It wasn't until I called him on the title that he offered to return my money because he " had it now" but not when I asked for it the many times before. Since this cost me in many ways, I also asked that he rewire my F250 so I would have a local truck to use, he agreed picked it up, parked it in the lot and has not touched it in months. Also he does not have a dealer's license, he's using a borrowed tag. Miles and Miles of lies!!! if he would do this to somebody he's known for over 28 years who just suffered great loss, imagine what he could do to someone he just met. They gate was still closed, so…read moreI left a typed note explaining that I wanted an HVAC diagnostic because the system motor was working, but it wasn't blowing either hot or cold air. I added that the actuator was moving and the heater hose was getting hot, but the air coming through on any setting was neither hot nor cold. So I wanted a diagnostic to figure out what was wrong. I also wrote that on their envelope before dropping my key in their box. Their lot was so packed, I had to park in an overflow lot across the street. By 11 AM, I hadn't heard from them, so I decided to give them a call to make sure they found my vehicle in the overflow lot and to confirm my notes. I called them 14 times between 11 AM and 3 PM and there was never an answer. Their voicemail message said to leave a message and they would respond within 24 hours. But I didn't have 24 hours. I needed my vehicle back the same day. I called an Uber to take me back there after 3 PM to find out what was going on and that's when I finally got a call. But I was already less than a block away. When I went in, they said they were calling to tell me exactly what I told them in my notes and when I made the appointment, that the AC wasn't working and they wanted to know if I wanted them to run a diagnostic. After 8 hours, they did nothing to my vehicle other than turn on the heat and AC and only told me it had the very same problem that I brought it in to have them diagnose. According to them, the appointment was just a placeholder and did not impact when vehicles are serviced, which defeats the entire point of an appointment. They said I should have told them if I needed my vehicle the same day, even though nobody was there when I dropped it off and nobody was answering the phones. As for the phone calls, they said they only had 1 person answering 5 lines and that's why none of my 14 calls over 8 hours were answered, and it was my responsibility to leave a message ... in spite of the fact that their voicemail said it could take them 24 hours to respond. I've been here before and the service was much better than it was today. Those days, I'd give them 5 stars. But the absolute minimum I need for someone servicing my vehicles is that they have someone to answer at least 1 of 14 phone calls, and that they pay attention to the reason I dropped my vehicle off in the first place.

I am submitting this review to document a serious issue I experienced with Cyan's Auto Repair…read moreinvolving my Audi R8, which I owned at the time of service. I brought the vehicle in to have my winter wheels swapped for my summer set. At drop-off, the vehicle had 39,784 miles. During the visit, the owner represented that he owned an Audi R8 RWS and was experienced working on these vehicles, including performing oil changes. During the service, I was instructed that the vehicle needed to be driven while one quart below the maximum oil level. I was also informed that the car would be test driven, and it was taken off-site before being returned and "topped off" prior to being released back to me. Additionally, payment for the service was requested via Venmo to a personal account rather than through a standard business payment method (documentation available and attached with identifying details redacted). Within approximately 30 miles of driving after the service (at approximately 39,815 miles), the vehicle experienced catastrophic engine failure. The vehicle had to be towed (photo documentation available). The car was subsequently inspected at Grove Automotive 2.0. I was informed that the oil filter contained significant copper material, and an oil analysis performed at that facility also indicated elevated copper levels. I was advised that these findings can be associated with severe internal engine damage (supporting documentation attached). Following this inspection, I received repair estimates exceeding $70,000. Given the extremely short interval between the service performed and the engine failure, along with the practices described above and the findings from the inspecting facility, I have serious concerns regarding the quality and standard of work performed on my vehicle. I am sharing this experience to document the issue and to encourage others to exercise caution, particularly when entrusting high-value or high-performance vehicles to this shop. I recommend that consumers fully document all work performed and consider obtaining a second opinion before authorizing service. This statement reflects my personal experience and is supported by the documentation referenced above.

Some places said there was a 1 hour plus wait, others said the charge was over 60 dollars! I have a basic 4 cylinder car that doesn't require anything fancy. Heck, if I had the tools I'd change the darn light myself. So I called Naz, nice little place that has evening hours. I told them the sun is setting, my light bulb is out, and all the other places I called are being ridiculous. The person I spoke with warmly reassured me that changing my light is simple, he'd pull a mechanic off another job and have the whole thing done in 20 minutes. He even chuckled at the stories I told him about the other places. You'd think I had spiffy Audi light! I came here, basic small shop, filled with car maintenance tips and a friendly staff. There's a TV in the waiting room. Next door there is a subway, shop rite, and a few other things so you could always wonder off if you were coming in for the works. When my light was replaced, they advised my oil change sticker was over due, but I declined the oil change because I monitor it using the gage on the dash. I thought that was friendly of them to ask. Good place, I'd go back here again.
