Subarus and couldn't say enough good things about them, and though I didn't know a whole lot about the brand, I figured I'd go test drive a few to see what all the fuss was about. One of my coworkers had recently bought an Impreza from Miller and had a great experience, so I started there. I first visited last Saturday and was immediately approached by Glenn. I explained that I was looking at the 2015 Forester and he knew the car pretty much back to front, but if I DID happen to ask Glenn a question to which he didn't definitively know the answer, he told me so and then we both went to find it. Having driven a few other models, with salespeople who I knew weren't being upfront with me (because I'd done my research beforehand!) this was definitely a plus and went a long way in inspiring trust. Even when I was searching around at other dealerships for pricing I kept Glenn in the loop on prices and when my preferred options changed. He was patient and very willing to work with me on pricing, and did NOT hound me. He let me come to him, which kept the pressure low and made it very clear they respected my decision-making process. I finally settled on a blue 2015 Forester and financed at the dealership. Rose was my financing manager and she really knew her stuff. She broke down the pricing for me succinctly and honestly, and gave me good advice for me personally rather than going after what would be best for the dealership. Again, really appreciated. I just purchased a new car from Miller Subaru after 9 years driving my first Subaru. After a lousy visit at Cherry Hill Subaru, Katelyn Sperling, John Godoy and Jared Zaum were a joy to deal with. Katelyn contacted me to set up my first visit, and was kind enough to call me to let me know the models I was interested in were still on the lot before I drove up to the dealership on a balmy Friday evening (so I wouldn't waste my time). John was low pressure and helpful, while Jared was likewise helpful, fast, and efficient in delivering the vehicle. I was able to buy the car at an acceptable price, with a fair trade-in value, and secure a lower loan rate than I expected. All in all a good experience. I had found a 2014 Chrysler Town & Country online through the USAA car buying service, and made an appointment with Miller Subaru to take a look and give it a test drive. Everyone involved in the process was top-notch and very professional. Our salesman (Jay) got right to the point and made everything so easy. The management at Miller Subaru gets a big thanks as well, for holding the car for us without an immediate down payment once we decided to buy it. Miller Subaru has a great service department. Their repair prices are reasonable. Their salesman, Jay is excellent & does a great job. However, the thing I don't like is when you buy a car, they send you to talk to their warranty woman who puts on the high pressure to extend the warranty. It has been 5 years and I still get calls 2-3 times a week to extend the warranty. Not sure if they sell your name to someone. I have tried blocking the calls & they keep coming up with a different number. I tried calling the manager at Miller, but he never returned my call. If they could stop the strong arm on the warranty & not sell your name, they would get 5 stars in my book. read more

I searched the Internet and found Miller Subaru to purchase my new 2020 car. I decided on the Subaru Crosstrek. Their site had a nice red one so I wrote down the VIN# figuring that would make things easy for them when I got there. So my daughter and myself head out and it was not a professionally run establishment. No one greeted us, or even cared what we were there for. I was going to walk out, mind you I'm paying cash for my new 2020. Finally after 20+ minutes I went to the "desk" . I asked the gal (Dana) at the desk , who had noticed me earlier but ignored us; of I could get a Sales Person to help. She replied I can. I give her the slip of paper with the VIN# and she proceeds to search her computer . After 10 or so minutes she explains she can't find it in her system. She thought maybe the number was wrong and offered me a test drive in another model , which was not the premium model. I study this car's slicker and see it lacks my 3 "must haves" and advise her, she said to take a ride, while she continued to look. We return from test drive, not impressed. Upon our return, she advised that their site doesn't show vehicle HOWEVER the vehicle I wanted will be there on April 8th!! I thank her and proceeded toward the door when she calls out , please come back when you decide on a vehicle, to which I respond, I walked in the door with the exact vehicle advertised on your site, it was YOU who didn't have what you stated. Overall, Miller was chaotic, rude not to greet you (even to state, it will be awhile, and the handling of vehicle search was an indicator what kind of dealer it was and wasn't going to entrust my purchase to them. I was treated very well by the second sales guy that I dealt with and the finance department. However, my original sales associate literally couldn't find the car I was looking for because he didn't know what a Honda Civic even looked like. When we got to the car, the battery was dead. I asked them to run a battery check before taking it off the lot and was assured 4 times that the check was done. My car has a shot battery and now I have to replace it. Was assured the AC was tuned up and I have to replace the drive belt for being worn and squeaking. Do I think everyone there is awful? No, but I would be a fool to think that they represent a reliable company well. Shady shady business of used cars just like anywhere else. Awesome customer service experience for the finance guy I dealt with, but I wish he was further informed of the cars short comings. Would not recommend and will not even have my oil changed here. read more

