I told them the sun is setting, my light bulb is out, and all the other places I called are being ridiculous. The person I spoke with warmly reassured me that changing my light is simple, he'd pull a mechanic off another job and have the whole thing done in 20 minutes. He even chuckled at the stories I told him about the other places. You'd think I had spiffy Audi light! I came here, basic small shop, filled with car maintenance tips and a friendly staff. There's a TV in the waiting room. Next door there is a subway, shop rite, and a few other things so you could always wonder off if you were coming in for the works. When my light was replaced, they advised my oil change sticker was over due, but I declined the oil change because I monitor it using the gage on the dash. I thought that was friendly of them to ask. It seems that every time I bring my vehicle in for routine maintenance, there are additional recommendations or repairs suggested. My vehicle is a 2022, so I am concerned about the number of repairs being recommended for a relatively newer vehicle. For example, my driver side door lock was making noise, I was told that the door lock needs to be replaced. I have never had to replace a door lock in car previously. I understand that vehicles require maintenance and occasional repairs, but every time should not be a large expense. The gentleman that assists me with getting the loaner, he is welcoming and accommodating, I really appreciate his service. I value the service staff and their professionalism, but I would like to have more confidence that the recommended repairs are necessary and appropriate for the age and condition of my vehicle.

His grouchy demeanor mixed with the fact that he carefully guided an older customer to his car who was unsteady on his feet, left me unable to get a read on him. He is the type of guy where you can't tell if they are serious or joking when they rudely insult you, because sometimes they really aren't serious. Unfortunately for me he wasn't joking, he began informing me that he would never ever be repairing my car again. I thought he was messing with me since he said it out of left field. So I played along until he aggressively came at me saying that I was high on drugs and that's why he doesn't need my business! I've never felt so disrespected , angry, or humiliated by a stranger in my life! I was not high, drunk, or impaired in any way. He was being loud enough at this point so other customers could hear. In my opinion, this individual may have a family member or someone he cares for who may be suffering from a substance abuse disorder or something. I hope that this outburst stemmed from a personal issue that this individual is dealing with. But while running a business, you need to leave home,home so you don't blow up on an innocent customer.
