My Civic was showing signs of age, as most cars do. I went to three shops for estimates and Somerdale offered the most for the best price. Scott was more than accommodating and kept the timeline exactly as promised. When I wanted some extra touch-up done, he scheduled it right away and went out of his way to make sure we were happy with the job! I would definitely recommend! read more

Somerdale Collision did an excellent job repairing the scratches on my car (paint job and molding). It looks like new! The communication was great as well - phone calls and email updates once the repair was under way. After the repair my car had some new alerts showing in the driver console - Scott took a ride around the block with me and made sure they cleared before I left the lot. Great customer service! Would definitely return and recommend them to friends and family. read more

Scott is amazing and works miracles. While one collision place that All state sent me to said my car was a total loss, Scott not only fixed my car but put it back together after the other place took it apart and told me it was unfixable. Scott told me to get him the car and do not worry about a thing. Days later and my car is like brand new and no stress!!!!! He is honest and so easy to work with! I can't thank him enough! read more

Extraordinarily customer centered. You would be foolish to go anywhere else. Updates provided all through the process and made restoration seem easy. read more

I arrived early so I was waiting in my car and I was greeted with a smile by a nice man name Todd. He asked did I need help and he quickly directed me where to I could park. He even told me the GEICO representative would be able to help me right away! The receptionist was personable and friendly. Yes she was all smiles as she checked me in. My adjuster Frank was awesome and funny! He was thoroughly knowledgeable of his craft. He quickly informed me of the damages and he even spoke to the Geico representative about the specifics. He gave the information like it was second nature. It's always great to deal with people who know what talking about but more importantly what they're doing Kudos to Somerdale Collision staff. I would recommend you coming here for your estimate!!! Thanks guys read more

I strongly recommend against utilizing this facility. As an employee in the casualty insurance industry, I am deeply disheartened to learn that this is the service being provided to our customers. On two separate occasions I have had issues with repairs being completed on time, as well as being up to repair standards. The employees often take on a "this is just the way it is" attitude, and offer little to no assistance. It has been over one month and the latest update I received was that a date for completion could not be provided because everyone is "short staffed." The employees do not communicate with one another and provide conflicting information. I have been in direct contact with Tony the manager who provides the same subpar service. If you are looking for quality service please do not consider this facility. read more

Charged me $50 for an estimate on top of the $80 for the oil change and quoted me thousands for low-cost parts. Said I wasted his time reviewing this car for one day overnight, but he couldn't give me a quote for thousands until he had my car overnight: see the gimmick, yet? Get the picture? On top of trying to rob me (a young buck who looks like he doesn't know what he's doing), he was snappy with me, too. The man will literally take every advantage he could on a customer. read more

Very impressed with these guys. I actually just got off the phone with them. Girlfriend had her car in there a few weeks ago after an accident and her insurance had them do the repairs. The car was done 2 days faster then they originally said it would be, which never happens at a shop. If you saw her car before hand you'd be shocked that it was fixed so quickly. We had a problem with it after we got it back. Turns out it was completely unrelated but they did the job before, but took care of it anyway at no charge. They have a lifetime guarantee on the work they do, and everybody I've talked to there is honest and polite. You can trust these guys. read more

I recently veered to avoid another vehicle and had an unexpected and unpleasant encounter with a barrier. Consequently, my vehicle needed some body work. I had no previous experience with same, so was going to have my car towed to the body shop nearest to my home. My insurance company said this was fine, but recommended that I go to a shop with which they were affiliated. I'm so glad I took their advice. The terrific folks at Somerdale Collision did a beautiful job and went above and beyond to make my poor old baby look nearly new again. They were also extremely helpful in preventing exorbitant rental car fees, after they (and I) learned that my full coverage surprisingly does not cover rental car costs. Thanks much to Karen, Paul and Scotty and all of the other good folks at Somerdale Collision. I hope you never need body work; but, if you do - this is the place to go. read more

I went in today to meet a Geico rep for a payout on a vehicle, the staff was friendly and welcoming. I was very impressed with their customer service. I also have a friend who has had body work there in the past and he said the same thing. Truly a good experience. Nice to be welcomed and treated well in a place of business in todays world!! read more

