When my car failed inspection in PA, I brought it here for the repairs. They seemed a bit confused with the inspection report and doubted the need for all the repairs named. Tom called his colleagues at a Tires Plus in PA to ask about it. We followed their advice, made the repairs they felt were necessary or recommended, and took it elsewhere for re-inspection. Sadly, the shop that originally inspected us (also a repair shop) seemed to be trying to drum up business for their services. I will bring any future vehicle here because I feel like I'm getting a fair price. They honor the warranties on the tires they sell, and I can log into my online account for a record of my services. He took one quick look at my car and told me the tire was "too old" to repair, even though it still has plenty of tread, and immediately tried to sell me two new tires. He then told me to "try across the street" because maybe they could fix it. I was standing there with a boot and a broken ankle, just needing help with a simple slow leak on a tire I purchased from them. Mavis has lost me as a customer permanently, and with me, they'll lose several family members who have bought tires there for years. This is clearly not the same management or service I trusted when I originally bought my tires.