Jay sold us a used Impreza. We test drove it Monday and said we'd be back separately me at noon and my wife after dinner, due to work. When I got in on Wednesday, he said I forgot to tell you the car was in an accident. I said Why didn't you say this on Monday? He said why didn't you read the carfax posted on line? I said cause I trusted the dealer to tell me these things. After a bit of haggling I got in with Rose who was trying to force a warranty and brought up the lane assist, saying it was $4600 to repair. I said the car won't work without it. She said Nope. I said I was told we could turn it off? She said you seem grumpy, do you need some crackers to calm down. My wife said if I write this I also have to say she had a great experience with James. I will not be going there, but I may try Cherry Hill as the car is good. read more

I was thinking about buying a Subaru and decided to stop by Miller on the way home from work. I was greeted by DJ, who was very nice and relaxed. We started talking about what I was like for and he showed me different cars in a no pressure way. I felt very at ease the whole time. I was given a great number on my trade and didn't have to go back and forth with them. We went on a test drive, which was a lot longer then any other place I was ever at. Once we returned and told him I was interested he quickly returned with a solid number. He also provided me with a sheet of paper to shop Millers number. Not one other dealer really could beat the price. I returned to Miller the following day to sign the papers for the deal and there was no real attempt at up selling, the finance manager went over everything and took her time. My new car was nice and clean and ready to go. Before I left they sat with me and went over ever inch of my new Crosstrek to make sure I was good to go. I bought a 2013 crosstrek with 35,000 miles on it Not only are they willing to sell a vehicle that had malfunctioning brakes, they will also claim to have resolved the issue while when all they really did was the bare minimum to get the car back on the road. Also they advertised the vehicle as being a year new (2014) and I didn't find out until I insured the vehicle and my insurance made me aware.I brought my car back the day after I bought it because the whole car would shake and pull to the right when I applied the brakes. They claimed to have fixed the problem, yet I still felt that the brakes were not working properly. After being told that they would not be willing to cover the cost of fixing vehicle because I didn't buy warranty from them I decided to go with a trusted mechanic. Turns out the vehicle had a large amount of air in the brake lines, air in the ABS system so the ABS would not work, and a leak around one of the brake lines. Yet for some reason Miller was not able to tell me this when I brought the car back the day after purchasing it. I will never deal with them again and have started a Facebook group for individuals who have had similar experiences and wish to share. I have been buying Subaru's since I started driving and have never had such a terrible experience. read more

One of the best experiences I've had at a car dealership. Miller Subaru is a relaxed, friendly place with no high-pressure sales tactics. Leasing a new Outback was a breeze and they even got me the color I wanted even though they didn't have it on the lot. Miller was not my closest Subaru dealership, but after a cringe-worthy experience elsewhere (ahem, Cherry Hill) I am so glad I made the short drive. Jared was very professional and did not play any games. DJ was super helpful and is always a quick call or email away if you need anything. This review is for the Miller Subaru Service Center. I took my 2013 WRX in to have the clutch and flywheel replaced. I went in knowing that these items needed to be replaced and told the service reps that I wanted the parts to be ordered as soon as possible so that my car would not be there for 3 days. I took my car at 8am and did not get a phone call until 5pm when they proceeded to tell me that the clutch and flywheel needed to be replaced and that they would need to order the parts (which I already knew). So not much I could do at this point, my WRX was in the shop for another 2 days so 3 days total. On the 3rd day, i called to check if it would be done later on that evening. I was told it would be and they would call me when it was complete. Before I knew it, it was 7pm and still had not received a call. So I called in and was told that it would be another half hour. All in all, just very poor customer service as far as updating me on the status of it. Upon picking the car up and driving home, my check engine light came on. At this point it was too late to take it back so 2 days went by and I went in to see if they could check it out since something they did while replacing the clutch may have caused this. I was told that the check engine light had nothing to do with what they did and I would have to make an appointment to come back and leave it there for them to diagnose. They didn't even look at my car to see what the code was. The customer service for the service department is all around poor and they do not consider the feelings of the customer at all. With my car being there for over 3 days, plus an issue after the service was completed and no attempt on their end to correct the issue its safe to say I have no desire to ever go back for service at Miller. read more

I checked their inventory and, Voila! The car I wanted was there. Asked for test drive right away. We already had pre-approved financing, trade in and cash down. I took my Subaru 2012 Impreza for a "recall." It was working fine and I have it regularly serviced. During the recall for valve springs, I was advised I needed another additional 1000$ in repairs that they could do since the engine was out. (They had the car for one week). Of course, wisely I said no, I would discuss with the mechanic I trust and use for 20 years. A few days after getting my car back, there was black smoke coming out each time I turned it on AND the car was bucking. It turns out that the oil was overfilled causing the black smoke. This seems like a very careless mistake as I don't think anyone who works with cars would not know how to fill the oil or read the gauge. The front brakes was in a locked position. Neither of these problems existed the week before I left my car a Subaru for a week. Fortunately, the car was repaired by my mechanic. NEVER TRUST YOUR CAR TO MILLER SUBARU. THEY NEARLY RUINED MINE.