Entire office was nice and friendly. They had the car done on time. The exterior wash and interior cleaning was exceptional. I will absolutely use them again without a doubt. My car needed rear end repairs from a rear collision. 2017 RDX read more

I really wanted to give these guys 5 stars, but can't. My truck was in the shop 4 days longer than promised, and no update was given to me as to why until I picked it up. The reasons were legit and I absolutely wanted them to do the best job they could, but communication was poor. I also had a CC system installed for towing, and the cable was not properly re-routed, simply curled up and tossed into the truck bed, so even after the extra time, it wasn't actually 'done'. These folks are VERY friendly, and even arranged an oil change and tire rotation for me so definite 4 stars, hopefully if I need to use them again we nail the times and I can upgrade my review. read more

Great work, would be 5 stars if my vehicle was finished on time but about 8 days later than expected due date.

My car was damaged by a fallen tree and my insurance claim has this business as a top service on the list. Excellent customer service on everything! Took care of the insurance claim and explained exactly how, where, and when things would be done. Paint job had to wait due to rainy weather but I was called during the whole time they took care of my car. I will definitely return if I ever need collision work again. read more

Best body shop this side of the Mississippi. Both Christine and Keith were exceptional. My car was fixed in record breaking time and actually cost more than originally quoted, but of coarse they honored the original quote. I tried to give them a tip for their incredible service, but neither would accept since they were only doing their job. I can't say enough about the work done and the customer service they provided. Thanks guys for a job well done! read more

Very friendly and professional staff. Performed duties in less time than promised and on budget. Would highly recommend.

Excellent service! We have used this repair shop for years.

These guys are the best. From Scott to the girl at the front counter. Absolutely the best. I've had 3 different experiences with them. Each time they exceeded my expectations in their workmanship, customer service and expertise. I would absolutely, highly recommend Somerdale Collision for any of your needs read more

I came here for a paint touch up. My car is new, and like an idiot, I managed to scratch it. I went there, after buying paint from my dealership. This facility use paint of a different base, and recommended I get a bottle from my dealership. They made it look like as if nothing ever happened. They were very nice and quick. I received great service! Highly recommended! read more

Great experience. Took care of a fender-bender in four days...I was desperate. No other car and necessary to drive to work. Steve called me every day with an update. Lookin' good--no apparent discoloration in matching paints. Thank you Somerdale. read more

I took my 8 month old car to Somerdale Collision in 2/2006. My insurance company recommended them. When I went to pick it up, some dents were still present and it was a poor paint job. There were drips, dirt and etc. Went back once and walked away. 5/2011 Car had 51,000 miles and the roof paint was dead! I called my insurance company to tell them about the bad repair and the current condition. They had Somerdale Collision give me a rental car and try once again to repair my car. Car arrived about 1:30pm on 5/23 and was returned on 5/27 around 3:30pm. Once again it was a bad finish, dirt and such, dents were gone. They buffed and asked me to come back after the holiday weekend. It was now 4:30pm on Memorial Day Weekend. I went home to see they put at least 3 big scratches in the finish while buffing. I called Tony, he said ok, we will take care of it. So 6/9 and I brought the car in for the 30 minute repair. I left it for 2 hours and it still wasn't ready. The excuses were it was lunch break, I came at 1pm like they asked and that it was hot out. So I wait, it comes out and there is still a mark and the scratches. In it goes again, comes out with the scratches still! So Tony states that he can't buff any more or he might burn the paint. If he burnt the paint then he would have to paint it. He was too busy, so drive it for the summer and bring it back in the fall! So I left with the scratches. When I got in the car they once again found it necessary to change my radio station. Add to that they changed the time on my clock, switched my AC to heat. Had it on high and blasting! It was 100 degrees out! How immature is that? I called my insurance company and they are having whoever I want repair it and making Somerdale Collision pay for it. I would never recommend this place! If you do car repairs you should be very detailed orientated and be proud of your work. read more
