Nice big dealer and good service. I ordered my new car here. 3 months wait. Will see what happens.

It was a pleasure to do business with. We ordered a car three months ago, but due to Toyota supply constraints, we finally got that car. The sales lady, Cassandra, was a pure joy to talk to, and she was so kind and patient in showing us all the car's features and answering all our texts promptly. The finance guy, Joe, was okay, too. We got out, and it took about an hour to pick up the vehicle: no pushy sales or anything. If I am buying another Toyota car, I will think of them.

Went here for an oil change on my 2015 Avalon. They charged me a 6.95 shop supply fee. It was explained as a charge to cover the cost of paper towels and rags used during my oil change. An oil change already cost 96.00 before taxes were applied. Did they really need to pinch another 6.95 from my pockets? It's the little things that matter to me and I will never use them again.

I bought a newer Tacoma in February 2023 with the help of Husam (Sam) Ibrahim and Jordan Ramos. They were great to work with. After being satisfied with my 2010 Tacoma for years from this dealership, I was happy to continue giving them my business. My only regret was not doing the survey to give these gentlemen more credit months ago before the time expired.

Had enough. Buyer Beware. Purchased vehicle "as-is" on 04/22/2020, was told the car was mechanically in perfect condition and serviced regularly at Holman Toyota, they also provided the CARFAX to "prove-it". These reports also show that the windshield & tires were replaced on 03/12/2020, and that other maintenance was done on the car at that time. First issue I noticed was before I purchased the vehicle, is that there was paint chipping in many places, and that a weird off colored paint was used to cover it up. I figured it was just a cosmetic issue, so we took it for a test drive with absolutely no issues. Since cosmetically the car wasn't in the best of shape, we asked for some wiggle room on the price. We were told that this Toyota dealership does not negotiate prices on used Toyota vehicles whatsoever. I talked it over with my husband, and for the reliability of the car we decided it was an acceptable price. I purchased the vehicle that day, and only after purchasing was told that the spare key was at Holman Ford, but that Holman Toyota would be in touch to get me the second key within the next couple of days. We don't live in the area, so we'd have to make the hour drive to pick it back up. Inconvenient but bearable. They did not get back to me. Instead, I had to call Phil a week later who then said holman couldn't locate the spare but he'd "have a guy make me a new key." Great. Free of charge and picked it up. Next week, I purchased all new AUX and charging cables because I wasn't able to connect my phone, and thought it was due to faulty wires. Nope! Had to bring the car back in for the second time in 2 weeks to have the AUX port replaced. Two weeks later, I decided to reach out to a different Toyota dealership that has a body shop to see what could be done about all the chipped paint. They mentioned that there was a recall on the paint and that they'd paint it fully covered under the Toyota manufacture recall. I was feeling pretty lucky so I brought it in so they could look at it. They found the mysterious off colored paint (I mentioned earlier) on multiple different places of the car including on the gear shifter & the windshield. Yes the new windshield that was replaced at Holman Toyota when the car was traded in. Which means that Holman Toyota employees used what looked like white out, to PAINT and cover up the cosmetic issues of the car. I had also asked about this at the time of purchase and the salesman (Phil) stated that the "previous owners must've done that to cover the peeling paint." I mention this, because if you're purchasing a vehicle from Toyota and there's cover up paint on peeled areas, it was most likely the dealership that put it there. 3 months after the paint job was completed, the transmission started giving me issues. When keeping the vehicle at 35-40mph the transmission makes a rattling sound. I've since learned that it means it is searching for the appropriate gear. Took the car in and have resolved that issue on our own. 2 years later, come to find out 2 of the "4 new tires" placed on the vehicle at the time of sale were old and the manufacture date on the tires prove that. Now I have 2 tires that are cracking/rotting & 2 tires that are perfectly fine (see pictures). I called Holman Toyota to see if anything could be done and was told "since it's been 2 years nothing can be done" by the used sale dept manager. You can't just replace 2 tires, so I'll be paying near $800 to have what are supposed to be "new tires" replaced. Which is fine, but I'm leaving this review for the next family to consider the shady things that happen here. You'd think buying a Toyota at a Toyota dealership would be a smart idea, but I don't trust this place regardless of the type of car you're buying.

