Complete Auto Repair. Not only have I exclusively brought all of my many vehicles to them for close to two decades, but I've sent everyone I know and they've been just as impressed with your work. I cannot express in words how much I appreciate, not only their prices (best you'll find anywhere in Jersey I'd wager). But the care and compassion they give their customers, is truly priceless in a world that has all but forgotten the art of customer service. Y'all are loved and appreciated. I hope more people find their way to you at Cipollone's; becoming lifelong fans as I was lucky enough to all those many years ago! (Sorry for the novel, but that's just indicative of how good they truly are lol)

Dan and his crew are truly the honest mechanics that you can't find anymore. Besides being excellent mechanics with huge skillsets, they will honestly tell you what is going on with your vehicle, how much/how long it will take, and what you could probably get away with on not fixing to save some money. I've saved so much money and aggravation throughout the years entrusting my vehicles (and ultimately, the safety of my family) to Dan. Additionally, if there's an issue that they're not able to resolve, they've always recommended me to someone with a similar character and skillset to them - someone else just as trustworthy. Bottom line, if you're able to get your vehicle to Cipollone's, do it.

Ward's was able to get me in the next day, do the repair under the warranty with no problems and they actually used a better (factory-dealer) part than the original repair place. Even though I didn't have to pay anything for the repair, the invoice for the repair was also less than what I was charged in Texas.

Admittedly I was nervous pulling behind a ramshackle house but luckily I didn't judge this place by the cover and neither should you. Took my 2018 Chevy Silverado 1500 here initially looking for just an oil change and tire rotation. Upon my own consideration and talking with the crew- got a 100,000 mile makeover done, transmission pan drop and top off, oil, brakes, rotors, diff fluid, brake fluid, and a handful of odds and ends. Quoted me HALF of what the dealership wanted, made useful (but not pushy) suggestions, and ultimately left me in charge, not trying to upsell me whatsoever. Got it all done in 2 days as I was on a time crunch and couldn't be without a car long for work. I will absolutely be returning.

When I called back to ask for clarification, he was rude but eventually gave me an answer. For comparison, my usual mechanic quoted me less than a quarter of what this guy wanted for the same work. When I told him I'd just pick up my car, he suddenly threw a surprise fee at me, something he never disclosed up front and which is actually illegal in NJ. I expected to pay something for the time, but not the outrageous amount he threw at me for doing nothing. I will never return here and strongly urge others not to either. My usual mechanic may be farther away, but he takes the time to explain everything clearly and never overcharges. The extra drive is worth it for honest, professional service.

It makes no real sense to gauge the customer(s) as we want you to come back and leave the garage satisfied whenever there is an automotive need. Also, these guys work "pronto"; they identify the issue being addressed; they do nothing before receiving your approval and all questions are reasonably broached with the pros and cons of the particular problem, including the price estimate and what it will take to get you up and running. Even the stated name of this Automotive shop is at once friendly and warm. It rather purposely goes forward while informing you that you are among people who really care about you and your need. Some places said there was a 1 hour plus wait, others said the charge was over 60 dollars! I have a basic 4 cylinder car that doesn't require anything fancy. Heck, if I had the tools I'd change the darn light myself. So I called Naz, nice little place that has evening hours. I told them the sun is setting, my light bulb is out, and all the other places I called are being ridiculous. The person I spoke with warmly reassured me that changing my light is simple, he'd pull a mechanic off another job and have the whole thing done in 20 minutes. He even chuckled at the stories I told him about the other places. You'd think I had spiffy Audi light! I came here, basic small shop, filled with car maintenance tips and a friendly staff. There's a TV in the waiting room. Next door there is a subway, shop rite, and a few other things so you could always wonder off if you were coming in for the works. When my light was replaced, they advised my oil change sticker was over due, but I declined the oil change because I monitor it using the gage on the dash. I thought that was friendly of them to ask. Good place, I'd go back here again.