Be aware of your tire insurance and Holman scam!!!

The vehicle has spent more time being repaired than driven. I made multiple attempts to have these issues addressed through VIP Auto, but I was turned away on several occasions or unable to receive consistent support. While one member of management did assist with some repairs, the overall condition of the vehicle at the time of sale raises serious concerns. After the purchase, I was informed by BMW service professionals that the vehicle showed signs consistent with prior accident-related damage, including observations made during service. This concern was also acknowledged in follow-up discussions. This information was not disclosed to me at the time of sale, and I was not provided with a vehicle history report such as a Carfax prior to completing my purchase. Additionally, there are visible areas on the vehicle that appear to have been repainted. This would have significantly impacted my decision to proceed. I also purchased an extended warranty, which I continue to pay for; however, it was extremely difficult to find a repair facility that accepted it. By the time I located a participating mechanic, much of the coverage period had been lost. After seeking service directly through BMW, I was presented with thousands of dollars in necessary repairs. Even with partial assistance from the dealership, I still incurred significant out-of-pocket expenses, including tires and ongoing repairs. To this day, the vehicle still requires service. In addition, I was placed into a high-interest loan and attempted to contact the salesperson regarding refinancing, but I did not receive a response. Due to the repeated mechanical issues, concerns regarding undisclosed prior damage, and ongoing financial burden, I have explored my rights under New Jersey consumer protection and lemon law guidelines. This has been an extremely difficult and costly experience. I strongly encourage anyone considering a purchase to obtain an independent inspection, review all vehicle history reports, and carefully evaluate warranty and financing terms before proceeding.

When I messaged the sales person who was working with me and asked for a true out the door price because I didn't want to waste anyone's time and wasn't going to buy if there was hidden fees involved, they completely ghosted me and stopped answering my calls. A few weeks later, I found another listing I was interested in. I paid a mechanic $200 to go and inspect the vehicle before I drove 2 1/2 hours there. I confirmed with the sales person several times that the vehicle I was interested in was available and ready for inspection from the mechanic I was sending, even up to a half hour before the mechanic arrived. When the mechanic arrived, they told him that the vehicle was in the body shop and he was unable to look at it or inspect it because the body shop was over an hour away. This just seems so suspicious and brings up so many red flags. I'm out my $200 now and I absolutely do not want to work with the dealership, especially after reading other reviews. I asked to speak with a manager because I wanted them to reimburse me for the $200 they lost me, He told me He would credit me $200 on another vehicle and that their best sales person AZ will call me back in a half hour. AZ Never called me back and I'll be taking them to small claims court for my $200.

I came back within the following couple weeks to get the car problems fixed, and I was brushed off with the suggestion to go to AutoZone and buy a couple new parts. Extremely unprofessional. Unfortunately, I went to AutoZone and I still had to return to Maple Shade for persisting issues that were covered under my warranty. Their solution was to put a patch on my tire and send me on my way. One of the people who works there even yelled at me saying, "take your car and leave" when I asked if more could be done for the car. I never raised my voice or got upset with this man, and I was simply trying to handle business as a new car owner. Please learn from my mistake -- do not do business with Fiat of Maple Shade. They are a mess, to put it lightly. Two days ago I dropped my car in their service center for the second time, because the black plastic protector of engine fell down and was dragging on the ground. Probably when they changed my engine someone forgot to put back the bolt and fix the plastic protector back to the bottom of the car. They fixed the plastic protector on the bottom of the car with a zip tie. Well, it works, but it worked for little bit. The plastic protector fell down on the other side. I would expect that original service of Fiat would fix the problem completely. If they see that half of protector is falling down, I would expect that they put a bolt and fix it appropriately. I find it extremely unprofessional that they fix a falling part by a plastic band. I can do this at home and I do not have to drive to their dealer over one hour away! I gave you my car to completely check and fix. After what money I spent at their service $3,500, I would expect that I do not have to come to their service two times in one week. If their work on the engine what they changed is like putting a plastic band on a falling part, I can expect that the engine will break down soon too! Tomas Picek. t.picek@seznam.cz.
